However, when I visited Ramsey's Lowes to return the last one, Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she facilitate the exchange for a new grill, but she also provided me with a discount and even offered to have the replacement loaded into my vehicle. The Ramsey store will probably be the one I’ll shop at for now on. If you see Vanessa give her a hey and buy her an ice cold Frappuccino!

Customer service employees chose to approach one another with laughter, and "manager" who was called to resolve issue was the one whom displayed such manner when approaching customer service counter. (Please abserve customer return cameras 6/28/23 between 5:30-6:30est, Hispanic man, Native female with child)-all employees conducting business to resolve matters assured us that "it's not possible"-2 receipts were presented by us, 1 of which was our original receipt, and 1 of which was a copy of a receipt obtained by calling customer service toll free number, as we provided our debit info. They were able to disclose all transactions and provide receipts of all transactions on said day of dispute.*our honest claim is that we were in store and purchased $65.78 in merchandise, and was also charged a fraudulent charge of $77.85 on the same day. We have one original receipt and both copies of original and fraud receipt obtained buy customer service corporate toll free number after providing our debit info. Please note on both receipts that a different name is displayed. Manager who spoke to us and promised to resolve issue by contacting area manager, name tag was Gerry. He told us Kevin was the area manager. We ask that cameras on date of transaction are viewed.Receipts will gladly be provided as they are already obtainable via in store or corporate. I will not give up until this matter is resolved. I will exaust all avenues and will never use a manner of which that is not fair or unprofessional.

I contacted Jean three times and he said he would take care of the problem. It is now December and he has not showed up to correct the problem. I got in contact with the company that installed the vinyl and they told me they would come and fix the problem without hesitation, BUT they said they no longer work for Jean because he never paided them for the job.Another problem with his company is I ask when I called," do the installers work for the company or are they subs" I was told by the office staff that they worked for the company, that is a blatant lie.I would not recommend this company for anything.

What impressed me the most is that JP was able to just glance at the various windows on my old 1946 cabin and he knew exactly what size they were. When he double checked with the tape measure he was spot on. The ordering process was easy, and it seemed like JP was always reachable during the process. I was surprised with the quality of the windows too, they are top notch and much better quality than big box stores, yet affordable. Installation was a breeze too. So, what are you waiting for??? But I was promised to be compensated $30/ day for each day the order was late 15 days. The owner attempted to go back on his word asking if I would split the difference, which I declined. The owner threatened me with placing a lien on my property if I didn’t pay the amount he credited due to his latency. Not to mention, there were several issues throughout the process to include the business owner making excuses and giving sob stories about why the order was delayed, a miss count of the order, and being called and threatened very late at night. ABNSTNGR 87: My Wife and I our purchased a samsung range and microwave. We also paid for installation of the range. The delivery team was challenged in most areas. Initially, I received a call stating they would arrive in 10 minutes. It was 20 minutes. Secondly, they seemingly had severe challenges with speaking american and communication was horrible. Thirdly, they were challenged with installing the range. When I requested it be leveled, they began to speak spanish and complain. I replied in spanish and told them to level the range. They tried but "didn't" have the tools to complete the task.Finally, upon leaving, they left Styrofoam, screws, water bottles and other trash in front my neighbors and my home. All on home security cameras. I had to re-install and level the range because of the horrible installation jobl. I would not recommend a Lowes installation to anyone at this time.The range and microwave are working very well.

We asked for help loading and Mike, who I believe is a loading Pro because that's the vest he was wearing, came out shortly thereafter and loaded the pallet for us right into our pick up truck. We call him #s of times, connect Lowe’s about it, and no response from their contract gutter guy. So we hired another gutter installer company, they came out and did an excellent the job installing the gutters on our house. So that being said, Lowes needs to hire contractors that hold up to their words not lying to customers. Besides that we still like shopping at Lowes for other items, not doing business with gutter contract installers anymore.

Then they wanted to reschedule the delivery for a third time, and I decided to seek a different path. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. I could not be any more irritated.

I asked at the end of her words if I could sign up and she told me to call a 1800 number. That doesn't bother me. What bothered me is HOW she was speaking to me.. over the years of making my home better with the product of Lowe's I think I should at least get someone who talks to me with actual respect.. not the side eye respect, if that makes sense. Tone and demeanor is very important in customer service. I did let her know she needed better customer service skills.. Please please please do not continue to talk to people in the sense you did ma'am. Not everyone will be nice about it. Have a great day.

