Richard Chlebowski: My wife and I brought our 2022 Godfrey AquaPatio 235 ULC to Rhudy's car audio and accessories for marine audio upgrades. The entire staff, from start to finish, was extremely personal and professional. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond to ensure a flawless install and final product. A huge thank you to Scott, the installation technician, who stayed after hours to complete the custom and labor intensive install. Your time is appreciated, and the sound quality exceeds all expectations. We definitely recommend Rhudy's car audio and accessories for any marine audio needs.
Nette Mitchell: When it comes to customer service on Murchison Road not so much. But Bobby on Yadkin Road always has a great attitude. Also to respond to the owner I have been dealing with Rhudys for a very long time. Rhudys has put a new radio and speakers in about 3 of my vehicles. Also I went to Murchison road to get a new radio and speakers in my Honda accord and the guy at the front desk was very rude and just had me standing there that’s how I ended up at the yadkin road location where I met Bobby and the other staff. Also, it has been a couple of years ago. Lastly I haven’t always used the name Nette Mitchell. Why you think I haven’t been back? Good day✌🏽💜🙏🏽

Mando played the middle man in helping me surprise my son and was very patient and professional with us. I would 1000% recommend Rhudy's and Mando for anyone with car audio needs.
A: Didn’t align the tires on my truck after installing suspension. Charged me for it of course. Poor customer service. I would suggest taking your vehicle anywhere else, you’d get a better job done taking your vehicle to bojangles to have work done. Incompetent staff that shouldn’t be let near a vehicle. I have to replace $1000 worth of tires due to their negligence. As a true nod to RUDYs “professional” staff they went to my business page and gave me a 1-star review in an attempt to make me remove my review, if you would like to see the proof of the character of these people search true craft home improvements and you’ll see what I say is true.
William Alderman: Murchison road store has a lot to be desired. Once put a review online and was quickly contacted about how it was going to hurt the business, and it was going to hurt the employees well stop and think how the way you treat the customer.

Margie Stewart: I called in today 8/11/22 with questions and spoke with a female. She was quick to say you guys had the cheapest prices. I politely disagree and she suddenly became defensive and rude. I have a right to disagree without receiving an additude. That behavior is uncalled for, childess and unprofessional. Based on that experience I will not give this business my business. The owner should be careful whom he hires to represent his business and should always watch and listen to the happening in his business regularly
Howard Bright: I was having a problem with the speakers going out. Another audio place said it was the amplifier. I took it to Rhudys to check out. They reinstalled my front speakers. Only paid $75 for the service. Any place could have told me that I needed a whole new system and pay $1000 for it. This is what I call honesty !! Thank you !!!

Tim Robison: Excellent help from them planning my project while I was deployed. I wrote a large review on yelp also, please look for it. I asked them to install a custom Royalty Core Grill (which they did, even though they sell grills in their shop), Recon accessory HALO headlights (which they did, even though they sell their own version of the HALO light), AMP research automatic steps, 8" Pro-Comp lift, Moto Metal Rims and 38" Toyo Tires. A little money in advance so they could order the parts, and the rest when I picked up the truck (which they waited over a month to get because the project was finished MUCH faster than I thought it would be).Everything was installed, trimmed (no rubbing so far), aligned, and INSPECTED for me when I got off the plane from Afghanistan. My truck is in their commercial! They did all of the work on it, and honestly I'll never go anywhere else. While they were doing the project they constantly updated me and asked me questions about what I wanted. They even sent me videos and pictures of the progress. I've had the truck up to 80mph and no driveline vibration...NONE. Exemplary work from a shop that doesn't know me any more than any other troop.They were even going to let my wife leave her car as collateral to pick up the truck and have it waiting for me at Green Ramp. When I picked up the truck it was sitting in their garage. They had washed it, and didn't want to leave it outside because I was coming to pick it up and they wanted it to be clean. Thank you Rhudy's Car Audio. You made a 9 month trip worth the wait.On a side note I asked them to surprise my wife with a Kenwood navigation/DVD system and back up camera on her car. I picked up the truck and tricked my wife into leaving the car there so we could drive around in our new truck together. They called me on the phone a few hours later and told me the installation was complete. My wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks again Rhudy's!I'm already planning my next project with Rhudy's, a new stereo system for my truck. And yes, I had them do my wife's car because I wanted to see the Kenwood in her car before I put one in my truck.

Tabitha McCarthy: 3 years later and the service is still excellent! Chris and Louie (I think that’s his name) helped me so much! They went above and beyond to help me fix my alternator issue on my charger. I thought at first it may have been some wires that got messed up but it was apparently the clip for the alternator. Louie also fixed my dash that was cracked and loose. 10/10 I will always recommend them to my friends and family!

Slydale Reese: In response to the owner, I never asked the tech to swap the actual speakers out of the boxes and I appreciate his knowledge but my thing was him being rude and nasty about it. That’s poor customer service. And as far as the dashcam, I understand quotes but there was no willingness to work for me the customer when it came to upping the price. It was just well here’s the new price, oh well. I decided to take my business elsewhere and let’s be honest, you guys do good work but you aren’t the only game in town. You can’t continue to just treat some people any type of way and expect advocacy for your business, even now look at how you the owner are handling responding to a negative review. Maybe you should practice better business acumen because this definitely is not it. Again, I love you guys and I have had some good experiences and I have sent a lot of business your way but these two experiences rubbed me the wrong way and so has this. Still wish you guys all the best.
