Allen Garcia: Started with Spring rolls and dumplings! The dumplings were so flavorful and the texture was beyond anything I have ever had! A Crispy crunch while still having a nice Chewy tenderness!Onto the main course. I had the Lemon grass Noodle soup! The variety of meats was unbelievable! You get every meat piece you could think of! The best part was the add-ins, they give a side dish of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeño, and fresh whole Basil! 😋This is a go-to must! The new owners are amazing and know how to give the best customer service!Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

Patricia Stacy: I absolutely love the food here, but it is so hard to get refills on anything to drink. When we first arrived we each received a glass of water. By the time the food arrived, we had drank all our water and no one ever came by to offer us more. My husband finally went to the front and asked for more water for the table and that still took about 10 - 15 minutes to get. Again awesome food, well waiting for. Just need to work on the service or hire more servers.

Matthew Limone: Delicious Pho! I got the chicken pho and my wife got the wonton/egg noodle pho. We ate at kind of a weird time (4:00 pm) so there was nobody else there when we showed up.Ordering is very straightforward. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had to go to the ordering counter to ask for water refills (maybe that’s what you’re supposed to do?) because both ladies were looking down at their phones, and the incense they were burning inside was just a little too overpowering.I will definitely come back next time I’m craving Pho.

Purpose Driven: I went here two weeks ago. I was visiting Fayetteville and decided to try something new. I read the good reviews from this place so decided to try. When I got there it was empty. I should’ve have took that as a cue. Ordered over $20 worth of food. Soon as I got back to the hotel and opened the first container it was a long strand of hair and it was definitely not my hair! I threw every thing away. The food looked disgusting as though it was weeks old. Try to keep hair out of customers food!

Xiaodong Li: It was my first time here at Grilled Ginger. I ordered special Pho and Spring Roll sampler plus Vietnamese fry rice. I didn't order the drip coffee because was afraid the strong coffee will keeps me up at night as I will be driving the next whole day.As for all the traditional Vietnamese food I ordered it were so good. The special Pho was one of best Pho I ever had. As a young man grow up in NYC area I had a lot different Phos. What set Grilled Ginger Pho apart is the different part of meats they used in the soup. And soup itself was exceptional as well.The deco and restaurant were very pleasant and clean, the ladies who served us were polite and helpful. The Boss lady came over asked about our food and welcome us which was very nice of her. Definitely will go back again.
Jessie Olvera: Don't be in a hurry to eat lunch and go. Enjoy the conversation at your table while you enjoy the great food. The menu has great descriptions and pictures of the different dishes for those of us who don't get to enjoy this food all the time. Between the appetizers and main dish you will barely have room for dessert. The yogurt and flan are worth the use of the expanding wait and 😆 Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

After our old spot changed management, no where else gave us joy like this place did…pretty amazing! We ordered the beef combination and chicken phö, fresh summer roll, and fried spring roll. All delicious! The soups were served with all the dressing as well, bean sprouts, jalapeños, limes, cilantro, and basil.I will probably change this to a 5 star rating the next time we dine in just to verify their consistency.

The folks are very friendly, gracious and attentive.I used to dine there regularly when I worked close by, but retired and religiously stop on my way north and south on Rt 95.Well, it’s four years later and the food and folks are as great as ever…I stopped on my way north and now .I’m heading south and will be stopping for bun and fresh spring rolls.
