Tim has always done excellent work and ensures that all documents and bases are covered. The Teasley Firm and Staff are very professional. I have also always appreciated the binder/booklet that my tax returns are given back to me in.

While professional, the lady on the phone was unwilling to offer another recommendation which I feel is inappropriate for the top rated firm. I even inquired about a wait list! Alison studied European Business Studies at college in the UK and Germany. She qualified as an accountant in 1990 and went on to become a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant. Alison worked as an accountant in the technology and financial services industries for 12 years before moving to KPMG to become a Management Consultant specializing in Financial Modelling.
Having moved from the UK to the USA in 2008 and not knowing how to prepare her own US income tax return, Alison took a course to learn. Shirley Blue: Not reliable and does not communicate to let you know if any changes being made. Shouldn't take on no more than you can handle.
Melissa Roland: Omayra took us as tax clients last year, willingly took on a tax issue that we had had from the previous CPA mistake, and failed to follow through even though we paid her an extra fee. She also dropped clients with no personal touch in connecting her previous clientele with reliable CPA's, both "recommendations" also not taking anymore clients. Her turnover in staff left others unsure of ongoing situations. If you just need a step up from turbo tax, I'm sure she would be fine; however, actual client care is completely obsolete with this attorney.
David Sullivan: We just called the office, Megan was really, cheerily helpful.
Jen C.: Great integrity and knowledge, super nice, but due to her existing customer load, as a new customer, I received zero communication for 6 weeks leading up to (and even after) a big tax deadline. I reached out multiple times and couldn't get response. I'm guessing it wouldn't have been an issue if it hadn't been during the busy season.
Randy Hobbs: I love dealing with Omayra and her staff. They have a family type atmosphere, and I feel blessed to have them working for me. I highly recommend them.
Jonathan Dozier: Omarya and team are amazing. She was able to put together and track down important financial data for me, which was near impossible to find, for an important case. She will be the only CPA I will ever use or recommend. .
Timothy Fitzgerald: Omyra was great to talk to, she is knowledgeable and professional. We are setting up book keeping and trying to get taxes and compliance set up so I can run my business instead of my business running me. This is just my initial meet up with her so I will add more as I do more business with her.
Christopher Tackett: This firm provides the bare minimum in customer service and is no more personal than any large tax accounting business. I only ever met the receptionist when I dropped off or picked up my taxes. I was informed to email any questions. I was provided no advice or counsel for the next tax year. I never met the CPA and only spoke to her on the phone some three times over two years. Getting an email or phone call returned is hit or miss. I would not recommend this firm.
