Jen Z: Do NOT rent from here! We had a car reservation, but arrived 2 hours late (flight delay) and we're told that they had no cars, but "there might be one available in a few hours" if we wanted to wait. We didn't and had to eat the cost of an upgraded car with enterprise (who had a much more polite staff). We travel full time and have never, ever seen this level of incompetence with 30 people sitting around waiting to see if there might be cars because they overbooked that much.They also wouldn't work with Expedia because it wasn't their fault...
Alvaro Mendoza: We had an awesome experience buying cars there. Demetrius was very helpful as he showed us several options before we make a decision. Fees were very reasonable compared to other dealerships.

Molly Metz: We had a great experience. Fast, easy, no pressure, great price, and good customer service. My only issue was there was no heat during a cold snap, and it apparently had been a problem off and on for days. Employees (and customers) were having to wear winter jackets and gloves inside. Hertz needs to take care of its employees and make sure they have a suitable environment to do their work. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!

Roland Klietz: Saw a car advertised in stock at local Charlotte location advertised for 13,295. Went to see it with my daughter, it would be for her, but the rep said it was getting an inspection and he would call us when done. Never called and now the price is 14,995. Run from this place, run far away. Pricing bait and switch!

Shyla Rae: I originally posted a "positive review" as I was told to by my salesperson Justin. Google reminded me that I wrote this review over three years ago. So, here is my updated and honest review.Edit: I was ripped off on the price of my car and then cajoled into getting some "car protection insurance" that I didn't even need. When I was hesitant about spending an extra $3000+, the salesperson Justin told me I could walk across the street to the Toyota dealership to ask them if it was a good deal. Well, he is a good SALESman. Do not recommend going here unless you want to get a used car with many miles and without typical features in a car, like the slip on the back seat for putting your stuff into, etc. I felt taken advantage of because I was in desperate need of a vehicle and they knew it. When I called Justin about this "car protection insurance" once I had purchased the car, he was very short and rude and spared little time to talk to me. Do not go here!

They don’t hassle you into buying anything and will let you test drive the cars by yourself so that you can really get a good feel of the car.
