Dylan Farnum: My colleague informed me that UGP would not print his artwork because it resembled a character and they could not print for “copy right” reasons. Mind you he drew and changed the character from its original state. So I decided to look at UGP very own Instagram. Maybe I am blind but all these prints are know images, logos, and design from beer companies, to schools, to rap groups, to movies. Honestly I got tired of looking because there were so many. Maybe because my colleague drew the character as a black man, UGP got offended. I guess all these “slipped through the cracks” I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Plenty of DTG companies that will assist ALL ARTIST, not the select few!

(Maybe it was the associate I worked with) I was told I couldn’t print an item because it resembled a character from a show. Mind you I changed the complexion and drew the image from scratch. Then low and behold I go to their Instagram and they printed this shirt for someone. Maybe I am seeing things but this customer looked to get a Jaws shirt printed by this company. The exact same shark.
Marshal Spradley: We have used Underground for 5 orders now, and have been so pleased with them! Working with Leah, she has been so helpful and responsive. I am not tech savy, nor am I good at designing. I just told her an idea of what we wanted, and she did the rest for us. Their prices are fair, and turn around time was great. We have had our first set of shirts for a couple of years now, and they hold up perfect! Will definitely be using them for our business shirts for years to come.

Kaylyn Dungan: Went to do some Christmas shopping for some of my family members because they highly recommended this place. Well, first off they are curbside pick up only when every other store is open at limited capacity. Went online and it says curbside pick up is available. Upon arrival the manager stopped us rudely at the door and told us we were not allowed to come in and shop because it says curbside pick up only online which is clearly not communicated well. He rudely stated multiple times online curbside pick up only which after showing and telling him that’s not the case he said how about you follow us on social media to find that out which I shouldn’t have to. Customer service means everything nowadays so maybe you should Select your managers more carefully. Especially during these hard times and wanting to support small you lost a big sale that could’ve happened today.

Renita Anderson: I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism with this company. I needed a last minute order and instead of just saying he could not do it my time and gas was wasted! This is why I am very selective with who I chose to do business with. A professional business needs to ensure they reach out to the potential customer and not make assumptions. Sending texts messages and not following up with a phone call is not the way you handle a professional business especially when I sent messages and it was stated he never got them then I showed him where he did get them. He just never responded or took the time to check. I could have easily taken my business elsewhere and not retrieve my shirts I purchased from him to design from the wheel of his automobile because he left. Regardless, if you are not well or whatever the excuse maybe there is a way you handle business professionally and that was not done. I will NEVER pick another business offline that only has one review ever again because it was a huge disappointment! All I received was a lot of failed promises and excuses! Not a business I would recommend to anyone!!!
Shaniqua Horstead: I called to ask a few questions before going in to have some shirts printed. This dude said “I’m busy, call me back” and hung up the phone. Prime example of why it’s so difficult to support local businesses. I guess my money wasn’t important which is why I spent it somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
Keith Scott: The owner of this company is the real deal I went in at 11am and on the same day I walked out with my shirts, these where 4 color printed shirts on Front and Back! He was more then helpful, price of shirts where great, let’s keep small business going. Next project will be my signs that he can also print I will give him more time on this Job! Linton Walker: The owner of the shop was very rude, got even smart with me from the turn of the door knob because I had issues opening the door. I express to him I didn’t want to force it because it was locked from the first time I stop by with the open sign in the window. He then said he didn’t have to answer to me and that I could do the same if I own my own business which I indeed do that why I was there but we didn’t get that far because I decided to just leave. He proceeded to apologize as I walked out and said he was just joking but he tone said otherwise. Enter at your own risk but I wouldn’t suggest this business to anyone.

I Naz: About 5 years ago this place was 5 stars easy but I do not know what happened to them they are terrible with orders now. I ordered rush production and I'm still waiting on items no working phone number and I was able to finally get an email from them after getting it through paypal. But still no response from them. The hat I purchased was the wrong colors and they are just not good anymore!! They have my money and I will be requesting a refund actually today.

Tim: I uploaded a high quality file from a marketing agency and recieved 3 shirts with 3 different shades of blue in the logo and also blue transferred onto the white this is unacceptable also the lettering was doubled! Nathalie Osterman: If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would have put. Placed an order on Sept. 13th. Still haven’t received. Checked my order online and shipping status just says “waiting”? Called multiple times and phone just rings and rings and rings. No answer and no voicemail set up. Tried messaging through the website and still no response. Even tried messaging through their Facebook page and nothing. But they were real quick to take my money the second I placed the order. Now contacted the cancel the order and get a full refund and STILL no response. Must not want any business.
Softlite Group: I was looking for a tshirt fulfillment company and tried to contact galloree. I called multiple times and on multiple days. No phone answer at all. Looks like I'll find another company to partner with. If you don't answer for a new potential client, chances are pretty low you'll answer and provide service once I start sending orders their way. Poor customer service overall.

Also, if you look at the reviewers, many of them review the same places. You cant trust a company with fake reviews. Nice try Galloree!My Review:I had 2 separate orders of shirts that were misprinted by Galloree. There were multiple shirts where the designs were either missing or placed wrong, shirts were the wrong size, and some designs were already cracking upon arrival. One shirt even had a yellow stain on it like from a marker. After emailing them multiple times with pictures of the errors and also calling them multiple times (with no answer) I now believe that they are just going to avoid me entirely. Their printing quality and customer service are equally terrible. Buyer beware!

Patrice Woods: I ordered a sweatshirt and a t-shirt which they charged me for, that was 20 days ago. I got an e-mail acknowledgement of the order and they charged my credit card but I have since heard nothing from them. I have sent two e-mails with no response. The phone number is not working. I think I may be out the 70 something dollars I spent since I can't get ahold of anyone and my t-shirts have not even been shipped yet with no indication of when I can expect them. If you are looking to have other people order your designs, beware. Find another company to do this.
Patricia Riascos Goodrich: No costumer service so to speak. The Phone # is not working (for a long time according to other costumers).I did send an inquiring email as well. My order was placed 10 days ago! Dec. 5th. no tracking number or any idea when it will get here.... Then I finally got an email from the company's manager. For some reason hard to understand they had decided to move their shop to another location in the middle of the busiest season. I is now the 16h day since I ordered. Still not here but she at least promised that it's coming hopefully before Christmas day. We'll see
