Hello Good bye: Great service even for the unsure! I'm a single mother and had an issue with my bahroom sink. I didn't know any technical terms. I simply desribed my issue along with the shape of the parts(lol). They knew exactly what i needed and told me exactly what to do in order to fix it. Step 1: turn off the water sources not just the spicket and etc. I got it done in 30 minutes by mysrlf i even called up there a few times with guestions mid through the project with no complaints or sighs from them. I reall enjoyed my experience and will go back and recommed to all my friends.

katherine McDorman Maczka: I had a pressure washer there for two months! Never got fixed, they never called. I’m so disappointed in the customer service with this company. What happened to good service? The lady I spoke with was very rude and she acted liked I was inconveniencing her for calling to check on the pressure washer. When I asked if I could speak with the manager, she said there is no manager.. so who overseas the store? she said it’s a girl name Heather but she’s not here today😬 this company has turned into a lost cause , very very sad.
