Molly Arnold: One of Fayetteville's first event spaces remains a favorite. Perfect setting in downtown Fayetteville. Nice sized space for luncheons, parties, showers, meetings, and classes. There's a well equipped kitchen that caterers love. I've attended many different functions here and the quality of the space and customer service of the owners is outstanding.

Melissa Kim: With less than a month's notice, I ended up needing to find a new venue for my class reunion. One of my first calls was to the Rainbow Room in hopes they'd be available on short notice. Jordan answered and was extremely helpful answering all my questions and understanding of the fact that I was planning the reunion from another state. I also appreciated her thorough follow-ups ensuring that I receive the contract on time, letting me know when she was going to charge my credit card and following up with a floor plan for the event. She is obviously an experienced event manager as she had great suggestions for our event. Our class reunion was went off without a hitch! Everyone had a great time and loved the venue!

Carin Savel: The Rainbow Room was the perfect space for our event. About 50 people were expected, and we wanted an atmosphere that was warm, inviting and professional. We were incredibly pleased with the evening. Many people who attended the event had never been to the Rainbow Room before, and they were delighted to discover this downtown jewel.

The couple has to find another venue less than a week before their wedding.*Aug 2, 2021 - 3 years later and I just read an ABC 11 wtvd news article of a couple who had the SAME A/C ISSUES. Metropolitan Room did not correct the problem. The wedding was ruined with extremely HOT temperatures and loud FANS! These people are horrible and need to be shut down!

The bride and groom were reassured that there would be working air on their wedding day and that did not happen nor were they able to get in contact with anyone day of or since the wedding in response to the situation. NCFAY Bride: That’s the rag dj guy that everybody is complaining about. Funny feeling about him didn’t use him for my wedding at the metro and they couldn’t have been more wonderful. Perfect except the elevator was out and the guy was late getting us into the parking lot. Beautiful place and corky did everything she could she is the best.

Professional Reviewer: For 7 years I have served the Fayetteville area as a DJ Entertainer and have worked with most of the venues within the Fayetteville area. After this weekend, I can no longer offer my services to the Metropolitan Room venue. After providing services to over 10 weddings at this location for different customers, I see and understand that this venue lacks proper customer services, lacks management of its building maintenance and operation and lacks a attention to detail to the outcome of its events. Within the last 2 years, I have witness venue representative showing up late, which had a impact on the wedding day, lack of customer service which had a negative impact on the bride and groom on their wedding day and just point blank being rude to the customer or guest. I have witness brides and grooms upset and angry because of the mishandling of simple task of not having key areas open or unlock for their vendors or bridal party and not performing simple venue task in a timely manner. In one case a wedding had to relocate to a different venue at the last minute because the management could not provide a proper commendations for a AC issue which has been a common issue for years. Their recommendation was to provide industrial fans that had a major noise issue. Anyone with common sense knows this could not work for a wedding environment with live flowers. The lack of just providing the basic customer services has caused myself and other vendors to have to work harder to make up for this venue shortfalls. When we as vendors are calling other vendors and venues to assist with saving a wedding day because this venue lacks organization, management and event planning skills at the venue level, it is time to discontinue providing services at this location. The primary success of any wedding day is the venue being able to provide just the basic customer services and this venue can not even provide that. If the venue representative can not be a team player and can not work with others, that person is in the wrong business. If a individual lacks people skills they should not be in event services. Most of the issues I have observed from most of these weddings at the Metropolitan Room is because of the venue representative lack of people skills and having the "I don't care attitude" towards the success of the event. No bride and groom should be upset on their wedding day, but the Metropolitan Room continues to have this impact on the last three weddings I have done at this location this year. So with that being said, my company will no longer provide services at this location until it is own by someone who cares about their customers and the successful outcome of their events.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our planning process.However, the reason I gave 3 stars is because the day of our wedding, 3/25/23, the staff was late opening the venue which put everything off schedule. I was told that the schedule hadn’t been updated of our time although the time was changed last year. With this detail forgotten, the setup for the ceremony & reception wasn’t provided as promised. So our coordinator/decorator struggled to do that which affected our day. Also, the bridal suite & grooms quarters was setup as promised.We were given the option of an hour refund or extended time. Compensation is always great but it doesn’t replace our memory of our special day.-Scarred Bride

