New Season Treatment Center – Fayetteville: what do users think?
Naquita Williams: Morashad has been great throughout the process! As a counselor he was very easy to communicate with and his open door policy provides a comfortable and safe space to vent. Samantha has always challenged me to tackle my obstacles head on and has awesome tools on my journey of emotional intelligence. Overall, the staff as a whole are very positive and encouraging. Melody as a caseworker handles business in a timely fashion, and provides resources that help you transition smoothly as you complete the stages of the program. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone trying to get voluntary outpatient care and assistance with being confident as you venture back out into the real world. Ms. Denise and Shay in the nursing department show genuine concern about my well-being and mood, and are always a pleasant encounter. The only area of improvement would be the communication and availability to the MD's on staff. They are very friendly and take the time necessary to consult and construct treatment plans upon intake and triage. However, they are not there very often and sometimes do not have a sense of urgency when it comes to responding to messages that are potentially time sensitive. My review as a whole would just express the gratitude and appreciation for everyone involved in my care, and to let them know how important their roles are in the community although not easy and to keep up the great work!
Johnnie Seymour Jr.: Went there 20 years only care about money.second I left that was it.dont tell u it destroys ur teeth and ur life
TonyCandy Barnhill: We used to attend this clinic till my husband was stabbed by another patient while waiting on line to dose. This man who I will call Steve would come in everyday skip everybody waiting to pay and than skip everybody waiting to dose. Now this was a everyday thing Steven would never stand and wait in line like everyone else and no one every said a word to hom about it. Many complained to the clinic but nothing was done at all. They would stand right there and watch him jump the line. So daniel( our company's employee) was in line with my husband ( Tony) and when Steven jumped the other 20 people in line and than cut line right in front of my husband & Daniel. Daniel spoke up and said no you not infront of me or Tony. Steven got really rude and jumped all in Daniel face. Now my husband spoke up and told Steven he needed to go back to his ace in line. And as my husband turned to walk away Steven swing what my husband thought was his fist. And made contact. Per the police in the video it looks like he was trying to slit my husband throat. Well my husband defended himself not knowing he was cut across the face from his mouth to the tip of his ear. My husband hit him a few times till he realized something was really wrong and he stopped and began to walk away. As my husband Tony walked away this man came to his feet stabbed my husband in the back. Which that knife wound almost took his life because it went through his lung diagram and with a 1%4 inch of his heart from the back. Steven was than able to flee on foot. He was caught the next day charged with attempted 1st degree murder and Assault was a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious bodily injury. So while this clinic has no metal detectors and not to mention Steven had been allowed to cont his skipping and aggressive behavior. But don't you know my husband was told he could no longer attend that clinic and was made to abandon his treatment because this clinic failed to follow up on patients complaints and correct this man behavior. Had the clinic done there job and 1st never allowed any weapons inside as the sign on the door had said no weapons allowed. This would have never happened. But than to Deny my husband treatment because they failed to uphold there own policy's is right down wrong. And totally failed my husband and his recovery in everyday. And if anything made it worse because now my husband has had to go back on pain meds for a short time which caused him to lose all the work he had put into his recovery.
Ranada Hammonds: I really love this company it saved my life back in 2015-2018 I was a patient here I just walkd in off the street because a friend had told me about this place I was trying to get off pain pills (perc's was my main drug💊💊) I come here one morning at 5am I was sick as a DoggI was able to be seen talk to the nurse, doctor, a counselor and also I started my dose of methadone all in the same day And thank God I'm been in recovery ever since... THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO HELP YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR JOURNEY WITH RECOVERY AND TO A BETTER LIFE, AND ALSO A BETTER PERSON SO IF YOU WANT HELP AND NEED HELP STOP BY HERE AT Fayetteville treatment center they are the BEST.... THANK YOU FAYETTEVILLE TREATMENT CENTER....
Nikkie Patterson: I transferred to this clinic from another 1 & I love the atmosphere here I love the people I deal with on a daily basis here such as the nurses, & the receptionist is awesome!! The ONLY thing I have an issue is with the type of specific county/state Medicaid that they take to pay for treatment, I have eastpointe which is from another county not Cumberland county where the facility is located, & right now they don’t take my specific Medicaid, they take Alliance Medicaid & other insurance companies but not eastpointe I know & im not sure the names of the other 3 nc Medicaids available depending on your county. I was told I could get in touch with my Medicaid worker & request they switch over my Medicaid but im not sure how true that is I requested with my Medicaid worker & im just waiting to hear back with the solution she was able to come up with her supervisor bc up until the past 4 yrs I always paid them the clinic I was going to started reviewing state funding so I no longer had to pay Medicaid would pay for it everyday they just want pay for take homes So I have been told im not sure how true that is eitherm
Jackie Stockdill: I absolutely LOVE it here at New Season. So sweet, caring and they interact with their patients and that's GREAT! EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE IS JUST SO AWESOME!!
Pansey Zoller: Usually all counselors are nice and so are nurses. Doctor isn't to friendly. All staff from a year a ago is gone with the exception of maybe 3. Alot better than behind the hospital 🏥 👌
Eboni Collins: Great clinic. Changed my life . Staff is so nice & welcoming! They accept Medicaid now 😊
Try to Burn mine: Love this place and my counselor!!!Actually saved my life and my marriage!!!
