He became defensive stating that although he appraised the home as a 3-bedroom, he compared our home to other 4-bedroom homes, so the report didn't need to be changed. I then explained to Mr. Stephens the appraisal should reflect accuracy, the house is indeed 4-bedrooms; therefore, his appraisal should reflect the home being 4-bedrooms. If you are looking for accuracy and competency, I suggest that you look elsewhere. Just because a person has been doing a job for X amount of years doesn't mean that they have been doing their job correctly over the years.
