Found it elsewhere for $10.

The phone disconnects so I call back and explain to a different associate. I'm placed on hold and she promptly comes back. She then explains, "We are over run with customers right now and NOBODY IS WILLING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION RIGHT NOW." Their response to my question, "is there any other pace I can call that maybe able to answer my question?" is the only thing that saved the interaction. They responded, "Maybe GREEN SIDE UP?" My wife was looking for a blue windmill wind ornament. They only had the orange one on display. They went into the warehouse and built her the blue one immediately. They easily could have said to come back. Excellent small business.

Victoria Lemrabott: I had an issue with my curbside pickup order (first time ever) and the manager Derrick was super helpful. He was able and willing to resolve my issue and quickly too! I love my neighborhood lowes!

I don’t know his last name but he was at self check out around 11AM today. Anything you ask of this employee he does not mind helping. Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and keeps his other co-workers motivated… definitely leadership material.
ABNSTNGR 87: My Wife and I our purchased a samsung range and microwave. We also paid for installation of the range. The delivery team was challenged in most areas. Initially, I received a call stating they would arrive in 10 minutes. It was 20 minutes. Secondly, they seemingly had severe challenges with speaking american and communication was horrible. Thirdly, they were challenged with installing the range. When I requested it be leveled, they began to speak spanish and complain. I replied in spanish and told them to level the range. They tried but "didn't" have the tools to complete the task.Finally, upon leaving, they left Styrofoam, screws, water bottles and other trash in front my neighbors and my home. All on home security cameras. I had to re-install and level the range because of the horrible installation jobl. I would not recommend a Lowes installation to anyone at this time.The range and microwave are working very well.
Diane Rowlett: Just picked up 50 bags of mulch. Lowe's did a price match for us. We asked for help loading and Mike, who I believe is a loading Pro because that's the vest he was wearing, came out shortly thereafter and loaded the pallet for us right into our pick up truck. He can really handle a forklift! Great attitude! Friendly! Courteous! Wished us a good day and even reminded us to stay out of the heat. Thanks Mike and also customer service.

Every time I visit this store the employees are nice, friendly and are helpful if the customer needs anything.After experiencing a one-star experience with a different local area Lowe’s, I decided to go to this store to purchase a zero turn lawnmower. I was greeted by the manager in-store and was enthusiastically helped with my purchase, 10 minutes and done. He also loaded the mower on my trailer. A great customer service experience!

Ruby Barfield: We got tired waiting(6wks)on Lowes gutter installer guy to give us an estimate that he has measured on our house. We call him #s of times, connect Lowe’s about it, and no response from their contract gutter guy. So we hired another gutter installer company, they came out and did an excellent the job installing the gutters on our house. So that being said, Lowes needs to hire contractors that hold up to their words not lying to customers. Besides that we still like shopping at Lowes for other items, not doing business with gutter contract installers anymore.
Draco McDonald: Quick getting you what you need. However be careful in appliance center, they will tell you what you ordered but the wrong color doesn't arrive. You go back to the store and say that color isn't available. You say okay and they won't deliver your purchase again. Bait and switch.

Probably, you know more then the employee you are asking help for. If you really need help, ask one of the costumer. They will help you more. Most young workers there rans away from costumer because they don’t want to do work or help. Older people who work there are always trying to help costumers.There is one older guy who cuts glass and wires at electric section and I have to give him credit because he is always there and very smart about his sections.I want to work there to help people, but I don’t think I can do it with that many lazy workers who is there just for paycheck.

M R: I bought a char dual grill from Skibo on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times the grills arrived damaged. However, when I visited Ramsey's Lowes to return the last one, Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she facilitate the exchange for a new grill, but she also provided me with a discount and even offered to have the replacement loaded into my vehicle. The Ramsey store will probably be the one I’ll shop at for now on. If you see Vanessa give her a hey and buy her an ice cold Frappuccino!

Customer service employees chose to approach one another with laughter, and "manager" who was called to resolve issue was the one whom displayed such manner when approaching customer service counter. (Please abserve customer return cameras 6/28/23 between 5:30-6:30est, Hispanic man, Native female with child)-all employees conducting business to resolve matters assured us that "it's not possible"-2 receipts were presented by us, 1 of which was our original receipt, and 1 of which was a copy of a receipt obtained by calling customer service toll free number, as we provided our debit info. They were able to disclose all transactions and provide receipts of all transactions on said day of dispute.*our honest claim is that we were in store and purchased $65.78 in merchandise, and was also charged a fraudulent charge of $77.85 on the same day. We have one original receipt and both copies of original and fraud receipt obtained buy customer service corporate toll free number after providing our debit info. Please note on both receipts that a different name is displayed. Manager who spoke to us and promised to resolve issue by contacting area manager, name tag was Gerry. He told us Kevin was the area manager. We ask that cameras on date of transaction are viewed.Receipts will gladly be provided as they are already obtainable via in store or corporate. I will not give up until this matter is resolved. I will exaust all avenues and will never use a manner of which that is not fair or unprofessional.