The person explained all the reasons why these windows are so nice (and they really are) and have a thorough explanation of costs so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Since our backdoor had some unusual measurements, his boss also came out to double check measurements and add on additional repairs that I asked about.The crew that came out to replace our door and windows was great. Friendly, on time, right on it with no wasted time, and they explained everything nice about the windows and door again (how to keep them maintained and cleaned easily, locking, screens, etc.). Gibson Gahan: The team arrived later than expected due to a problem with the preceding job. They stayed on the job to completion due to impending rain forecast for the following day. They returned for a final check and cleanup the next morning. A few days later, I noticed that some of the upper sashes were not as "square" as they should be to have a good seal and had them come back for final adjustments. Shanna Carroll: I used Window and Door Specialties last year around this time to replace half of my windows and they had not only the best price of the window installers I received quotes from, but they were one of the most adept from the conversation we had about the half rounds and rot around the windows. I used them again and they just finished installation yesterday on the other half of the windows, a sliding door, a storm door, and a dog door on my screened in porch area. Everything from both times looks and works great, and they have a pretty nice warranty, too. Callahan Cate O: Be wary of this company. If choosing to use their window services, consider recording all interactions with company employees so you will have proof of their promises. After relying on this company for glass replacement which cost several thousand dollars, I have windows that no longer function. The company initially agreed to repair the windows but, without explanation, the company is now refusing to fix the windows. I chose this company for glass replacement because many years ago, I had a very good experience with door installation by the company. My recent experience, however, has been dreadful. Following work by one of the company's installers, my windows would no longer stay open. Instead, when lifted, the windows fall down. One window no longer locks. I called to report the issue. The installer returned and said during replacement of the glass, the balances broke. He said the company no longer did this type of window repair so I would have to hire someone to replace the balances. I contacted the company and complained because the windows functioned perfectly prior to the glass replacement. After several discussions with representatives from the company and two visits from another installer, the company agreed to repair the damaged windows. I appreciated the recognition that but for the glass replacement, the windows would not be broken. I decided to continue using the company. I scheduled an appointment for the second installer to look at the nonfunctioning windows as well as an additional window to see if the glass should be replaced. When he examined the nonfunctioning windows, he said the same thing the first installer said. He explained how the balances probably snapped with the maneuvering of the windows that occurred during the glass replacement. He then looked at the additional window and said I would receive an estimate for the balances and the glass replacement. But labor for the balance repair would not be charged. I paid the quoted estimate. Several weeks later, the installer scheduled another visit to measure the window again. The next day he called and said I owed more money because the initial estimate did not include the entire window. I was confused because when we discussed the additional window, he had examined the whole window and agreed that the entire window glass should be replaced. I contacted the company to ask about the discrepancy. I also asked about the parts for the nonfunctioning windows. The company representative treated me like I was the village idiot and a liar. She denied that any previous conversations had occurred about repairing the nonfunctioning windows. She said the company does not repair windows. Oddly, and contrary to both of the company's installers, she said glass replacement does not require opening windows so the installer could not be responsible for the nonfunctioning windows. She said the installer would not have opened the windows to replace the glass. She said the company would not fix the windows, but the company would be happy to take more money for additional glass replacement. I requested a refund. I no longer trust this company. I paid several thousand dollars to Windows and Doors for glass replacement, and I now have windows I can no longer open and a window I have to brace with a stick because it will not lock. I do not recommend using this company's window services.Service:Glass installation

torie quismundo: If I could give 10 stars I would! The initial meeting was a no fuss situation. The sales person came to my house and I selected a new door. The sales man was respectful and kind. I already knew what I wanted and it took less than 20 minutes to get the paperwork complete. It did take some time for the door to get shipped for installation. Ryan, the installer, was the most professional and clean installer I’ve ever had at my house! The whole approach from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated. This new door is perfectly installed and perfectly cleaned up. The finishing touches were so impressive. There was no trash left. The whole area was cleaned up. The door was caulked and trimmed out just like I wanted. The communication from start to finish was done through phone and text which was nice because I can’t always hop on a phone call while at work. I used window world for my windows a few years ago and I regret not using this business. Window world was a three ring circus but window and door specialties with Ryan as an installer wins the award for quality, respect, and workmanship!

Irene Grimes: I contacted W&D in order to get my front door replaced. My initial contact was not promising, as the receptionist seemed disinterested and aloof. The gentleman that came out in order to prepare an estimate completely reversed that negative impression - he was quick, understood what I wanted and did not imply any high pressure tactics. He promised the estimated in 3-4 days.Problem is that estimate never came. I contacted them 3 more times, each approximately ten days apart, each time I was promised the estimate would be "re-sent".
