Alicia Garcia: This company has randomly, without notice, changed the code to my "smart" apartment on no less than 3 occasions. Two of these were during late-night return from travel (living 1.5 hrs from the airport as is), with suitcases and my dog. Just today, they changed it again. And, this time, I am unable to log into their portal to open the door virtually. Even the code I provided (for their supposed conversion that they've been talking about for months with no progress) also did not work. The level of disorganization and disregard for the customer experience and safety is absurd.
Chris Morris: The Technician came out was timely and friendly/professional. The wires that had been place behind my siding for my security system he reseated behind the siding. One wall still looks good the other section the wires have came out again. Needs to be more of a permanent correction. Said he would correct wires in box still has not returned..... will give better rating after corrected.
Ashley Durden: Just wanted to leave a mention . Driving down I95 this morning and one of your technician trucks took the exit near Benson. I always appreciate people driving safely, especially when they are in a work vehicle and just wanted to give them recognition, from one fire protection company to another 😁👋😉
Martinez Steverson: TCS is a top notch security company that will take care of any security needs that you have. Everyone is courteous and professional from the front office to the installers. My tech Mike is super and has taken care of me and my family on a few different installs. He knows his craft and has a good eye for what is needed when it comes to home security.

Rachel Henson: I am a blind resident who contacted this company for service to activate my alarm system to chime when doors are opened in my home. My system has never been activated and was installed by TCS when I built my home in ‘16. Apparently, the system won’t retain power and needs a new motherboard (I’m blind. I didn’t know this). The sticker on the front of the panel reads, “free upgrades” (neighbor says) My technicians did not want to charge me because they cannot activate my system, but we’re told that they had to. I was charged $120 for nothing. They felt bad but had to do what they were told. Ironically, Greg, the manager, told me that my particular Honeywell system will last 20 years. Not to mention, the receptionist doesnt speak English, very well and spent too much time giggling because she didn’t understand what I was saying to her. The second receptionist assured me that she would have somebody to get back to me after speaking to the first one, and was about to hang up, so I had to ask her if she wanted my name and phone number. My technician, Allen was great, the company values, not so much.

Pamela Stribling: It wasn’t a good day for this appt for the doorbell repair as I had an important meeting and I felt the tech would not be able to do everything in time. But he was very nice, even though I wasn’t very happy at first. He did an excellent job and got everything done. Updated everything and explained all of it to us. They made an effort to be neat and cleaned up behind themselves as well. Couldn’t have ask for better service and understanding of getting things done as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Great job!

Kristin Holmes: First of all, it tooks us weeks to finally get our system installed and we were never refunded $20 that they charged our bank account when they meant to take it from another clients bank account so we had to call them MANY times to change the other clients banks information to their account and not ours so we would stop getting charged for our service AND their service. After many times of calling, they always had the excuse that no one was there to process the refund so we just gave up. My husband now has orders overseas and they REFUSE to let us out of our contract regardless of military orders, regardless that ADTs military team leader has called them theirselves to resolve this and tell them they can’t charge us for canceling our contract when my husband has military orders AND we have sold our home on top of that so they want us to keep paying for a security system to a house we no longer own or have us pay $1700 to get out of our contract. IVE TOLD ALL OUR MILITARY FRIENDS AND COWORKERS TO NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! This place is not military friendly! They never get things done!
Clyde Cobb: My impression is horrible service and professionalism. My initial appointment was overbooked by the TCS owner. I called an hour after the initial arrival time to confirm. The office staff confirmed some one should arrive shortly but never did. So, I missed a days pay waiting for an install that never happened. We rescheduled for an afternoon appointment the next day. The technicians arrived on time. However, after the work was completed I asked for a walk through but wasn't given one. In addition, after the techs departed they returned because ADT contacted them to confirm the system was installed correctly which it was not. I realized afterwards I never received material on the system, no information on response times, I found work related trash and debris on the floors, non of the door chimes worked and my garage door now inoperable. It has been unsecured all night. I have to manually lift my garage door to open it. Now, they are coming for a second time to fix the system which means I miss another day of work. I am only giving them one star because it's required the make this post. Otherwise, I wouldn't give them a one star. As, a disabled Veteran I do not feel confident in the security and professionalism of TCS an affiliate of ADT.
