They were always punctual, polite, knowledgeable and included us in every step of the process. The craftsmanship of their work is beyond flawless and you can tell their attention to detail. David showed up everyday and put forth a great effort to make sure every little thing I thought was out of place, he fixed. David did an excellent job repair ing my floors from water damage and laying the new vinyl.Last but not least the owners of this establishment, Mr. Renee showed up in the field to work and to oversee. Mr Renee, has a great eye to bring things together and to be creative in your home to give you an idea of something that you didn't think was possible, along with his wife who did the same thing at the office when I was picking my flooring. Jeff made himself personally available to come and look at our shower, where he explained the very obvious aesthetic issues and the structure concerns he could see. Jeff then set up a time with us and Jennifer at Southern Carpet & Interior and personally assisted in picking the right tile and flooring for our shower.Jeff was then able to fit us into his companies very busy schedule over the holidays. They also were able to preserve our glass doors and fixtures through a very careful demo. The pebble flooring; they pulled the stones from the mesh and laid them one by one so beautifully. Everything was done when they said they would complete it, they were either on time or early every day, and happily worked around my crazy dogs that wouldn’t leave them alone (they were all dog lovers).Another plus is that the crew comes from a variety of experience, skill sets and expertise. In our previous construction we also had our floors replaced with LVP. The hallway upstairs was very noticeably uneven and felt like it had air under it. The previous contractor said they could not fix it, I asked Jeff’s guys what they thought and they did not hesitate to fix the entire problem. It took them less than a day to pull up the floor replace the damaged plywood and even level out the uneven support beams. They never called back with information, then months later , I called and was given the run around 3 different times. They finally said they wouldn't be able to help with a kitchen' renovation. Alison Taylor: Harold came out 3 weeks ago Tuesday to give me an estimate. Nice enough dude, but the first words out of his mouth were "how are you planning to pay for this?" Didn't offer up any suggestions for a kitchen remodel, I had to keep bringing up things to include in the quote. I could be wrong but I was hoping to have someone that would know what goes into a kitchen remodel and that could point things out to me that I wasn't even thinking of. He said he would get back to me in about 3 days. All of my other estimates came in a little later then was promised so I didn't put much stock in the timeline, I get that things come up. After a week I emailed the company to touch base and see if there was a update on the estimate and to make sure Harold don't forget about me/misplace my contact info. 2 weeks later still nothing.

daniel shapiro: They do great work. I've used a bunch of other companies to work on my house over the years and they have been the best. They really are honest,reliable, and do great clean up. You really can't go wrong with these guys. I just got tired of working on my house on my own and doing the DIY thing. It's not as fun as just sitting back and hammering beers, while other people are working for you. I only ever DIY anything because I hated paying someone and seeing that they did a crappier job than what I could have done. I'm glad I finally found a company that was worth what they charged because you don't always get what you pay for, sometimes you pay and just get screwed.

john shivers: We gave this company a call. The guy came somewhat on time but was off because he wrote down the wrong house number. We were on the phone with the company when he showed up. He had an idea of what he wanted to add to our house. He was offering us a covered porch. We finally had to show him pictures of what we wanted and then he promised that he will go back and write up the estimate and email it to us the next day because he did not have the price for the wood.He got some good measurements and up until today we don't have the estimate. Hopefully you are not in a hurry to get anything done because this company move in two speeds(slow and stop) and is not worried about you as the customer with your time line. Harold is a good man, however I don't think he knows what he is doing.

JD Hill: When looking for a contractor to reface our fireplace Bramble was the first place I called due to the one positive review here on Google. I was excited when I called because they were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate. He arrived on time but lacked any sort of motivation or vision for the project. He simply came in, listened to my ideas, took no measurements and told me he would send me the estimate. Two weeks have past and since then I have hired another contractor (Craftsmen Building) who has given me an estimate and designed and completed the project.

