Heritage Place: what do users think?
Dashielle Vanterpool: Heritage Place is a great place to work. The staff are friendly and helpful...The facility feels like a second home away from home. The residents are very interesting people with varied stories of experience, life lessons and history that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I would recommend Heritage Place directly to anyone who is looking for a great employment opportunity and possible future career advancement.
Eric Nuckles: Wonderful residents and great staff. It gets better everyday!
John Harris: The best part about working here is how organized and professional management team is. I've worked at alot of different communities and this is hands down my best experience. Plus I'm learning more and more everyday because of how organized it is. The Residents are so welcoming and Heritage Place is a community I would recommend for anyone.
Cherie Felty: No events are hosted by this facility, and the food has gone way downhill in the past year. A few times a year they have a BBQ, and each week they have a little something on one of the floors, but no travel and no trips for fun or anything like that. I am actively looking to move my mom to another home. There are way to few washers and dryers for the residents, and Internet is not available either…although it was a year ago.
Jessica Newman: Very clean facility and nice and friendly staff. They throw great events for the residents and have great and fun activities!
Sandra Pittman: Worst place to work at poor seniors
Megan Ray: The care and concern of the staff during COVID is nothing short of inspiring. The residents are cared for, and have been able to thrive, even during a pandemic. While there have been challenges figuring out the new normal of the day, it is wonderful to watch residents families still get to be a part of their lives, even if its not what we are used to. I am fortunate enough to work at this facility, and would definetely reccomend this to anyone looking for placement for a parent or family member.
Tasha Scott: Heritage place is nice place I like working there seeing the resident smile and serving them a good nutritious meal making sure they have what they need and very satisfying
brittney allen: Awesome staff, Very Friendly/Family Oriented Facility. The Quality of Care is amazing, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure Residents and their family needs are met in a timely professional manner. I Would recommend Heritage Place for my loved one!
Jeffrey Anderson: A good experience for my mother for assisted living - the caregivers were great. Would NOT recommend for a loved one with memory issues.
Cristy Grady: Heritage Place has an amazing staff that is professional, kind, and makes the residents feel like they are home.Very responsive, knowledgeable and timely.I have had family friends stay here and I have had the privilege to partner with Heritage Place through community service efforts and have always had a great experience.Highly recommend Heritage Place for my loved ones.
Larissa Wisdom: They are always striving to be better than the rest! And It shows! During this time of pandemics, sickness, and tourmoil their number one priority is the health, wellness, and happiness of every resident. Between the front desk working tirelessy to screen and check any person entering the facility and handling issues that may arise, the dietary staff preparing and delivering meals when covid began, the housekeepers keeping up with all the sanitation standards set, maintenance, and definitely the nursing staff ensuring all the assisted living residents are well taken care of, as well as the directors. These people care and love every single resident like they are their own family.
Regina Thomas: The staff and management Team Rock here at HP!Hands down the best senior community here in Fayetteville!
awilda reyes: Blessed to be part of this team. The residents and staff are ❤️ Welcoming, friendly, and respectful. Hand down the best community in town.
Lashaunda Neal: Love the residents and how they make me smile day to day!!!
Mr. DAVIDSON #MRCDMEDIA: The community staff is very caring towards the residents here. They continuously strive to empower the residents and Promote their wellbeing. They treat everyone with the same respect and dignity that everyone deserves. Each area within the Community works vigorously to improve the quality of life of the residents. The residents are treated like family!
timothy atkinson: Good staff and facilities
Ryan Lee: Assisted living

The Addison of Fayetteville: what do users think?
Jennifer FitzGerald: I am honored to work with the Team of The Addison of Fayetteville. This team is devoted to their residents and their families, Their care and happiness. Keep up the fantastic work!
Tam'a'ryth (Tam'a'ryth): My mother was a resident of the Addison for almost a year. She received excellent care. The staff was involved with her, making her aware of daily activities, and helping her when she needed it. One of the staff, Donna, is an absolute treasure, so insightful, patient and kind.
N. L. Williams Jr.: Hands down, The Addison of Fayetteville is the absolute best at what they do! I’ve worked with other long-term ‘elder care’ companies, but my experiences with this corporation has afforded me a lifetime of friendship, fulfillment, and wisdom. Not to mention, The Addison offers absolute top-tier memory care programming. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The Addison of Fayetteville delivers nothing short of the quality care their mission seeks to provide.
