jennifer douglas: Ordered bed room set and living room set. Took a week to deliver part of the bedroom set and they broke a drawer bringing it into my house. They never brought the foot board and 3 weeks later still don't have the living room set. I called to see what was going on. Was told they hadn't even ordered the living room set and they wanted me to bring them more money. Was lied to on multiple occasions by several different employees. Customer service is a joke to them. I would stay FAR FAR away from these scam artist.

I’ve spoken to Jennifer numerous amounts of time but everyone says she never put it in the notes. At this point I’m so over that store period. If it wasn’t because we called for the status we wouldn’t have known that it was rescheduled to be delivery 2 days later!Asked for a refund, agent started sighing & put us on hold for over 30 mins! Problem wasn’t solved as we hung up. We are completely disappointed & frustrated. Now, all our food is going to waste because it is no longer good. We were depending on this fridge today!!!Update:They delivered our fridge two days later. They pushed back our start date. They do not install the water for the fridge. They only plug it in.

Erika Lee: If I could give less then 1 star I would. Got a washing machine and dryer from this place and the store manager stated she would clean it before I got it. The washer was decent the dryer was filthy. But that's cool cause there is nothing wrong with my 2 hands. But there was something wrong with the washer and dryer. The washer over filled and flooded the floor and the dryer didn't dry my clothes there was no lent rack in the machine. Called and they sent a repair guy out I told him the part it needed. And this happened maybe a week before Christmas. Lie to you not this man called me the end of January Friday saying he was coming to fix the appliances. They did give me a replacement or a loaner but i want the stuff im paying for.. No sir you are not because I sent the washer and dryer back to them after being lied to and called about making a payment 3 times for equipment that didn't work. I have dealt with Danielle the the district manager before and I never had any of these issues. I had already paid for the month through direct deposit so why where they still calling me? Oh maybe because they never cancelled the messed up contract they did. All I can say is run and don't ever go into this store. They are cool at first to get you signed up but the store manager Julie doesn't have the slightest clue of what she is doing.
