I worked with Giorgio throughout the process and he made sure to accommodate all of my style needs. In the past month I’ve sent 2 of my friends to Nyoni [to see Giorgio specifically] for their upcoming weddings. I guarantee they’ll be satisfied the same way I was!

I was charged twice for alterations when I shouldn't have been charged the second time if they had gotten it correct the first time. Unfortunately, the time it took, the unprofessional manner given when I expressed my concerns (not the owner), and the additional alteration cost doesn't allow me to recommend this place to anyone.

Xuan-Xuan Daniels: Highly recommend that you visit OMJ for your custom clothing wishes and needs. The owner Brad and his team are phenomenal and you will always be treated like family. Everyone has a keen sense of fashion and represent the shop really well. They offer a myriad of fabrics, buttons and designs. The team will not let you leave with your items unless you are fully satisfied and 100% happy. My husband probably has everything they offer from button down shirts for everyday and work, every type of sport coat you can imagine, classic sneakers, suits in a wide range of colors (single and double breasted). It always has been challenging for me to find work pants but the pairs Brad customized for me are perfect. There are endless possibilities here and you can sip on exclusive bourbon or non alcoholic beverages while designing your own pieces. High quality of the rack items like t shirts and sweatsuits are available too. You will not be disappointed.

Ironman Triathlete: I needed a suit for my pending nuptials, so I looked online and come across OMJ Clothing for a custom suit. So, I scheduled a sitting with them from their website. I received several emails and a text message confirming my appointment with Kelly (pictures). She was amazing! She really helped me to work within the confines of my allergies, and she had a lot of patience with me as I have never ordered w custom suit before so I had many questions. My fiancé and I looked over several fabric swatches in many colors. After about 90-minutes or so, I made my decision to order. That was the hardest part, then the fun began. I got to pick all my custom buttons, lining, stitching, styles, etc… for both the jacket and the pants. It takes 6-8 weeks for the suit to arrive and I am most likely going to order a custom shirt to go along with my custom suit from OMJ Clothing as well. My fiancé and I are so excited to see the finished suit. We can hardly wait. I also wanted to point out that all the sales team really helped in the process as well. A really nice bonus was the adult beverages that they offered during the sitting. I needed it as I was getting nervous about ordering the suit as I want it to be perfect. After leaving OMJ Clothing today, I am feeling even more excited now that I have the perfect suit.

She worked her magic so I would have the coverage in the bikini and thigh area as well as the tulle detail in the back so it was more flattering and no muffin top :). The day I picked up my dress, I realized a jumpsuit was slightly too long for my new shoes and I thought I would just ask if there was anyway she could do it same day and despite how busy she was, she was willing to stay past closing to get it done for me. Rachel Honorat: Came here to get my bridesmaid dress altered. Christie makes you pay when you first drop off your clothing which is a little questionable. Before I dropped off my dress I made sure there weren't any stains on it and when I picked it up there was a stain on it. When I pointed the stain out to Christie she said that it was from the oils on my skin....she did not offer any sort of discount. Makes sense as to why she makes people pay upfront before seeing the end product. Wedding is in 7 days and now I need to figure out how to not ruin the dress by getting the stain out. Lily Lover: I originally brought 4 dresses here to be hemmed. The employees are nice, but their problem is pricing and quality.For hemming, they measure how long the hemline is and charge by the yard. That means that my three fitted dresses were reasonable prices (~$35) because the hemlines were 2.5 yards, but they wanted to charge me $120 to hem my more flowy dress. Just for a hem. It was just a single layer cotton dress, so that price seemed ridiculous. I brought it to another tailor in town and they charged only $40 to hem it.When I came to pick up my other 3 dresses, two of them were still dragging on the floor and one of them hadn't been hemmed at all. The woman working there seemed frustrated and told me it would take a week to fix their mistake even though I had a trip the next day. She said they also wouldn't offer me a refund or discount because they'd already worked on the dresses...... Even though they didn't hem them to the right length? Ultimately she called the owner and he had her fix them right away for me, but I'm surprised she would try to resolve the issue in that manner.They're nice people and I wanted to support a family business, but this experience was very unprofessional and I won't be returning.

Nicholas Sanford: I had a great experience with Indochino. I did a two suit bundle as part of their Black Friday sale. The measurement process was quick and seamless. Adrian clearly has years of expertise under his belt. He was quick, but also paid attention to the detail. The suits arrived a few weeks later and didn't require any alterations. What really stood out to me was the way Adrian went above and beyond - he gave recommendations for me based on my body shape and also provided styling tips. I had a great experience and just made an appointment for my partner to try them out. We'll be ordering our wedding suits from here in a few months!