Felicia Henderson: Great community for elderly parent.
Beverly Delph: I am writing this review so other residents or potential residents will be aware of the problems this facility has. I put my father here in April on the memory care side. Was not informed that there was no memory care director at that time, so basically no memory care attention being provided. From day one there were constant issues of my Father’s walker being misplaced, his laundry constantly missing. He had 3 sweaters and numerous pants, shirts lost. His glasses were constantly being lost. On one visit he had not been shaved for days and this caused him to be anxious, sheer neglect of staff not doing their job.We could not decorate his private room as another resident was always wandering unsupervised and would take his belongings, constantly coming in his room even on our visits and we would have to search out staff to have her removed. The absolute worse nurse in charge who cared nothing about the residents. My Father fell 2 times in 6 days, second fall laid on the floor in his room. NO fall prevention procedures put in place for him and he had a third fall 4 days later as he was allowed to walk down to the dining hall unassisted and fell. We were NOT notified by the nurse as it was close to 5:00 and she evidently had to leave, she had a MedTech call us who was very kind. The nurse didn’t see the need to send my father to the hospital even though he was complaining of pain. The medtech called the ambulance. My father had a broken hip, had surgery and crashed after surgery. We had to put him in hospice care and chose NOT to go back to the Addison. The facility that cared for him was a truly caring and respectful facility, and he passed away a few days ago.I had expressed my concerns about the residents wandering into my Father’s room and how this was so unsafe to the Executive Director and the nurse in charge and was told “after all this is memory care”.I feel like if the executive director and the head nurse (and OnlyNurse) had listened to our concerns there would have been a different outcome.
Melissa Oxendine: I would not recommend this facility at all. My dad was a resident for 2 weeks and for 5 nights they held him against doctors orders and his will on the memory side because of a situation due to miscommunication by myself, over laundry that had not been done the 9 days he lived in the Assisted Living side. The Executive Director was not willing to return him to the assisted living side, probably even once the doctor reassessed him. I will say that Rhonda Murphy, The Sales and Marketing Director, was absolutely wonderful from day one. She was very kind, patient and was very helpful in the process. There are some other pretty amazing folks working there also, Marcio and CC and I'm sure more, but something needs to be done about the Executive Director.
Deborah Bailey: My parents have resided here for over 2 years. I checked out many places for about six months before deciding on Carillon - as it was called then. I have never been anything but pleased. My parents have been well-treated by the staff, the food is excellent, and the facility has always been neat and clean on the assisted living side. I have recommended Carillon / Addison to many people.
Ethel Ray: I love working there nice place to work but some people think they above other so that makes people not want to work there
Debbie Waitley: There are some wonderful, caring people that work here, but there are too many untrained hourly workers that don't respect the residents. Unfortunately, it doesn't take but one or two uncaring individuals to mistreat or ignore needs of the elderly with dementia. I was not the only family member that was unhappy with the care that our loved ones received. Especially at meal times and during the night shift.
Marcio ALVES: I have worked at the Carillon assisted living for two years now. Its been one of the best work experiences I've had to date. Coming from a more technical and mechanical background I've never had the fulfillment of working with a community of elder adults. My time here has taught me about my own humanity, civility and ability to put some one else's needs before my own.But in reality our residents with there bountiful history, golden optimism and gravitating warmth has left me questioning who's assisting who.
Charlcie Malvo: Carillon is a great place to work, especially if you're passionate about what you do and you generally love working with others and caring for Seniors. I find it rewarding to grow relationships with Residents and their families. It's important for them to feel comfortable with the service you provide. If interested in an opportunity to enhance the lives of others, Carillon is the place to be!
Nickie Bastien: The residents are like family and make working here very enjoyable. Staff is very friendly, passionate and care deeply for the residents they care for. It is a pleasure to work amongst the staff members employed here and even more rewarding to see the residents smile and every day.
william allyn: I am so happy to be affiliated with this community, they take wonderful care of the residents while empowering them to make individual choices. All associates are very friendly, are quick to say hello and are very helpful
Becky Hunter: The residents are wonderful, and the employees are good to work with. I enjoy coming to work every day. The residents make it all worthwhile. Come see for yourself.
