Sandra O'Daniel: My experience at the checkout is terrible more times than not. Today an older gentleman in front of me did not had his prime card. The clerk told him to walk to his car and get it. He had maybe 10 items. 8 minutes later he comes back. I told her I would gladly scan my card so he can have the prime specials. But no. Holdup the line for 10 minutes while we wait so he can save a $1.00. He had 10 items for gods sake. Geeze. This is the stupidity you deal with at the checkout.Today a produce employee was stocking carrots. I asked him if they were out of limes as there were none out He looked at the empty shelf and said we are out. We don’t have any. He made no effort to look in the back. 5 minutes later he sees a box with limes. Oh hey, here are some limes! You’re in luck. OMG.Here’s another annoying thing it seems they will charge an item incorrectly charging you organic when it’s not. especially lemons and avocados. It happened today on my lemon. It had a scan sticker with the number but they charged me organic price. I watch the price on the monitor while they scan my items or check my receipt before I head out. They have no way of returning your money over the phone. You have to remember to take your receipt back on your next visit. How convenient for Whole Foods.My experience with management is they are disinterested in your feedback. When I say something they look at me like I have a third eye. I personally think it’s a management issue at the CLT store.They need to talk with Harris Teeter as they truly get customer service. Harris Teeter is working on their organic food section When they do I will never step foot back into Whole Foods. Their employees lack of enthusiasm and good customer service is maddening to me. They can do better. Frankly, Whole Foods is too expensive.Btw, you can call Harris Teeter and they will refund your overcharges right over the phone. They get it.

Thomas: They don’t carry spiral Mac n cheese or cous cous for some reason and the baking potatoes are usually small…other than that I enjoy shopping here. Aisles are wide enough unlike most grocery stores. Clean. Cheap meats. Good prices with MVP card. I don’t know the guys name…I believe he’s Indian. If I have the choice I go to his register as he is the fastest and he doesn’t seem to mind doing his job unlike others. You can tell he has a sense of pride in his job. I avoid self scan because the employee on duty will stare you down the whole time you are checking out to make sure you aren’t stealing. It’s very uncomfortable so I avoid when I can.

So the associate name Pooh said where closed and a heavy set woman was also an associate new employee with no name tag according to the night manager Darius she was very professional said she didn’t care either all I was doing was getting was 2 items so I told Darius what happened and he would address the issue with Pooh and the new associate with no name tag displayed very disrespectful and unprofessional manners towards me and should be held accountable and disciplined for their actions because the the door wasn’t supposed to locked be until 11pm and Darius told me it was because the store had theft and somebody ran out with merchandise

United: I been coming to this store for years and I've never seen such good customer services I love everything about this store every thing is fresh love the cashier's the little brown skin boy is a very hard worker I've seen him putting up 25 cent cans and restocking eggs I love his energy and also I've seen him working with the brown skin girl he works very good with her and when someone is at money order he goes to get the Manager to go to the window his is a very helpful young man.

But when it comes to customer service that is a different story there are a couple of young immature cashiers there is one young lady that wears glasses and is always sweet and helpful also the tall white guy they are always good with great customer service the younger boy who always wears the hats is very lazy he always depends on the other cashier's to help him with small task that only takes one person and it causes the line to move very slow he also plays around with the the other girl and gets very little work done you can see that a lot of the fall off from them lands on the other cashier.other than that this is a great place to shop and reminds me home.

Hayley Watson: I will say Wayne’s is convenient if you are needing something simple like salt or milk or eggs. And in the past I have had okay experiences here. However, we bought a block of Neese’s sausage without checking the expiration date (because surely they take things off the shelf once they’ve expired…)This morning to our surprise the sausage was covered in mold. Perhaps we should have checked the expiration, which was dated from a week ago. But I would at least expect the shelves to be stocked with fresh meat. Disappointed, please do better

Monica: Es uno de mis supermercados favoritos sin duda , lo hermoso del sitio y la calidad de sus productos solo que hoy la persona que estaba atendiendo en el area de postres trabaja sin guantes que debe cambiarlos cada vez que atiende un cliente, y sus dedos rosaron el postre que posteriormente comeríamos lo que me parece una falta de higiene y de técnicas de manipulación de alimentos. Helen Paxton: All was well until the experience with cashier, Hayden. Hayden has no understanding of “customer service” so I guess he was hired without any training. Your store is is classy and has classy prices. But this employee coped an attitude with me and argued with me. His manner matched his disheveled hair falling all over his face. The Walmart employees look and act 100 % better and give better customer service than your guy at the register. I had to ask him his name, his badge was flipped over so His name was not showing. He spoke in a very low mumbled voice and is a very poor communicator and sassy in response. Too many details to include in this survey. I must also comment that you have four coffee tasting urns and three of them had cold coffee and the fourth one was slightly heated.If I was the manager, I would remove Hayden from the register and assign him to work in some other capacity where he does not interact with customers like stocking or cleaning.
Kellen Matthiae: Always fresh produce. Great selection of hot foods, salads, and all sorts of food you can’t find anywhere else. Our go to dinner for Sunday. A chicken, 2 sides and rolls for $16. Can’t beat it.
Ronnie Moore: This is the stop if you are looking for a beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers without the expense of a flower shop. Should be on the A list for anyone in the “doghouse” or any occasion where flowers are due.
Palazoloup: Small, speciality grocery store that focuses on high quality foods, meats and beverages. The butcher will do what ever you need including trimming of a whole beef tenderloin. Great wine selection, but priced higher than most stores, ok if you need just a bottle for the meal. Great service at check out and they move quickly and with a great attitude. Fresh ground coffee selections also. I hope you find this review helpful. The little big meals are a good deal.