Amy Brandhuber: My daughter lives in Fayetteville and to be honest, I'm not at all a fan of the town so I was dreading finding a place locally when planning her recent wedding. To my surprise, and absolute joy, we found Studio 215. ABSOLUTE GORGEOUS VENUE! Perfect for a wedding or any special occasion. Seriously! We rented the larger space and it came with so many extras.We used the brides room for hair and makeup for 6 people plus the 3 stylists and there was more than enough room for all of us plus some. Very comfortable and there's a connected bathroom! The only downside is that you can't drink alcohol or eat in the room. It would have been nice to have mimosa's while getting ready but we totally understood why you can't (carpet and keeping things clean/no stains) and we were able to enjoy drinks and snacks in the main area right outside the door. The grooms room is beautiful and perfect for pictures! Very nicely decorated and spacious.The main area has a really cool vibe and perfect for anything you want to do....rustic, country, baby, boho etc. There's lots of space for any size group (we had 10 tables) plus, DJ (All Events DJ), dance floor, bartender, caterer (Two Brothers Catering), sweetheart table, cake table (beautiful btw...flowers by Owen's Florist), gift table, etc. The spiral staircase, faux grass wall and chalk wall (designed by Kaleh Sampson Designs) provided the perfect backdrop for photos. There's even an outdoor area for the cigar smokers and corn hole! PERFECT VENUE!The surrounding area is a little sketch but they do have security onsite at night and we had zero issues. Honestly, there are some gorgeous old buildings across the street that made a great backdrop for photos. Our photographer (Julie Igo Photography) took pictures of the bride and groom outside for 45 minutes because there are so many options and got some amazing shots! I will post photos once we have them all back and I can pick the best.I did my research and checked out all venues in Fayetteville. You won't find anything as nice as Studio 215. It truly is the best place to hold an event. Reserve now!!!!

They were so helpful in working with us on planning our shower remotely (best friend and parents planned everything from outside of Fayetteville) they recommended caterers who were perfect for our theme and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They even did a virtual tour for us which was so wonderful! Day of was so fun and stress free, definitely recommended them for any events!(Decor was DIY by my friend but the pallet wall and venue itself added so much to the vibe of the space!)

The industrial look worked great with our colors and there was enough space to accommodate us all. (137 guests + vendors). Taryn was great throughout the whole process as well. Highly recommended for any event you have coming up.

PDHim1st: The venue is located in a less than desirable location. However, inside looks great. When you walk-in you can see possibilities for a variety of events, especially weddings. But, be sure to pick the right caterer and be sure to think through the use of space. With no audio visual you will be shouting to make sure people hear you and you will have a clumsy screen to think about putting in place if you choose to import one.

Taryn was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Taryn made sure to provide ample clarification and guidance to us whenever we needed it! I was so excited to know that the bridal suite received delicate updates that were just in time for our wedding! The only recommendation I would make for the venue is adding a way for couples to secure a wedding rehearsal date in the location that has been designated for the ceremony. We are especially thankful to Michelle and Taryn for the hospitality they have extended to our friends and family.

I had my husband's Surprise Birthday party here last weekend and had been working with them for months on the details.First, Sierra is amazing. I met with her several times to go over details. She's super friendly and really knows her stuff. Every detail for the tables were set up exactly how I visioned it, and final touches like uplighting gave it such a classy look. She offered advice to me to help make things better, like having something printed, like a program, for the table and little party favors which made it look beautiful.Second, the food! Oh my God! All 65 of my guest had nothing but good things to say about the food. I didn't hear one bad review! My sister in law said the chicken wings were the best She's ever had, the meatballs were a favorite amongst multiple people, and my mother in law was head over heels about the sliders and chicken and waffles. I have a nephew who is super picky. We can barely get him to eat anything. He loved the mashed potatoe bar and the elegant touch of putting them in martini glasses was spot on!Lastly, the staff was so professional and friendly. They really did a wonderful job keeping our tables cleared of dirty plates, and restocking items. One lady came to me to ensure that everything was going well which I appreciated!There was one hiccup at the end of the night regarding the end time of our event. However, I loved how the owners handled the situation. They apologized and found a way to make it up to us. This is so important because she often times find owners who don't own up to their mistakes and their customer service is horrible. This is not them at all. They truly care about providing a great experience and taking care of their client.I would have any and every future event at this venue and I would use their catering services again!Amazing people that helped create a memory my husband and our guests will never forget.