Marrakesh Rose: I only wanted to work part time (weekends) but I was told I would have continuous mandatory training every month only available at a specific time. I have never heard of this is my life. Continuous training for what? The work is common sense and pays bottom of the barrel..if there is ongoing training which already makes no sense. It should be available online or during the times you are scheduled to work if not then train someone to become a CNA .This is joke
Nancy Credle: Carolina assisted living is a bad place to leave your family piss all over the couch all on the floor the whole facility smell like piss workers don't do that job going in resident room eating the food and I know for sure and some of them hit the residence
Wes p: I did have a chance to work here thank God, I get a call 9am to come in at 1pm for a interview. Get there 10min early, the person that was supposed to be giving the interview decide to go to Walmart instead so I'm setting there until 130 when does come back she said my name and hands me an application to fill out and walks out of room no hi or hello just here. I filled it out waiting on her to come back at this time it's 145 I go out the room looking to see if she's in the office nope. I have 24 year's experience with customer service and food industry out of those years I have 14 as a manager... This place is highly unprofessional I wouldn't bring my family to live there because it's an experience that I had already tells me I wouldn't want any of them touching my family member
Starr Golden: I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO WORK, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT THE RESIDENTS OR PCAS ETC, TOO MUCH WORK FOR $8, ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED.
GodsChild2320: I love the residents , but the worst place to work ever. Administrators don't care about the PCA'S or even the residents for that matter. They are just worried about themselves because they get paid more. PCA'S are only making $8 an hour for doing CNA work. It's not worth it. Especially if u want to keep your nursing assistant license or whatever nursing license you already have. You could lose it from working here because it is a very unsafe environment for the residents ,but they will try to get you in trouble for so called "neglecting" the residents. It's just a terrible and raggedy facility to work at.

The Carolina Inn: what do users think?
Alesia Dick: The nurses, they are truly amazing. The last few days, momma seems to be getting stronger against all odds. Monday, she couldn't lift her head. Today, she shifted her upper body. Her voice is stronger. I remember how proud Grandma A was. She owned a 6 bed facility in California. I was her licensed care home administrator for a couple of years, 20 years ago. Her ladies lasted well into their 80s, 90s. One was over a hundred. When grandma got them, many were in terrible shape, and slowly, she helped them thrive in their last years. She taught me a lot, and I can see her philosophies here. Not just the physical care, these nurses are also nurturing and patient. Adrian, Anna, Annette. I'm beginning to love them. What beautiful hearts. My momma loves them, even when we are not around. One minute, I see momma sleeping, and she's so weak. She is on hospice for good reason. When we talk, I can hear her now, where I couldn't before. I don't think my hearing has improved. She couldn't lift her head. Today, she shifted her upper body. Thank you for the kindness and dignity. These are not just words. I've visited every day for 3 weeks. I could not ask for a better place for my mom. I'm leaving this review in case someone else is looking for a place for their mom. Stop looking. You've found it.
Martin Weiser: This is a very nice place.
Jean Carver Williams: I love the Carolina Inn,it is a wonderful place for the residents. There are lots of activities and the staff take great care of them.
Laurie Ashley: I cannot praise the entire Carolina Inn staff highly enough! We had a difficult time finding a good fit for our mother. Mother had progressive liver disease and was growing progressively weaker and her needs were increasing. She passed away a week ago. We sat vigil for about four days. During that time, they treated us like family. We were provided snacks, beverages, and comfort. Mother was so happy to be there and said repeatedly that everyone was nice. I was there a lot and we never witnessed anything but caring and professional care. The nursing staff was so good to mother. They were patient and kind and cared for her better than I could have myself. Mother was happy there. Her last days were peaceful and she felt comfortable and at home. Thank you John, Jessica, Kathy, Heather, Sherrill and everyone else.
Tyrone Jefferson: The Carolina Inn ( Assisted living facility) is a wonderful place. My mother is staying there. The grounds are clean. The buildings are clean. Southern charm describes everyone and everything at The Carolina Inn.
