Lin McDowell: If I could rate them below 1 star, I would. I called them to find an engine part for our 2012 Hyundai Sonata and was told they had two of their on their lot. I ask if I could come out and look at the cars for the part. The woman in the office said yes.I got there and then was told that the engines on both cars had been removed and dismantled. I told the man "I guess I wasted a trip". His only answer was "yep".Is this how you treat a potential customer?No integrity at all and no class whatsoever. This will be the first and last time I will ever contact them for any car needs. Don't deal with them, folks. You'll be wasting your time.
Latoya Young: NEVER BUY A ENGINE FROM HERE! I BROUGHT A ENGINE HERE PAID $3200 FOR THE ENGINE & $750 FOR LABOR FOR THE ENGINE TO BE PUT IN. ONCE THE ENGINE WAS INSTALLED I WAS INFORMED THE ENGINE WAS NO GOOD. THE OWNER GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 3 WEEKS! When arrived, I was told I have to wait at least an hour because parts had to be removed. 2 hours later, was told they didn't have one of the part I needed. This was" suposebly " the part they were removing... Junk yard is a mud pit with hardly any parking . save your time and shop else where .

Dara Buffaloe: I spoke with Sam over the phone about getting new tires and wheels from him. He quoted me $300 over the phone. Which was a great price! Once I got there, he told me $350. I politely reminded him that he told me $300 over the phone and he admitted to not remembering what he told me but wouldn’t honor the original $300 quote. I didn’t have a problem with the $350 price Bc that is still a great price but it’s the principle. He should’ve honored what he quoted me, especially Bc he forgot. I would recommend sending written quotes to future customers to prevent this from happening again.

LK Bee Arnet: Stopped by to look at the GR86. Spoke to sales manager and asked if everything on the car was all Toyota, as I know Subaru shared the model with the BRZ. Manager said everything is Toyota, top to bottom. After additional review later found in the GR86 owners manual online the navigation system in the car is Subaru’s EyeSight system, which I very much dislike on my wife’s Legacy.

He continued to be kind and still worked to build a rapport with me so I felt more comfortable. Once Hezar took over the excellent service continued. Hezar was very thorough in discussing what my options looked like and helped me get into a car that I felt comfortable with. Finally Ryan with the finance team finished everything up maintaining the level of service I’d received since pulling up to the dealership and made sure I understood all the paperwork. YES you read that correct $20K and I was told it was not negotiable and it is what it is.Very interesting experience.

Lucky Luckiano: As an auto repair service in CLT, I have tried to source parts from ASAP multiple times and been told parts were available and ready to go, only to drive all the way up N. Tryon and go in, and be told that they couldn't find them. This has happened 4 times, and I'm 100% done with them. Not to mention the times I've called and the phone has just rang and rang, no answer, no way to leave a message. Extremely unprofessional. The guys at S&R on Craighead Road are a much much better option.
Bobby Blalock (Bobby B): Doesn't have anybody that works there to show me bumper on car to see it it has damage before I buy but they will let me buy it and they will take off that same day ASIS no return. Makes no sense at all.
Buckman's Autobody: I have to give them 1 star because it is the minimum, but they don't even deserve one. I bought some seats online, from current stock. I was assured by the sales person that the one pictured were the ones I was getting. After driving 8 hours to pick them up for my surprise they were destroyed!!! The car was listed as a new arrival but pictures were from 4 years ago and never updated. I told them we were coming form Florida to make sure they were good but they could care less. Well, to say the least they are not to be trusted.

Kayleigh Blank: I wish I had noticed these reviews before wasting my time. Small business here. Took 2 calls for them to pick up. Filled out the cc auth form, placed my order, called back to confirm receipt and got no answer. Should've know then. This morning, after realizing the part still had not arrived, we called again. "The part was bent, so we never placed the order or sent the part." This was after telling us yesterday it was on the truck already and we'd receive it today. They're either lying or just inept. Don't have time to figure out which it is.

Irvin Greene: I have a body shop and have been in business for 40 years. I have called these people several times and I always get the same answer. 'Yes, we have the part.' Knowing that sometimes they could be wrong I ask them to make sure by putting their hands on it. Which is an industry-standard. That way we both know that the part is actually there and it is in good saleable quality. I am tired of driving there to find out they were wrong. They will however, apologize and say 'check with us again in the future.' Well, it won't happen again in my lifetime. They have no idea of good business practices and the importance of other people's time!

Matthew Eldridge: I called this morning around 8:30am in regards to a part ASAP had listed on Car-Part for my wife's 2014 Altima. I was told the part was available. I went through the process to pay via the website & called back around 11am just to confirm paperwork was received. I was advised it was & someone would contact me shortly to send photos for me to verify the part before it is shipped. Just a few minutes ago I received a call finally & was told the part is not even there & the charge on my card was voided “so I should see my money back quickly”.I’ve now wasted a full day & am no further than I was when I started. I ran a salvage yard for years - it takes someone 5 minutes to check the vehicle initially & ensure the part is there.

I drove 30 minutes to get there, and it took forever just to find the entrance to the office behind a barbed wire fence.Once I found my way in, the employees were nice and helpful, which is the only reason I'm rating it two stars. The only problem is that after sitting there for 20 minutes, they tell me they can't find the part, and it must have been misplaced.They seem to have some inventory issues here, as they said the listing for the part hadn't been updated in months.They gave me a number for another parts place that may have what I needed, but they couldn't provide me the part I needed after telling me they could. After wasting over an hour of my time, plus the gas, plus having to go into the bad neighborhood where it's located, it's safe to say I won't be back here.
