Yashika Baskins: $100 was stolen out of my wallet and all of a sudden nobody knows anything had to file a claim. They are thieves and liars I would NOT refer anybody to them.

Breakfast Munchies: These people are thieves. They had a simple job tow the trailer to its destination. These people used a crowbar broke into my food trailer and stole everything I’m talking about over $10,000 worth of stuff; propane tanks, monitors, inventory, fryers and ovens, equipment you name it. I am currently in contact with compliance who is telling me that it is going to be a lengthy process to investigate what happened. I just want to be reimbursed for all my stuff that they stole as I’m still financially responsible for this.
Jaryssa Tambi: Friendly customer service I give two stars only because they didn’t return all of my items out of my vehicle (obviously there were items I KNEW for a fact were in there) and when I called back after noticing they said “they didn’t see it.” I recommend that if your vehicle gets towed here you retrieve your items yourself asap.

TechyTask Twin Mom: Where do I start? This entire experience in just trying to retrieve my things from my vehicle was a 1/10. Don’t bother showing manners to anyone but the guy that cleans your things out of your car for you. Shout to him for showing respect the entire and every single time I came in concerning getting my belongings.1. The short black haired lady was extremely rude when I asked for an answer on what else to to do if my car isn’t “in my name” and proceeded to close the gate in between and walk off and said she’s done talking.2. There was a bald gentleman with one tooth in the front of his mouth that felt the need to yell at me because I asked for my keychain back.3. When I called my auto loan company they confirmed that my name was obviously on the account and that they had no idea why they wouldn’t release my things out of the vehicle.Thank you.
Nick Clelland: This company towed my vehicle back in October, It is now December and they still refuse to give me my belongings back from the vehicle. When I call about it, if the lady doesn't hang up on me, she lies about the person that cleaned out my car being on family leave so they can't find my property. I have been more that nice and cooperative and patient with them. I have offered to pay double the lot fee to get my stuff but she refuses to give me my belongings. I have recorded all of my calls with them and will be taking them to court.

Rachel Phillips: This company towed my car, ( HORRIBLY I will say, I could see my front bumper scraping the pavement as they were driving off.), the day I tested positive for covid and had to begin Isolation. (Just my luck), I have had severe asthma since I was diagnosed at age 2, my albuterol inhaler was inside of my vehicle at the time it was towed. Upon contacting the agency to try and get an address, so I could find a way to pick up this medical necessity, I was completely stonewalled, the gentleman was unkind and discourteous after hearing of my diagnosis. I tried explaining to him that his attitude was already making a difficult process, impossible, to which he hung up. I understand a confirmed covid case can be alarming, (try being the asthmatic, without her inhaler and confirmed COVID case) but this gentleman forgot he is the face of a company, and the one he chose to show me, was completely unempathetic and unethical. If you have to deal with them I am sorry, hopefully me bringing light to how poorly my situation was handled, will make yours a better process, because I wouldn't wish this company’s flagrant disregard for people, on my worst enemy.This gentleman also refused to give me their address after I was told that I am not allowed to come pick up my belongings from my vehicle, so after reading all these reviews, I can only hope all of my belongings, ACTUALLY get returned to me, seeing as how this companies trend, seems to be one of “misplacing” belongings, which is just another fancy word for stealing.

Samantha Wilson: The people were more than nice when it came to handling my problem, but when I got my car back from them, they had reported that it was empty upon receipt, but I had accidentally left about $20 (in random change and a $5 bill) in on of the dash compartments when they took the car. When I questioned them about the missing money they had no idea what happened to it and that the car "was empty when we got it" clearly they hadn't emptied it like they had told me they were going to do when they initially took it, because all my other left behind belongings (down to a tissue I had in the door pocket) were all still in there and a quartz rock I kept in the very same compartment was now laying on my floorboard. Also I had just detailed the car and it was pretty close to spotless when it was taken and now its covered in mud inside and out.

Chelsi “Chelsi” Rayle Roark: I read so many bad reviews about this place and was very nervous about going being that the randolph county police illegally seized my Husband's truck when someone else had a probation officer come in there home and his truck was locked in a private driveway not even being drove. Needless to say the bill to get his truck our is almost $1,000 dollars that we Def don't have :( but Getting our property out of the truck going into the situation thinking that everything was going to be stolen and absolutely nothing was touched. I was very appreciative of the respect and good showmanship from the company! They are just doing there jobs if they can't help you help your car out. JP: To already be in the situation of losing a vehicle is bad. To have a grown man cussing and yelling in my face because I asked questions about what property I am allowed to take from MY vehicle is unacceptable. I was perfectly respectful. How do they even have a license to operate?

We went through the proper channels & were able to get the car today. Absolutely zero issues with any of the staff. The car was in the exact same condition as when it was seized. Nothing missing & no additional damage. Everyone we spoke to on the phone & in person at ME & Associates were extremely helpful & friendly.
Dwayne Murphy: They steal your property out of your vehicle saying it was locked the entire time but the tow service (Earl's towing service) said the same thing "your vehicle was lock the entire time". So in my words they both have bad service. Stealing will get you nowhere.

Tiffany Williams: Rude folk likely with preconceived notions about those who come into the establishment. I walked in for my 1100 appointment- on time. I see three faces in plain sight - all of those faces could see mine. One, a guy wearing a black cap, looked directly at me. The other two women, one carrying on a full blown conversation and the one who answers the phone the most, won't look to the glass where you stand so they don't have to address you. Then another walks out from the back with her lil turquoise outfit on and her face all twisted looking straight ahead. I guess my son and I were invisible to her, too. I wasn't invisible when the time came for them to collect that $780. This is big business. Unfortunately, if a police seizes your property where you weren't the driver and it is towed to this place, get it back as quickly as possible. Don't expect anything that mirrors customer service when you go, though.

Catherine Jobes: The employees were very nice while I was at the dealership. I had to take my disabled mother home while waiting to hopefully be approved for financing. Shawn told me they were open until 7 pm. I arrived back at 6:20 and they were closed! Called them a day or two later, spoke with Shawn again. He didn't seem too concerned that I drove back out there for nothing. Asked if he knew anything yet about getting financed, assured me it would only be a couple more hours and he would call me back shortly. That was over a week ago and I've never heard from them again. Very unprofessional!!!

Rene Hinkel: My 17 year old daughter spent her life savings here on a severely broken car. We were told by Shawn that the car was in perfect running condition. He said it had no engine or transmission problems. On our first drive it appeared to be okay, but when my daughter tried to drive to work, she only made it half way and 4 hours after purchasing the car, we had to have it towed because the transmission was badly broken and now we are looking at $3600 to replace the transmission and Shawn is no longer answering my messages asking them to help us repair the car!! The car has been in the shop for 11 days because I can't get an answer from the Car Exchange about helping us with repair bills and they won't take the car back. So we're stuck with $3600 that my 17 year old can't afford and my husband is a 100% disabled Army veteran and we cannot afford the $3600 on our fixed income. If I could give less than one star I would.