Harley worstall: If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction Fayetteville treatment center is the place to go . From the day I walked into the facility I have maintained sobriety and continue to utilize their services to help me along the way . The facility is clean and organized . The staff are very professional , the counselor’s are so passionate in what they do and they are always available to assist your needs . Don’t let addiction continue to tear you down . Call them and get the help you need . You won’t regret it .
Juli Jeffares: I love this place. It honestly helped save my lif . July of this year will be 2 years sober. All of the counselors but 2 are amazing. I too get upset when I see reviews like its a cheaper alternative for dope heads. Cheaper yes but you dont look at it thar that way unless youre not there for the right reasons. I love this place and Tabitha the director is amazing!
Sarah: This place saved my life. Seeing comments like,” just a cheaper alternative for dope heads” really hurts my heart, this place set the foundations for my sobriety and helped me along the way, I have been sober for 1 year and 5 months! I would be dead if I hadn’t started going here. The councilors are phenomenal, they didn’t judge me for my past, they only cared about my future. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to beat their demons. I have graduated college, and am now working a wonderful job, all thanks to the staff at Fayetteville treatment center!
Kevin: I have a fire d who's daughter goes there and just uses the methadone as an in between fixes high. She has been go I g for a while and since has been arrested 3 times heroin Xanax weed don't see where this place is anything but a place to get a temp high. She is just getting worse by the day and now hasethadon abuse
Nodroj Christoph: This place is the worse ! Do not go here if you are really trying to recover from being an addict. They usually dont have a doctor there. And are regularly short handed meaning when you wait in line to dose there is no telling how long you will wait. Also if you are truly seeking help they want you to pay $14 or you get Turned away and they will start you at 25 mg of methadone and you must go for 2 days in a row at the same dose. So if you know that 25mg isn't enough to help you you must wait 2 days that you are required to go CONSECUTIVELY or they will not up your dose so basically you must pay $14 everyday until the 5mg they go up every 2 days is up too how many mgs you need. I will not be going back
Nelson Kish: Have been going to this place for a month now and it is great if you are fighting with an addiction I highly recommend this treatment center it can be a life changer
Jane Roberts: The new director of this clinic is destroying it. She came from the other clinic in Fayetteville, where you wait an hour everyday. Today we waited 45 minutes at this clinic, before she came that was unheard of unless the computers were down. She has ruined this place, I have been a patient for 9 years and this is the worst. If you have a problem, she is not there to speak with. All corporate sees is money, that is what she has done increased patients in that place by a 1000, with less nurses. How does that make sense? Shame on this company.
Cody Locklear: One of the best treatment centers around the area.
Justin Cockrell: Glad they got rid of the devil Patricia!!! The new building is clean and the new doctor really wants to help. WAY BETTER then the one behind the hospital. It’s under new management and there amazing!!!

Fayetteville Comprehensive Treatment Center: what do users think?
Morrigan Austin: My husband recently began his treatment here for opioid addiction. The staff is exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. They treat him with respect and dignity and always make a point to let him know how proud they are of his ongoing recovery and progress. The counselors are wise and really know their patients. They treat them like people and not just an addict. I am extremely pleased with his progress here and he truly feels he gets everything he needs here. Thank you all for being so wonderful.
Tina Gordon: Friendly staff! If you come early there's not much time to wait in line. This place has changed my life!
Luis Austin: If you are trying to stay dependent on methadone, then this is the place for you. However, if you are trying to rehabilitate and get off substance dependence, then go elsewhere. After helping a friend for over a year, and doing some digging, it turns out that this clinic only makes money if you stay addicted. If you rehab and turn yourself around, they loose money. So they are always looking to up your dosage, never to drop it. Their counselors are a joke, they don't even care about the root of the issues in their patients lives and their doctors are usually MIA. Patients are not given a roadmap of what is to come next; nor are they told how long it would be before they no longer need assistance. They expect you to stay dependent on them for ever. If you attempt to lower your dosage so that you can get off, then they start making your life difficult with constant drug tests, breathalyzers, and making you come in everyday by not giving you take home dosages. IDK how other clinics work, but I'm trying to help my friend find somewhere else to go... This place only wants to keep you addicted.
Matthew: Everyone there is nice My counselor does his job right thank u Anthony for all you do I'm glad I have you
Ashley Maynard: Friendly professional staff. They treat you as an individual not a number. Personally it has saved my life and gave me a whole different energy and love for my sober life. I recommend if you ou are looking for help to come check them out. Outstanding services. Also they offer state funding if your income is less than 30k / yr you can have your treatment provided for free. I give it a 10 out of 10
lato: Life is better now thanks to this place!!!!
Jamie Solis: I have been an addict ever since I was 11 years old and this is the only place that has kept me completely sober for this long. I have a year clean now andhave no intentions on going back. God willing!
Allen Cox: Great staff and support, lines are long in the morning before work. There would be people sleeping in there cars just to be able to go to work. Opens at 5 and I would have to go around 4 just to make it on time to work. I heard downtown is wayyyy faster
Tamatha Leigh Pugh: I went to get help for my friend and he was just pasted off to another clinic.
Jason Griffin: Great staff
Tara C: As of now I'll say it's a great place to go to☺
Angela Chalker: Long wait times. You never know if you will be there 10 or 1 hour. Kind of hard to plan your day.
Andy Scott: Great place
Patricia Thomas: This place is great. They treated us with respect, kindness and compassion. They spent much time with us and I as the mother got to be involved to support my daughter. The clinic runs very efficient and privacy is a priority. I would recommend this place to anyone needing help.