Danny Holt: One of the nicer assisted living places in fayetteville and a great staff
Mike Mcdowell: Ok place ok rooms
Athena: Normally there quite often. This particular time I couldn't sleep, kept feeling bites. I eventually see a huge well fed bed bug. I immediately run to front desk. In the most polite and kindest way I inform him of these bugs. And to my surprise he then says " Yes we just sprayed for them" the day prior to the incident. Now either he was way too comfortable or just crazy for saying that. I ask for refund for principal but because I need the money the rooms are $52.00 on my card. He offered me another room. Now bedbugs are crucial so in my mind if there in one they are likely to be in another. I could be wrong. But I know somone who had to replace all furniture. Even with picture and his own testimony I GOT NO REFUND JUST A BUNCH OF BITES AND LACK OF SLEEP. DON'T STAY THERE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE THE SITUATION IS TAKING CARE OF. YOU TAKE THEM THINGS HOME AND YOU WILL BE PISSED.
Sylvester Andrews: nice staff friendly courteous people... simply southern hospitality
Linda Owens: Good

Fayetteville Manor: what do users think?
Dede solis: Do not take your family to this facilitie ive seen patients on the floor abused and with different brusises on there face every day a former employer also told me she seen employees hitting patients and quit because they could take how they treated the elderly
Blythe B: They're taking great care of my grandfather and being safe about covid. It may be pissing off the degenerates but I'm glad they're being safe. I know he's in good hands.
Kathleen Hershman: Please do not leave a loved one here! Our family received a call that our loved one was about to pass away. The family arrived and was not allowed in to say goodbye. Lashieka the nurse in charge of her care told us she would not discuss the matter since she was already home from work. She told us to contact them on Monday, this was the Thursday before a holiday. Our loved one would not live to see Monday. Be sure if you have a loved one staying here that they know they need to pass away during working hours.
Tabitha Benavidez: Friendly staff
Judith Knapp: My mom Orrilla was at home at the manor. She enjoyed the activity room with Phylis and girls. I have her paintings hanging in the front room. She seemed to be t a party in rehab. A lot of laughter going on. Her room was comfortable. We always could come and go whenever we went shopping, manicures, meetings or Mcdonald's for icecream. She loved icecream. She was always happy to get back to the girls. The staff was so helpful when I had concerns. They had so much patience in explaining anything I didn't understand. I know I would be holding them up in their chores but they didn't seem to mind. I know I couldn't have found a better place. Ill miss everyone but look forward to the Walk this month. Thank you all so much
Miriam Vazquez Figueroa: Es un hermoso lugar y lo mejor es él trató a las personas es muy distinto,

Cumberland Village Assisted Living: what do users think?
Leigh Ann Christian: This place is a dump they would let the grass in the smoking area grow until it would be past my mother's knees I guess that's why snakes would get in the building. The electric recepticle didn't have a plate on it and the majority of staff was useless... keep your family away from here.
courtney babers: So this places fired me because I was willing to stay and help my fellow coworkers to make sure they got their job done. This place is the absolute worse to work. I do not recommend because they do not care about their employees. They only care about themselves. They don’t even care about the residents. They let get rid of a hard worker but keep the workers who would rather sit down all day and collect a pay check. The residents stay wet and they mistreat so many residents in there. When they fired me the residents went to bat for me because they know I was a good and hard worker there. I was not just there for a paycheck I really genuinely cared about those residents a lot of them became my heart and I always looked out for them. PS: do not allow your loved one live here because there are roaches invested that facility and in the ice machine and they still serve ice out of there.
m fiyuana: This place is horrible for residents and employees. The nurses are mean to the residents and when they take their issues to the administrator, he protects the nurses. If you have an issue and you report to the administrator, everyone will know what you said word for word. I would suggest that residents and workers stay far away from this place until they replace majority of the staff

The Carolina Highlands at Village Green: what do users think?
Faith Hilliard: This is an independent senior living community. The Carolina Inn which is on the backside of the property is the Assisted Living. Two separate buildings! Carolina Highlands is amazing. A smaller community that you're more than just a number you're a family member and everybody greets you by name. Chef Alicia is amazing and the residents love to go to the dining room and enjoy her food. The Carolina Highlands is fayetteville's Premier independent senior living and has the largest Apartment homes . They offer one, two, and three bedrooms. You don't lose your Independence but you lose the stress of maintaining a large home and you gain a family of friends.
Alana Miller: My father lives there currently and he loves it. Lots of activities, the apartments are very nice and the staff is wonderful! I wish I could afford to live there.