Marcia Lahens: Their ground chuck makes great burgers and at $3.99/lb on Tuesdays, it's a great deal, too. Chicken breasts are also $3.99/lb. They also have good quality in-store ground pork. This particular Fresh Market is quite small, so their inventory is more limited. Their produce is more expensive than the supermarket, and I don't think the quality is better. At least not enough to justify the price differential. But, their ground chuck is excellent.

Lisa Franklyn-Zaidi: I love shopping at Fresh Market and traditionally it has great food and service. At this location, I love the poke bowls which are often made to order by a wonderful chef. Today, he wasn't there and there was a woman who told me "she had other things to due and that I would have to wait for her to make it". Meanwhile, I had already stood quietly for 5 minutes and let her put out the sushi she already prepared. This location was my favorite, but it just dropped to my least. Not surprisingly, she disappeared when I spoke to the manager. Definitely avoid the rude and unprofessional sushi station if you visit.

Sam: Deli staff are really rude. Self proclaimed “Momma of the deli” staff needs to work on her people skills and helpfulness. Even before she decided to start hollering at me from across the store she wasn’t friendly like you get from all the other staff at Whole Foods. Maybe ask questions instead of telling someone you’re going to call the store on me because I couldn’t reach a sandwich and used a step stool the store had immediately to my left. Maybe take the step stool away and say you’d be happy to help if I need anything and to not use the step stool. She had really odd behavior and kept scolding me after I just said “ok sounds good”. That wasn’t enough for her. Well she drove me writing this review.

I was very impressed with the quality of produce as well as friendly and helpful staff at this location. I am very appreciative to the young brunette gentleman whom helped me in the seafood section around 12:30 pm, in addition to giving me 2 courtesy bags of ice due to my long drive back to SC. I am sorry I did not ask his name. I wish I could give the same compliments for the Greenville SC location but they do not compare. You all are awesome. I will definitely be back when in the area again.

Kristen Pearson: We love whole foods. We come here for pizza quite often. The pizza slices are huge and you get a discount with your Amazon prime. My 4-year-old loves to be able to pick out and carry his own pizza to the register. He really also loves the mochi ice cream.

They also have a coffee and beer bar, where I can enjoy a drink while I shop or relax on the patio. The prices are reasonable for the quality and variety of products they offer. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they run out of some items or have long lines at checkout. But overall, I think Whole Foods Market is a great place to shop for healthy and delicious food.

R Goldsboro: I shared some photos of barbecued pork chops I bought and cooked from there. A family pack…They were dirt cheap ($6) and they looked good at the store. I brought them home and cooked them the next day. To my surprise they were black/purple and brown after cooked. Very hard and crunchy. I don’t recommend anybody buying them. Cheap but no good. The taste alone after a couple’s of bites made me sick. I also bought chicken wings and legs. Now I didn’t have a problem with them. They were okay.

Most of the big chain grocers just don’t carry certain things. People had been recommending Giant Penny and I finally went. So glad I did! They have almost all of the items I’m used to seeing back home. The prices are reasonable, meats look fresh and high quality. The produce looked pretty good too.The store is obviously in an older building and it has that old building smell, but it definitely doesn’t stink. The store is neat and clean. You won’t find tons of a variety of items, but they do have all the staples and, like I said, many of foods I’m used to seeing at the rural/country grocers. Staff is friendly. It is definitely going to be a regular stop for me now.
HOME OF THE 90S: Great prices on chicken wings! They the only place in Charlotte that didn't go up on prices like gas

If your store operation hours are open UNTIL 8:00 PM, then that is when your store should close. Tracey Franklin: I travel 45 minutes to shop this store. I have been there @three times. I have purchased packs of chicken wings. Twice the chicken pack was spoiled. All other purchases was very good. I called and was told about the store policy, that if I was unhappy about my purchase, I should return it the same day or next day. Once again I traveled 45 minutes away. All I'm saying is the manager could of suggested a new pack and from there I would be mindful of their policy and choose more carefully when selecting my meat packages.
