B T: Better rent at sunbelt rental...here they charge by the minute you go over..at sunbelt rental if you bring it 30 min to 1 hour later they charge you nothing...also if you rent from sunbelt in Friday you get to keep till Monday...think twice between homedepot or sunbelt rental

Evan Learn: Short an sweet. Had a missing part with a delivery, called in to talk to manager Clint and he was very effective with resolving my issue and offering up a discount for the problem. Also today went in to the tool rental to try and get my mower fixed, Thad helped me get it fixed quickly and showed me how to do it. Will definitely be coming back

M A J: My daughter and wife tried to purchase some standard 1/4 in machine bolts to assemble a bed. Not being too familiar with those products, they asked for help from a man who was zero help, who looked at the spec sheet and told them to go to where they bought the bed and walked away. Let them buy some over sized screws. So I went back with my daughter to return the useless screws, and located the exact needed product in less than a minute, even though product rack was a mess and in disarray. On the way there noticed trash all around the building. The cashier was friendly but could not provide a printed receipt. Very poor store for being so close to the Corporate HQ. You’d think some senior management would get out and see first hand what their customers experience.

David Alcantara: These people lie. When I rented the dingo and trencher they charge me almost $1600 for a month. I was ok with that but when the helper loaded the machine onto my trailer he almost killed himself due to being an inexperienced operator. My trailer pins and gate was severely damaged. The dingo almost flipped on him. They then called a week later asking for another 2k just to keep the dingo until the 14 of June. I was very upset because the paperwork contract I have stated return on the 14th of June. So I then returned the machine today and they say I owe them over 1000 for being a day late. This company and its workers are simple dishonest and should be ashamed

matt bennett: I have rented across MULTIPLE sunbelt Rentals and CONSISTENTLY have the same issue..including today at the statesville road location. I rented a trailer initially for the weekend. I called on monday and ASKED if I could keep it for the week and was told yes. I offered to pay, and was told not to...to pay when I return it. When friday came, I called and asked if I could keep it the weekend as well. I was told yes. I offered to pay and was told no, pay when you return it. Over the weekend, heavy rain prevented us from working. As a result, I needed the trailer longer...till tomorrow, Friday the 18th. I called ASKED if I could keep it, was told yes, OFFERED TO PAY AGAIN, and was told no, pay when you return it. Today, Thursday the 17th, I received 2 calls. When I immediately called back, I was told they had ALREADY ran my card and it was declined. It was declined because I am transferring money from another account today (NOT THAT ITS ANY IF THEIR BUSINESS). I was told the manager wanted to lower their outstanding balances. IF THATS A CONCERN, THEN DONT TELL ME NOT TO PAY 3 TIMES BEFORE!!! I am paying over 300$ for a 2 week rental, that started out as a $60 weekend rental. You would think they would appreciate the extra business. Maybe instead of the manager being concerned about balances, he/she should make sure their employees are accurately notating the account when someone calls. This has happened to me at the concord location as well...and I ALWAYS offer to pay, and even explain to them that this has happened in the past. I AM ALWAYS TOLD NOT TO PAY UNTIL I RETURN IT!!! Now I'll probably be on the hook for an insufficient funds charge. Poor business practices FOR SURE!
