OldApocalypse: Probably the fastest and most pleasant I've had a large withdrawal be. It was also immaculately clean and the clerks were friendly.
Ty Simon: Generally, customer service is horrible. I have experienced decent service on occasions, but mostly, service is horrible to the point I am strongly considering closing all my accounts with BoA. This branch need to get better organized or simply close. At this point it adds no values, other than location.

D 92: Drive through teller wait time is horrible. Filled out my deposit slip sent my check with my debit card. Teller sends back my check and said I didn’t put a account number and also no debit card. I had to remind her the debit card was sent.

Holly Britton: Typically wait no less than 45 minutes to over an hour in the line to do a simple deposite through the drive through. Usually only 1 teller working 3 lines of cars. Limited hours open and a very long drive from Linden. I dread going to this bank.

Sarah Hines: They were pleasant professionals and let me in at 4:05 after closing
Erin Campbell: Every time I go into Bank of America on Village Dr they don’t have working drive thrus even though online it says they do….today the lady told me the drive thru windows haven’t been open in years!!! The line inside is always out the front door and only 1 teller working at the windows….they always have more available but they’re ALWAYS busy doing something else rather than helping customers at the window! Every time I go thru the atm one of the atms is down…..one actually ate my card and my deposit and it took aver 10 days for a response and for me to get my money back! I am very very disappointed…..still deciding if I want to take all my money out, close my accounts and go somewhere else!! Ridiculous!!!! So frustrating!!

I brought him to North Carolina from Florida 4 months ago so they have taken 12.00 every month and he forgot about the account, there know telling how much more money they have taken from him. Paula Manggau: I visited this branch Village Drive despite all the poor reviews but to my surprise I experienced the opposite, excellent customer service from the time I entered the bank till the process of opening the new account completed. Mr Kim (financial center manager) and Ms Latia Cater (Associate) have done the great job assisting me and answering my endless questions especially as a newbie with foreign passport holder I opened the account and apply for credit card with ease. Ms Carter also returned my call when I needed some clarification. I'm very happy banking with this branch

Eddie Vinson: I hate this bank and especially this branch. The bank of america on Ramsey Street which is permanently closed still has atm and it ate my card and wouldn't give me any of my money. So I went to this branch about 230pm and employees were inside but said they're closed because of bad weather although roads were clear with no precipitation. So I have no access to my money because i don't have atm card. One day the whole outfit will go out of business and I will laugh because they brought it on themselves with poor customer service and greed.

Clara Abreu: Walked in to this location for notary service. They told me it was a 45 minute wait so I left and decided to make an appointment online. My appointment then was at 12pm the following business day. We arrived at 1210pm because my husband could not come out of work earlier. There was a very nice black American lady that was going to check us in but then this white lady with glasses interrupted her and said if we were 5 minutes late we missed the appointment and had to wait 45 min (same lady who told me to wait 45 min days before). I told her we still had some time before our appointment ended but she was on denial. This lady’s Customer service is horrible I felt discriminated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.
Kristina Brickey: I will never go to this bank again. The workers take their breaks at the peak times; between 11:30-2. If I don’t get there 2 hours before or after then you won’t get help because you better believe that there is a line AND they barely have workers. They tell me to come back and when I do it is always the same thing.
Shanell Jones: This is the worst Bank of America. Very rude and nasty workers. Undercover boss needs to come and see exactly how this place treats its customers. They also act as if they’re not knowledgeable of their job requirements such as how to deposit money into an account which I thought was very simple. Next time I’m getting the names of every employee that should be fired but hopefully I’ll never go to this location again.

While the manager gets an attitude being asked if she could step in help. As a business owner and manager my top priority is to accommodate customers. I guess they feel like since we need the bank regardless and its the only one in the area than they'll get our business no matter what. Yes some people could online bank and use atm services to shorten lines but wouldn't it better the establishment if they were to show and teach the older generation to use those items? The manager always seems to be typing on her computer. Why cant she send a banker to the tell station and she accompany other issues that require more assistance? I dont have issues with BOA just this location only.

All the employees (those who work the drive=up window as well as those working inside) are nice/knowledgeable back tellers. Ms. Patricia usually works at the drive up window, she is the absolute best! She is so kind, so sweet, all the while taking care of your business transactions. She's the best!

SAVE YOURSELF the frustration and your time!!! Go to Westwood they’re much quicker. Also don’t take your anger out on the teller she’s trying her best and was very kind and apologetic in regards to the wait!
Mark Mcvickers: I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes at the Raeford Rd branch to be told they could not let me deposit a check into my account because it was too much (198k). I was told the branch manager would have to approve and he was not there. So I drove to the Westwood branch and they gladly took my deposit. Thank you Westwood branch!

TF “Conscientious Consumer”: This is a miserable financial institution. I echo all the other 1 star reviews posted. Worst service ever! They are extremely slow w/ no coordination amongst staff and seemingly unconcerned about lengthy wait times. Not an isolated incident...this is EVERY SINGLE VISIT TO THIS BRANCH! Absolutely awful! The only reason I come here every month is to make a simple deposit into a member's account and I kid you not, I expend no less than 40 min just to do that EVERY TIME regardless of day of the week/ time of day. This branch is seriously starving for true management refom and it is evident by the poor customer e experience. DO NOT BANK HERE...AT ALL!!
Desy R: Ms patty is always nice at the drive through but she talks a lot, (if youre in a rush I feel sorry) she always tries to give me a 10minute lesson on the mobile app which I am very familiar with already. The tellers inside however aren’t as nice as her, & the wait times are awful.