Robert Whalen: TruBlue was the contractor for renovations to two bathrooms in my home, the first major upgrades to a house in Haymount since it was built in 1984. The upgrades included routine work, such as a tub-to-shower conversion, as well as more unusual tasks such as installation of a Japanese smart toilet. TruBlue’s owner, Bryan Carter, offered shrewd recommendations about design and fixtures. These both improved the effectiveness of the work and reduced costs. Sondra Thompson: I sat with Richard and his team in December of 2021 for a house I was closing on about a month later.  We did a walk through, designed each room, discussed exactly what I wanted, and a deadline for completion was established.  After repeated setbacks, wrong orders being placed for most areas, lots of excuses, and an overall lack of care, my deadline passed without the work being finished.  Lots of items were not ordered or were ordered incorrectly, not to mention the haphazard scheduling for different subcontractors and the general lack of consideration for the scope of the job, and this caused obvious friction between myself and most of the employees who work for Richard.  His endless supply of excuses is only eclipsed by his overall disrespectful demeanor, and he slips back and forth between those two characteristics so often, it is hard to figure out what is going on, communication-wise.  There are a multitude of examples of the absolutely inept manner this job was shadowed with, but it can pretty much be summed up by saying I lost all trust in this company with the blame-shifting and the lack of appropriate communication when I realized they were not going to be able to complete the renovations in time for my family to arrive, despite all promises and assurances to the contrary, and in fact, we were not able to actually move into our house until August 2022.  If you plan to hire this company, I suggest going over your contract with a fine tooth comb, ensure that everything you talk with them about is listed as by-line items so that they don’t come back and say that they’re not covering what was discussed, and make damn sure that you are going to be in residence during each day the company comes out to do work, otherwise you will be stuck in a never-ending cycle of excuses, sub-par work, or incorrectly installed appliances, cabinets, bathtubs, tile, etc. finally completed the job 11 months later.Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Countertops,Bathroom remodeling,Fan installation,Basement remodeling,Marble sink installation repair,Remodeling,Drywall installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Shower walls,Granite countertop installation,Home addition construction,Kitchen remodeling

Phyllis Magnuson: GO SOMEWERE ELSE! I AM WARNING YOU. They did not follow the blueprint, they put granite in my bathrooms I did not pick out, and OH, they cut granite in my house, leaving a fine powder all over my house. If you don't know, granite contains Silica, which is like asbestos....stays in your lungs forever, possibly causing Cancer. We had to leave our house until it could be cleaned to be safe. We started our project in Nov of 2021 and it was not finished until April of 2022. Only the Framing Crew did it right. We have had to get a plumber in our house this week, (June 21st) because the plumber did shotty work and our new dishwasher doesn't work...from day one. Come to find out the plumber was the owner' friend, NICK. Our experience with NICK...arrogant and sarcastic, is the PROBLEM. Poor communication and no communication between contractors. They did however enjoy fishing in my pond and working about 4 hours per day. We cannot install our dishwasher (ordered in March) because the plumber used cheap materials and today, have to get a professional plumber to come fix Creative Stone's mess. Keith Perkins: Creative Stone took over $50,000 from us. Project left unfinished. Destroyed our home and now we are left with a gutted home with a February Harnett County inspection report citing issues. That's it. No refund. Items they claim purchased one year ago out of the monies, we've never laid eyes on. Don't do business with this company and risk this happening to you. This home has been in my family for over 70 years and was built for my grandmother. They don't care the pain that comes from experiencing a loss like this. They have our money. We were crazy enough to trust them and good riddance. They have moved on. From the beginning, Sherry and Richard helped me find the perfect counter that was in budget and that met my family needs. I chose Montauk quartz. Then we chose a sink. I highly recommend not going with a single bowl sink and so I chose the 60/40 elkay sink in silver mist with the aqua divider. Favorite feature. Installation was the best experience. The men were professional and so helpful. They ran into an issue with my backsplash that was already installed was just a hair too low and the countertops could not slide underneath. They immediately helped and fixed the issue without any hesitation without damaging anything! I am so glad I chose Creative Stone. Highly recommend. Clarissa Gewlas Sweat: Well TR Construction knocked it out of the park again! Our Master Bath was his assignment this time. I gave him an idea of how I wanted our Master Bath to look and he absolutely pulled it off in spades!!!! I love our new bathroom. A custom built shower to include a rain shower head, a handheld shower unit on a sliding bar. A 4 jet system along with a custom built bench that goes from wall to wall. With the diverter system he installed we can pick which units we want to use in any combination. 2 custom niches to hold shampoo and everything else you need while in the shower. This shower makes you want to take your time and enjoy. Let’s talk storage! 2 pantry’s side by side give me plenty of room for towels, sheets, comforters, and that’s just one half. The other side can hold all of your hair styling gadgets and all the large packages of toiletries you buy with ease. His and hers sinks nested in a beautiful quartz countertop. In between the good size sinks in a 2 door medicine cabinet with electrical outlets on both sides. Under the medicine cabinet is a large 3 drawer cabinet for even more storage. All cabinets are wood construction and will last for years. He completely replaced our ceiling and removed a popcorn ceiling I could never like in a million years! Thomas also closed out an old skylight and installed a Bluetooth ceiling vent with a nightlight and the ability to play music in the bathroom without the radio being in the room. The final part that brings all these parts to one inspiring Master Bath is the absolutely gorgeous tile placed on the floor, the shower inside and out that flows straight up the walls to the smoothly finished ceiling. Making this bathroom a breeze to clean up and painting a thing of the past.
