Tricia Bridges: We had a flat tire last night and stopped at a convenience but the nozzle was broken. We pulled into the Autozone on Eastern Blvd and were hoping they could put some air in the tire, Tasha said they didn't have the capability at the store but she had a portable air tank in her car and would be happy to help us. She went above and beyond what she gets paid for and we really appreciate it. Thanks Tasha!!

It was four employees standing around the registers and none of them greeted me but they were talking about the Bible. Only one employee did assist me. I ended up helping myself. Mark Wilson: This is a great AutoZone. Most have very friendly staffs that are super helpful. I had to get a new battery in my 2017 Transit 250. Their manager had never changed one (it's under the driver seat). He watched a YouTube video in about a minute, said it should take 60 minutes, and his system apparently said they were not supposed to, but he wanted to know how to do it. We had the old one out and the new one in, in about 15 minutes. Just above and beyond!

Mannie Ignacio: Ordered a part on Thursday told by the staff it would be there Friday Friday comes and goes and I finally call Friday evening and say where's my part and they say oh it'll be there tomorrow which is Saturday October 16th. Today October 16th no one's called me no one said anything I called them to ask where my part is I'm now told it will not be there till Monday. So obviously I'm irritated. Then I request a refund and I'm hung up on by Travis. Then I call back directly and speak to Robert he then tells me that I have to come all the way back to the store to get my refund because they didn't get my part here when they said they were going to get my part here. So now I have to be inconvenienced because of the lack of knowledge and leadership in that store. I'll shop elsewhere from now on I'll never come back to an AutoZone