They we in constant communication with me and helped me keep the event a surprise from my husband by being flexible and so accommodating. We coordinated the event from out of state but I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to share this moment and event with than the team at The Vine. The process and accommodations they offer are stress free. Sierra was our point of contact and she ensured I didn’t do anything that didn’t make sense. Book Two Brothers Catering for your next event! Brad and Kelley are AMAZING!!!!!! They guided me all through the set and was able to give me pointers and guidance when little glitches occurred ie; had to add more tables for unexpected guests. Kelley was right there the entire, assuring me everything was turning out great. Kelley just jumped right in and handled anything that was a question. Their mother....LOVE HER!! She is part of the staff and I just love her personality. The rest of the staff was just amazing. William Gothard: The Vine is operated by Two Brothers Catering. The food is inexpensive, excellent, and the service is friendly and efficient. The location is challenging to find, located behind other buildings and not visible from Owen Drive. However, if you make the effort to get there, you will be pleased with your meal.

Denise Fennell: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When I 1st looked at venue I asked about renting the place for the whole day due to wedding. They persuaded me not too and states ''people only usually do 8 hours or less.'' So I did 8 hours, I had the venue cater my food and THEY RECOMMENDED a Decorator and stated ''we use her often so we don't have to be in the building when she decorates''. Everything was fine until I paid in full 30 days before my wedding. Then the time we needed to get in the building before the event was a issue although I offered to pay for more time. The rehearsal was the day before they rushed us out the building they didn't want to give us a hour because ''they had been there all day'' (which was not my issue) It was so embarrassing to my me and my wedding party everyone noticed. The day of my wedding was a disaster my guest where locked out in the heat until the time of event which was rude, then the inside was very hot they kept saying they would turn air down didn't happen. They informed me I needed plates but my decorator had supplied plates for the whole party. They didn't want to cut my cake which they informed me they would MY GUEST had to cut the cake for everyone! They where stingy with the food to the guest and then sent all the left overs home with us which was way too much so they should of fed the guest! They started cleaning up 3 hours before my end time even called my decorator to come and start collecting her things. Just embarrassing! I paid for a bar they shut the bar down 1 hour into the reception and didn't inform us before the wedding the guest needed to bring cash so that was a issue! I had cards with money inside left behind by mistake they didn't keep for me they threw them in the trash and informed me the next day when I reached out to them ''you should check the garbage''!!!!! The wedding party was not allowed to have drinks while getting ready and where informed they needed to stay inside the building they couldn't leave! Then when the wedding started they locked us out the of the rooms so we had to inform them when we needed to get inside for anything such as changing shoes or such and they watched you to see what you where doing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO ANYONE THIS IS A LONG REVIEW AND I COULD GO ON WITH MORE DETAILS! I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARTS ZERO! AND THE OWNER RON IS NO BETTER DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

S Mayes: My friend got married at the Ambiance on June 26, 2021. The rehearsal was the night before the wedding. The owner rushed us and kept counting down “loudly” the amount of time we had to rehearse. The building was also extremely hot. The next day was the wedding and the building was still hot. The venue was clean and nicely decorated but the ceiling was leaking from the heavy rain. During the wedding reception, the employees refused to give people cups of ice or water. The wedding reception was scheduled to end at 8 but by 7:30 the employees had removed all decorations. They started cleaning up at 7:00. Guests assumed the wedding was over and left. I would not recommend this place for future events.

Allena Bridges: These people are very unprofessional. Especially, the owner. Numerous calls were made to owner .No calls returned or answered. That’s bad business when you take people money on they’re big day. The owner was rude along , with staff not even allowing anyone to get into the building to set up for wedding, get a cup or even ice . Besides, the ceiling has leaks. People please be aware before you book a big event at this establishment.If I could give this place a 1/2 star I would. These folks are SHADY!! and I’m being nice. Food was terrible . People please use seasoning when you cook your food. Very unorganized .I guess you tell people what the want to hear in order to get their money.

India Ricketts: Ron was so nice months leading up to wedding. He told me things that he would do that we didn’t write down and I thought was fine because he was so nice. Day of wedding he changed like we never talked and everything he promised me said it won’t on contract my wedding was beautiful but you pay to much money not to get ice. Plus it was supposed be over at 8 they started cleaning up at 7 will not recommend this place look for somewhere else.

Life With Dalee: My sisters wedding was this past weekend and experience was horrible. The price they paid was ridiculous and received a horrible experience the owner and workers were not only rude to the bride and groom but their guest as well. Food was horrible they made promises that they could not keep, ceiling was leaking, was supposed to have the building for 8 hours and didn’t, they started breaking down and cleaning up 1 hour before the event was over (which i thought you supposed to do after we leave. I simply asked for a cup of ice for my tea because the ice in the drink had melted and was told no. Horrible experience and would not recommend having anything here. How you running a business but treat people rude and allow your workers to do it to which is a reflection of you. You want change it starts with the head.

