Kyran Xavier: Probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. A snarky old hag working the counter was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional when I was trying to buy a bottle of water. I was sleep deprived and thirsty. When checking out, and tapping my card, the woman said “sir, read this” and ran her huge finger nail across the card terminal. I was barely awake, so I assumed it said “chip only”. I put my chip in, and she said louder and condescendingly “SIR, READ THIS. WHAT DOES THIS SAY? CAN YOU READ THIS?”. It was a note that said no purchases below $4. She could have just politely said that - rather than making a whole ordeal. I tossed the water bottle on the counter and walked out

Nick: This review has nothing to do with the people that work there. I feel sorry for them for having to deal with all this new automation that doesn't work. I hope that they know they are being made to look stupid by the people who make these decisions only to eventually lose their job because of the robots that nobody can even make function correctly. Do not work for companies that do this to people, because you won't anyway in the long run.

Mz. G.: Went there to get coffee as I normally do with my sip and save. Upon getting my coffee had to renew my account. When to the register and didn’t have my card so the cashier told me to leave my coffee and the register while I get my card.I asked her can I just go get my card and she insisted on me leaving my coffee at the register. I told her that I wasn’t trying to steal a coffee I just need to get my card. This made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I will not return here to this location. There’s good ppl that works at this location but this short foreign lady that work there will never get my business again. Unfortunately they have lost a regular customer.

John Headen: 1 star for how unkept the bathroom is. When i asked the cashier about it, she said "Oh yea, ive already had complaints about it". You'd think it would have been cleaned after the first complaint. No soap to wash my hands, a loose bottle of hand sanitizer, and no one caring to fix the paper towel dispenser. No leadership, which means no management. Sad to see how many people wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and say to themselves "As little as possible".

However I look nothing like someone under 55yrs old. My point being "are employees required to use any kind of discretion when ID is not readily available ? I read the corporate policy on this type of thing, and it DOES require for them to discern if customer under 30 yrs old. This seems a case of improper training or willful misconduct. Mat0322: Every time I go in which is mostly nights. All the employees are rude. Tonight when I went in I asked for a micro usb Charger cable. (The chargers are on the counter facing the cashier) So I just can’t choose my own. She gave me one I left came home and realized it was the USB Type C cable. So I went back and said I came in her a few minutes ago and asked for a Micro usb and she gave me this type C. The first cashier didn’t even know what a micro usb was she thought all usbs are the same. I said the Micro usb is the basic usb cable that has been around for years for phones. The type C is one of the newest type of cable. Another cashier knew what I was talking about and swapped them for me.

Deneen Stanley: My low pressure tire light was on and I went to this business because they advertise as full service. I arrived 20 minutes after the business was open. The person I spoke with told me he was just opening so he could not put air in the tire. When I questioned that he said he was not going to do it because it was raining outside. I asked him if I could pull the car into the service bay and he said no and asked me to leave the business.
