We hired an outside lead detection company to come out to determine where a leak is post the liner install. Its in the light they installed after doing the liner. I've been instructed by their office manager not to call the office because I was rude. So my husband called to try and get answers and he was greeted with unprofessional attitude. My renters have also tried to get a clear answer on what work was done pertaining to the bottom drain and they were given a different answer then my husband. Its a complete mess and a total waste of our time and money.Updated-12/28 -Funny that “thou shall not lie” isn’t part of your “Christian values”. We took your company to small claims court over 18 months ago and WON. Ken is straight up with everything, does what he says, is on time and very professional. His staff is professional and friendly and gets the job done! Lisa is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things pool but rest assured if she doesn’t know something she will get the answer to you as quickly as possible. I am 100% satisfied with my pool installation and the service that I have gotten with it.

Jerrod Keplinger: Really disappointed. Affordable pools advertises itself as a Christian based business but that’s not the experience we’ve had. The owner gave us a price which was to “include everything” but when it came down to it, tried to back out of his word and charge us much more. It’s too bad you can’t trust a mans word anymore. Scott Caisse: I used this company to replace the liner in my inground pool. The initial work was done and was timely. On the second season part of the liner started to come loose. I called and asked The owner to come and look at it. He explained that it would be an $89.00 service call. He said the warranty was only good for one year(almost $2,500.00). My issue was with the workmanship not the product. Poor customer service and does not stand behind his work. I will pay someone else before I give him the business.

Ken did a beautiful and professional job. I was very impressed with their pricing compared to their competitors. I love that they are a family ran small business. Customer service was great and we have no complaints. I highly recommend this company for the job.

Their prices are fair and they do a good job; however, because they are very good, they’ve gotten very busy, and definitely need more help. The owner’s daughter is doing a majority of the work, and she definitely doesn’t have enough hands or time to get everything done. I hope they can find some good help so that they can take care of even more pools in Fayetteville!

Ken and his team are great! I'm not sure about some of these bad reviews because you don't pay until each phase is completed so they don't take your money for a job not completed. I will continue to use and recommend affordable pools for all our pool needs.

Victoria McIvor: Contacted them in February now it's June and the work was finally completed. My liner was ordered and replaced no problem but the concrete to get fixed is where my trouble began. I had to call them and ask them when the work was going to be done. They never called me without being prompted to explain anything going on, until I asked for a discount for the inconvenience is when I got an explanation and them saying no we can't come off the price. They said the concrete guy was in the hospital for two weeks and with the rain they couldn't get it done faster. My thing is there was plenty of days between march and may to come finish the job but what really upset me is no explanation for anything until I ask for them to come down in price! They should've contacted me and explained to me during the process but they didn't. His daughter took off a hundred for the inconvenience but not her father ken. She understood I was upset and took off what she could which I am thankful but her father was like sorry my guy was in the hospital for two weeks and there was rain so I can't come down on the price. Mind you they had since march after the liner to finish. How many days is that? Exactly, I will never consult them again or recommend them. Very poor costumer service. But they got a star because that's the lowest choice and because of the daughter. Thank you for the discount and I apologize for being so angry in the store. It wasn't you just the whole situation.

Christine was very nice to come to my home and take the deposit from me but now that I am not able to get the loan approved they informed me that they will NOT refund my deposit. Is just NOT RIGHT!!!! So many things can happen before you start a project like this and $7,000 dollars is a lot of money to just give away.The Owner just Replied and is NOT TELLING THE TRUTH!!! I was Not Pre approved. The Permit is $150 dollars. I just purchased my home in January 2023. No one told me to handle my funding before taking my $7,000 Deposit. That is a very EXPENSIVE Effort from you guys. IS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!! You can not just take peoples money like that. You have not done anything for my family. Other than take advantage of our trust! I am the one that has been trying with different companies to get approved. I have all the paperwork and will also make it public. I have all the Text messages to Christine. The material they build their pools, the backfield material they use was a selling point for me. However, Christen was the main reason why I purchased my pool. She was awesome and always kept the line of communication open with me. She helped me from start to finish with the process. After my pool was installed Super Man Jeff came and showed me a lot of how to maintain my pool and answer's all my questions regardless the day/time. Mimi Hagan: This was our first time having a swimming pool installed. I was more about design my husband more about budget but wanted to do it the right way. Anyone buying a pool for the first time, it will always have some bumps but overall this project was amazing and done in record speed. I am so excited. We started in July 2022 and finished in August of 2022. We were lucky to find the pool design we wanted with Parrott Bay and they were able to get it delivered quickly. The concrete was done in a timely matter and we had some special designs we wanted with our patio but it turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. We swam in the pool yesterday and had appetizers by the pool before dinner. We are enjoying our outdoors so much now. We set up a meeting with Joe to get the process started. He explained the process and we were really excited that the pool we selected was in stock. We were assigned a project manager, Reed, and received a "dig date" in around a month. Reed did a great job in answering all of our questions and coming by anytime we needed him. Big thanks as well to Kyla and Jeff. Kyla came out several times to make sure we had crystal clear water. Billy Terry: From the time we got our above ground pool we had nothing but problems with it. We had to buy a sand filter pump as the one that came with our pool was inadequate. We talked to Nikki at the store and she recommended that we buy a sand filter. Having done that, we had problems with the hoses being different sizes. Went to Nikki at Spa and Pool World and she researched it and found us the right hoses. Next she set us up with the right chemicals to get our pool right. And since they test your water for free, it was easy to know what to add to our pool. Nikki even showed us how to winterize our pool. I could go on and on about this company and it's employees. They offer great customer support and are very knowledgeable about their products. One place even treated me like a lower class citizen since I didn't want a in-ground pool. But Spa and Pool world gave me a very fair price and they treated me without bias.
