I am giving 3 stars because they were early which I liked,It was free for them to come out and look, but I didnt get my quote. And since I haven't heard I couldn't give more stars. I had to take my service elsewhere. Other companies gave me quotes on the spot maybe this company should try to do that so they don't lose potential clients. (I ended up buying a system the same day bc mine didn't work at all)

Ethan Lambert: My wife and I bought a house in Raeford and the HVAC system quit working after 6 months. I was activated to Poland and my wife was 6 months pregnant. She called Honest Air and they had a new unit installed within two days!We started having an issue with the new unit installed as it randomly had shut off and would attempt to turn on but couldn’t. Kala S: I got 4 quotes and Honest Air had the best price. They weren't as detailed with their estimates as some of the other companies but were great at answering any questions. I've had the new unit for about month and it WORKS. Too well! The guys that did the install were sweethearts. Great customer service skills.I gave 4 stars due to miscommunication (a little slippage on the HONEST shtick): I got the UV ray cleaning unit added last minute. I'm assuming they needed to order it, which is fine. Instead of being upfront about the unit not being ordered yet, they gave some story and promised to install the next day. I heard nothing from Honest Air for the rest of the week. I wish they'd just been upfront about needing to order the unit or at least called to communicate what was happening.I'd still recommend to friends, family and you wonderful people searching Google for temperate comfort in your homes, shesheds and mancaves.

Rob Tomlinson: Was thinking to replace my 23 year old HVAC at my office recently and decided to assign Bell Cow the project. Called them for an estimate, received a prompt visit after which I was presented with a firm estimate. Was surprised at the cost to replace the unit (as I live under a rock) but after an in depth conversation to better understand the options and efficiency of a new unit decided to go ahead for peace of mind. Whilst my old unit was still working I just had to believe I was going to be stranded in the middle of Summer when it finally decides to stop working!Being confident in Bell Cow offering me a good option, we agreed to schedule 2 months out in order for me to set aside additional funds to pay for the unit. Arrived on time, replaced the unit, tested it, removed the old unit and left my office and outside area clean and tidy. Staff were efficient, friendly and professional. Marjorie Moore: I requested an estimate for bathroom remodel and was told that it would be under 10k for them and the subcontractor. I waited and waited for the estimate called left messages and finally got an answer from someone. She looked into it and didn't call back as promised. Then 2 days later I get an incomplete email estimate over 13k! No break down of charges cost of tub, pictures of tub, no measurements NOTHING.I call back and tell the person that my estimate is over 4 more than it was promised, she says she will call back, and doesn't. But I get 2 emails to rate this company.NOT RELIABLE NOT DEPENDABLE NOT A COMPANY THAT I WILL USE EVER.DON'T ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOUR ON A BUDGET, DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR A PROPER ESTIMATE OR A SIMPLE PHONE CALL OR TEXT BACK.