Rei Lea: Well, this is sad...only pictures from the establishment/owner, no pictures from the very people that stay there nor from visitors. Why? And this place has been around for how long? And, how many people stay there? You'd think there would be pictures of more than just rooms and the front lobby. What do the meals look like at breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Where are the pictures of activities.
Mike Mcdowell: Great place staff is superb the ladies at the desk are some of the best people you'll ever meet
Reesa D: Independent living facility

Harmony at Hope Mills: what do users think?
Fred Tucker: From the residents to the staff this community feels like home. Highly recommend.
Reyna Thomas: Don’t send your loved one to this facility unless you live in the same city and have time to be their personal medical transportation. Because they will transport your family member to the hospital then the hospital will call you and ask you to pick up your family member even if you have a life or your at work. Because for some reason they don’t do medical transport after 5pm. So god forbid your family member gets discharged after 5pm because if you don’t live in town they will be stuck there until the next morning. So I had to stop what I was doing to go pick up my grandmother from the emergency room after they sent her and then expected me to come get her. They wouldn’t even pick up the phone for the hospital. You would think a place that is charging us almost 4,000 dollars a month would have access to medical transportation after 5pm they can definitely afford it. But they wont so if you don’t live in this city and have all day everyday to be patient transport do not waste your money because they will definitely waste your time. It’s lazy and extremely unprofessional they could have at the very least answered the phone for the hospital. I work in a hospital and I’ve seen this happen plenty of times but I expected more from this facility.
Marvin Dangerfield: This is an excellent place, and they do a great job in senior care.
lynda Aldrich: The lady at the front desk is very rude furniture in common area not up to Parr for Elderly folks , took over 4mos before my mother to received medical attention . if staff is low why bring in more residents than they can handle .
Kelly Barge: Earlier this year I met with Melanie Armstrong at Harmony at Hope Mills to discuss options for my mother. We were trying to get Mom to move closer to us but with COVID we decided to wait. Unfortunately, Mom had a stroke in October. I called Melanie as soon as we realized Mom could no longer live independently. After 10 weeks of rehab we also realized Mom would require memory care versus assisted living. Melanie made the change easy and without stress. Melanie listened to all my concerns and helped me through this emotional time. All the employees were helpful and friendly. We moved Mom in on a Tuesday and I felt at ease leaving her there. Our relationship with Harmony was short as Mom passed away but again they again made the process so easy and convenient for all of us. The facility is very clean and comfortable. They have numerous options available. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone needing assistance. Please tell them I sent you!
Sommer Brigman: My grandparents stayed here for a little over a year. It’s very unsafe. The handful of times they needed medical assistance they pulled the emergency chain and no one ever came. Every single time it was necessary no one came and afterwards they would just apologize.
Mary Sigmon: Awesome place for your loved ones.... clean, new and Tammy is awesome! All types of activities going on, beauty parlor on site (to avoid going out in cold) table cloth meals with "choice".... thank you Hope Mills!
Cecilia Chavarria: The elderly lady at the front desk was very rude...
Greg Vendetti: This is a wonderful facility with many caring staff. The memory care unit is the best I've seen in Fayetteville. They give the patients a great deal of respect and dignity. The chef is amazing. When you walk into the facility it feels like you're walking into a five-star hotel.
Gator SportsFreak: Awesome staff! Well trained! Incredible people with a heart for seniors. Welcome to our neighborhood. We are glad to have you here. My wife and I have said that it's the kind of place we'd be happy to have our kids put us in someday when we're no longer able to live by ourselves.~ PT, CrossPointe Church
Ari Campbell: Malik Gainey’s attitude was contagious. A great server. And always smiling. 5 stars.
Michael S: The place is pretty nice looking. But I felt like it’s the stereotypical assisted care facility. Not too fond of some of the subtle things I noticed. For the amount of money I think the staff could be more reflective of the price. The allure of a “new” place is all it has going for it. Location is convenient. But beware of the car salesman kind of pitch. If it was my mother in law I’d be happy to put her here. Not my mom.
Linda Good: My mom has been in many assisted living facilities in Fayetteville and Hope Mills, The Crossing is at the TOP! Almost over the top! Everyone has been very caring, kind and uplifting! Many activities, and the food is amazing! Great staff and they understand her many needs and give her lots of positive attention! Love it!
Nicole Bausley: Brand new almost open for new Residence very big apartments to live in nice different areas for different activities for the love ones
Zaheara Coleman: Great
