katherine shepard: Lady with dark curly hair was rude. I walked past her several times, she and no one else greeted me or asked if I needed help. I asked her if she worked there, she just looked at me and shook her head yes. I asked for a specific item and she they're "working on getting it out" I asked if there was any way since they're currently working on it to get it. She said no to check back in 2 days. Half the isle was currently set, really felt like they just didnt want too.

Natalya Rashchupkina: Walked in one day and purchased items but they were having credit card issues. Four months later still trying to get money back on my debit card after the store manager asked me to use another card to pay and I was triple charged. Made multiple contacts with the store manager and they did nothing. Never returned my calls. Poor customer service and will continue to not shop here or at this company anymore period.

Rebecca Baird: This and stores like this are so way overpriced and for the most simplest of items. We go when desperate. Honestly you can usually find better and or better prices online. If we’re gonna pay more it needs to be for better quality. Halloween items and Christmas just too much for what they are. They have cute stuff but they’re typical with naturally inflated prices.

TJ Dodson: It was my first time inside hobby lobby and it was great! The things they had in there blew my mind! I guarantee that if it's a hobby of yours and you're looking for certain things hobby lobby is going to have it. I definitely know where I'm going from now on for all my model cars. Only thing is I had a guy tell me that he wishes they'd get some new models in because he had built every one they had in there.

Yaminah Vereen: HORRIBLE!!! They need to close and hire cashiers. I saw several people in there moving merchandise, while two cashiers(one doing returns etc..)lines down the aisle. This is so unacceptable, needless to say I walked out and left a buggy full of items. They have to prioritize customers, then merchandise.