Nathan Weir: I started shopping at Indochino last summer for custom suits and dress shirts. Adrian is hands down the best. From getting measured to choosing from all of the options and modifications, it was a great experience. Manufacturing messed up one of my orders but Adrian made it right and has gone above and beyond each time to make sure that I am more than happy with each purchase. I like that they are appointment only because it truly enhances the experience and allows the focus to be on what your want. From someone who used to buy suits off the rack from other stores, Indochino is now where I would tell anyone to go for a new suit.

Julianna Moore: Great concept, but failed to deliver.We had a really positive experience with Ken at our fitting and trusted Indochino to deliver the perfect suit for our wedding. After an hour of measuring, pinning and designing we were very hopeful and checked this off our to do list. When the suit arrived it was too snug all over. My fiance could not comfortably sit down and the fabric pulled in several places. It did NOT fit like a custom suit. He's had rentals that look better!When we went in for a final looks appt we were told that's the style and it looks fine. I suppose fit is relative so we can agree to disagree on that! It fit as in he could get it on his body. It did not fit in a 'custom suit for your wedding with pictures you're going to look at the rest of your life.'Also, after getting fitted at another retailer I can confirm that this was just a poorly made suit and something got lost in translation from fitting to production. Unclear if the measurements were wrong or what but we're not allowed to shop there anymore so I guess it doesn't matter!Of course they offer the option to remake but since these ship from China it was a toss up if it would get here in time (side note: how wasteful is that? why not err on the side of a little big so it can be taken in if necessary? After reading Better Business Bureau it is clear this is a very common complaint). For this reason we opted to try to let the pants out a little but in doing so they pulled in new ways, were still snug and just did not look right!They were aware of our timeline and we were assured we were good to go. If you shop here make sure you have more time than they tell you you need so you can get a remake, alterations or replacement if necessary!
Steven Price: UPDATE:Really nice manager called from the store and offered to work me in this weekend at 11:00 a.m. to fix the tuxedo. I'll update my review once we see what happens. In the meantime, I'll update my review once we see how it goes....Great concept, poor execution. On a Saturday in August, I drove over 100 miles to custom make a tuxedo for a November wedding. Had my measurements taken and received the tuxedo yesterday (September 20). Tried it on and it does not fit whatsoever. The pants are so tight I can't even pull the sides together to button or zip them or put my hands in my pocket. The jacket is so tight I can't even bring the sides together and the sleeves are about 6 inches too short. I'm an attorney and have suits tailored or made regularly. I never had one come back this bad.To make things worse, you are only allowed to make reservations for them to fix THEIR MISTAKES on Weekdays, and the closest reservation slot is two weeks away. In other words, if you want a suit or tuxedo made, and are a new customer, they have appointments for you every day of the week. If you want their mistake fixed, you can only go when most adults are working.BAD BAD BAD. Stay far far away. You're better off going to Joseph A. Banks, buying a brand new tuxedo for HALF the price, and having it tailored by a professional for a hundred bucks. You get much better customer support, and much better quality clothing at a fraction of this unknown brand's prices.

I cannot recommend Adrian enough at Indochino and how easy and effortless he makes the whole experience. I recommend him to everyone looking for a new suit! He is truly an asset to Indochino and we will continue to work with him for years to come!
Corbin Peters: Adrian at Indochino Charlotte is great. The Charlotte showroom is temporarily located in Nordstrom at Southpark Mall. After some mixups with both retailers’ systems, Adrian patiently made things right and completed alterations on a tight deadline.

Jeff Lawler: I walked in after already choosing a jacket online and I was greeted by… “Do you have an appointment?” I said no and was told by appointment only. I let them know that I had already picked a jacket out and then he asked if I had my measurements. I said yes and let him know my size. He then said they were booked today, which I thought was rather amusing since no one was in there. Was treated rather rudely in front of another couple, so I will never entertain this option ever again. Treat people with respect and decency. What a joke.

I went to 4 different alterations places and they tried to convince me that it fit fine and all I needed was a hem. But I KNEW how well the smaller dress fit, minus the bust. It was almost like they didn’t want to be bothered with it. I didn’t even mention the trouble I had been having when I went to Anna’s, and they had NO PROBLEM pinning it to take it in and take some of the fabric away from the bottom so that it hugs my form perfectly, is much more slimming AND fits the bust!