We signed a contract with his partner, Pastor Glenn King, but after they got our down payment, everyone disappeared.Then there was Covid. We wanted to cancel but Ron insisted we hold off for a year (since the deposit was good for that long).Well, we are a military family and when duty calls we cancel future events. We are deploying in two weeks. We have been trying to contact the venue and the owner Ron but here we go again, no one is again responding!We don’t believe we will get a refund for our deposit so we wanted to share our experience. Now, if they do give it back I will update my review but based on our experience, we are not holding our breath.We like the place because of the affordability it offered. However the customer service is trash.I’m glad everyone else hasn’t experienced the poor service we have.

P McLean: I planned a surprise 85th birthday party for my mom from out of town and arrived in Fayetteville on Saturday to find that the space I had chosen would not work for the event the next day. Short on time and options, I Googled party rental spaces at 9:30 that night and found Agape Venue which advertised a response within an hour. I knew it was a long shot but I entered my details in the chat and requested a party space for 50 people the next day, Sunday at 5pm. To my surprise Sonya responded within the hour and said she had the space I needed. We exchanged a bit more information via the chat and she asked me to call her by 8:00 the next morning, which I did. Her price was reasonable and she helped out with table decorations. Sonya has a beautiful spirit and is a gem to work with. Her husband Anthony helped tremendously with set up for the event. The space is beautiful! They really came through and helped me out of a bind. My mom was surprised and we had a great party. I will definitely rent this space again.

I needed a venue for my mother's 80th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience. I had called without leaving a message. Sonya called me back and I gave her the date. She asked me to call her back at 6p on the same day so that she could check on the availability and I did but no answer. I left a voice message and a few days passed by with no response whatsoever. I guess this just wasn't meant to be. I'm glad for those who had a great experience.

Imani Hill: Was recommended to try this place and work with Mrs. Sonya , I scheduled a meeting with her which you can tell she forgot about to talk about booking. Ok cool life happens. After the meeting I was set to book with her & asked her to send me a contract, I texted her the morning after the meeting and didn’t hear back until that night which she explained she would send the contract the night of. A few days go by I try and contact her again about sending a deposit and contact still NOTHING. I try one more time and still no reply, after that haven’t heard a thing so I went somewhere else. I really was looking forward to working with her but it shouldn’t take 3-4 times to try & conduct business. Her lack of communication, professionalism, customer service and organization made it easy to know it wouldn’t be a good idea to book. If she didn’t want to take on my event she could of said something.

Patrick Letts: Ok, so let me begin by saying that hosting my wedding at The Belmont Village was the right thing to do. If you need a place, and a team to take care of you then this is the place. The Belmont Village has a classy and historic feel to it. There is history behind this place. The actual brick stone laid in some of the sidewalk dates back to the beginning of Fayetteville. Think of this place as of all in one package. They can provide you a photographer, DJ, staff, wedding Director, food, bar, and a location all in one. Are you stressing...Then come here. They will take care of you! Planning a wedding will be stressful, but I promise you Becky(Wedding Planner) & Carol(Wedding Director) will take care of you. This place can host a large group of people. The food that they cooked for my wedding was so amazing. We got the filet mignon and chicken and it was so splendid. Talk about perfection. We were able to cut the steak with a plastic butter knife. So tender and delicious. Like everyone that has their wedding my wife and I were getting nervous. Wondering if they were able to host enough people, worried about the food & cake, and just how everything was going to turn out. Do not underestimate them. They have your back. They will be there for you, and most importantly know what they are doing. They called all of it. Carol knew just how to help run the wedding. Such a big help. The DJ(Tommy) had everything from beginning to end on point. Kept the vibe going the whole time. Nailed all of the music just as we wanted. Give this place a chance. They will take care of you! They are so helpful and kind. They even had a bar available, and were able to fulfil everyone's needs too. Of course I need to do a shout out to Eddie and the crew for taking car of all of the bar needs. Your wedding day will be busy and hectic, but if you come here you will have a very special time. You will find yourself taking multiple moments to capture the magic of your special day, and will be able to look back and appreciate how much they took care of your needs to make that happen.

Laura Hottel: Becky and her staff have a full service, A+ establishment. We hosted a private party at the Belmont years ago, and have enjoyed other activities and dining opportunities over the years. The Belmont can do it all, and it will be done right! I highly recommend this business and the services they provide.
