rings 4: Buyer beware!! Craftsmanship is rather nice.However if your concern is getting what you pay for on time trust me you can find better. (Even with a contract and needing only 60 wedding invitations) What we received was excuses and the printer down TWICE !! REALLY? She even mentioned how many years she has been in business. Very helpful! Red flag for me first off was the sloppiness of her workspace. Go and see it for yourself. Kinda explains her confusions. Blamed the planner made excuses etc... Also doesn't help that she's closed on Monday and Sunday and closes at 2 on Saturday. Trust me doesn't matter how nice they look if you can't get them to a customer in a timely manner. Has my wife to be in tears!!

Most recently, I threw a baby shower for my best friend and with the pandemic going on, it meant so much for her to have beautiful custom invitations when we all weren’t able to meet in person to share her wonderful news. Three Little Birds actually reached out to us first (before even knowing about us rescheduling) and offered COMPLIMENTARY change the date cards free of charge. Not only was this an extremely generous offer, but they matched our original design and they also addressed them the same. This was such a nice offer at that time and really made us happy and relieved to not have to worry about informing everyone ourselves right away. It was also a nice offer coming from a small, local business that I assume was also hit hard by COVID. Kristen and Melissa are so incredibly busy, but their attention to personal preferences and detail, their response times, patience in small design changes, and overall professionalism and enthusiasm to design your dream invitations is top notch and I highly recommend! For how customized we got with ours, their price point was also very good in my opinion! We were in love with the invites and everything that came with them, it really made our kickstart to wedding planning super exciting and everyone was really impressed with our invites as well - we got a lot of compliments saying "wow, if the wedding is as nice as these invitations, then I am excited!!!" We included our personal logo (designed by Three Little Birds with little direction), and we also included a drawing of our venue that my step-mother-in-law did. They also did our response cards. Everything about our set was phenomenal and if you're looking for a company in the area, I highly recommend checking them out!

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent listener. In fact, I subsequently recommended the store to a few friends and they each had positive feedback after making their own trips. I would highly recommend this location of Paper Source for the selection and customer service. More generally, I recommend Paper Source across locations over other retail stores for stationary, art materials and greeting cards, if you are seeking a range of high quality materials.

Her creativity and artistic ability is beyond special. She took our ideas and ran with it. She incorporated everything we asked for but added her own flair and creative touches. The invitations were gorgeous. Although she worked with us on revisions until we got it just right, there was very little that we ultimately changed. Every step of the way, the costs were discussed and there were no hidden costs or additional expenses that we weren't aware of. She played off of the invitation to create the most beautiful ceremony programs, dinner menus, and napkins for the night of the wedding. She designed a seating chart like nothing I've ever seen - so creative and different but it went completely with the rest of the wedding's contemporary decor.Amanda surpassed our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed working with and getting to know her. She was patient, honest, and thorough in her fact gathering, design, proposals and timeline. She was the perfect person for us to work with and in fact, we called ourselves The Dream Team. I would highly recommend hiring Amanda for any of your stationary/invitation needs no matter where you live!

Leslie Goldfarb: This store has the best customer service I’ve ever seen! I was looking for a special stuffed animal for my niece, and Jada tracked one down for me and had it shipped to the Southpark store. — she really went out of her way to help. When I got to the store, everyone was so nice and I was amazed at all of the wonderful and unique items they had there. — I will definitely go back for myself. They have some really wonderful items.

Richard Wheelahan: This place is the Soviet moon program of custom stationary. The stationary (including our return address) had typos every single round - even after correcting the proof. And then, even after bringing the ones that were wrong again, back to the store! We literally ran out of time to send what they couldn’t manage to get right. Like the Soviet moon rocket, you can go visit the pitiable effort somewhere in what must be a massive Swoozie’s boneyard of failure.

Review person: Absolutely The worst place if you wanna get anything vinyl done or have any cards printed. The manager anne lost my cup that I needed in a week but she said it could get done. don’t even get me started on how it looked when I picked it up all the vinyl was already peeling off it was off centered and uneven very disappointed with the customer service here. Anne needs to be fired asap. She’s 100% the reason this store gets bad reviews and complaints.

Jana Smith: Major problems with my daughter’s wedding invitation order. We placed our order the first week of February and we are still waiting for our product - 3 1/2 months! We have called over and over and the store owner is full of excuses (Covid, winter storms, sick employees, etc.) I paid for the invitations in full up front. I am concerned that this money is gone.

Robyn Weinlauf: This shop is truly wonderful. Everyone working there is so kind and helpful.I had trouble finding Hanukkah cards, candles, etc in the CLT area but they have everything here. Wish I had found this store sooner!

Whittney Bridges: Placed an order on 10/12 its been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times and left them a voicemail. Even received the email stating my email had been received and I would receive a response within 24 hours... didn't happen.I would beware of ordering from here especially around the holidays.

Maigen Thomas: I spend too much money here, but I can’t help it because they have all the best stuff! I have made a point to visit at least once a trip when I visit my folks, and always end up with candles and bath salts as gifts, along with some cocktail napkins, card sets and glasses for my home bar. I wish there was somewhere near me to buy gifts like this, but I haven’t found anywhere else like it!

Noelle Sharpe: I ordered my wedding invitations (including rehearsal dinner cards and printed envelopes) through Swoozie's, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how they turned out! I had a unique situation (my mom drew a map of the city where our wedding was), and Kaily made the entire process SO EASY. She recommended a high-quality scanning vendor, and then suggested design elements and colors that paired perfectly with the map. It was also super cost effective, considering the convenience and assurance that only comes with designing your invitations in person (prior to visiting Swoozie's I considered ordering online but those would have been equal, if not more expensive, without the graphic design support & expertise). I highly recommend using them for any wedding or special event related invitations.

SGZPHIB 2015: So im an African American and i felt very uneasy when i entered this store. I love to visit different stores to see if i might visit them in the future. Well when i asked the lady to tell me more information about the store. One of them said its a gift store and i felt their eyes staring me down as i walked away. Will not be coming back. Eventhough they had some great things there.
