Festival Park, located at the corner of Ray Avenue and Rowan Street in downtown Fayetteville, has been described as the “crown jewel of downtown.” Consisting of 14 acres, it opened in April 2007, and created a class venue consistent with the quality of life that is our community’s hallmark.

During events, there's a snack bar, restrooms, water fountains, and event stage.Restrooms: The restrooms are what you would expect from an outdoor, public park.Dog-friendliness: During many events, only service animals are permitted.

IB Dronin: Mazarick is one of my favorite parks in Fayetteville . It has nice trails,scenery,and a lake for fishing with alot of cypress trees
Richard Abernathy: A GREAT little spot to enjoy nature, take a hike and picnic, if you wish. There is a ton of stuff to do here in a relatively small area. VERY BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET!
Truett Canady: Nice disc golf course. A few nice holes, some tough, most easy pars.
Wesley Forman: A little sketchy there are some I would say homeless groups of people using facilities fishing docks and the grills not to say they are dangerous but don't take your kids here if you want to feel safe. There are unknowns roaming about and although it is a public area I'm sure you can disappear in these woods. Went to look at the lake and smell of completely like weed so yeah I would skip this place.

Kaela: Was one of my favorite parks as a child & now it’s one of my favorite local parks as an adult. From the baseball fields, to the 2 playgrounds, to frisbee golf, picnic tables w grills & some of the best walking trails by the river around the Fayetteville area. It’s always an adventure.. I just wish people would STOP LITTERING!!!!

Momma Bear: My kid grew up going to this park. Unfortunately we were hit by a drunk driver when he was six and he is now paralyzed from the waist down. He is still a kid though and it would be nice if at least one park in Fayetteville had a wheelchair swing. This is or was his favorite park.

Jennifer Davis: What a show! Unexpectedly closed Thusday night 6:30 but when it was open, it was much nicer than another local place which charged $10 per person.

Matt Hockey: Christmas in the Park was beautiful. Well organized but glad we were there early as the line was stupid long when we were leaving.
David Summers: Says open online, my wife and my daughter (6yrs old) and I went 30 min driving there to wait 15min more in line with other people that were expecting to see Christmas lights only to turn in and around at the front gate in disappointment. It is the weekend before Christmas and no Christmas spirit here. Just keep the lights off and park closed....UPDATE:Went back on Sunday and got there before 6, and they were open and already had cars going in. The family enjoyed it and recommend going and getting there early, there was a long line of cars waiting to go in when we were leaving. Sunday night brought back the Christmas spirit in us.

Casey Jackson: I love going for the lights at Christmas, but during the day. Where do you use the bathroom? I went before and there were porter potties, the last 2 I've been there hasn't been any, anywhere in the park. Sadly I had to find a hiding spot to go.
