jim kulesa: Every year b&b lanes participates in “kids bowl for free” program. Every year I sing my kids up for said program.Just pay the shoe rental (if you need shoes) for the kids and enjoy some good , clean fun while bowling.Kids love it , I love it.Great place!

Douglass Jeff: Great summer deal for families. Eventhough it was really busy it was still a relaxed atmosphere. We didn't get anything from their snack bar but many others did and the food looked good.

Bailey Smith: Staff wasn’t that friendly. There was one lady putting away stuff that was friendly and interacted with the children saying high. She should have been the one at the front!!!! On the way out I had heard a staff member say something to a customer that made it seem like the staff is there for a pay check and that’s it. The bowling ally was nice and clean. Personally I would recommend some new staff members other than that it was a good trip out of the house.

Christina Marie: The staff was friendly and helpful. The bowling alley was very clean and had plenty of activities for kids and adults. The kids bowl free program is wonderful. If you pay a little extra you can add adults and then the pass is for the whole family. You just cover the cost of shoe rentals each time. We enjoyed our time here and will be back again. I recommend taking little kids in the am hours.

Mikieja Covington: The bowling alley was just TERRIBLE! The experience was so terrible and the staff is so rude. In the middle of the game all the balls got stuck in the machine, when asking for help the excuse was that the bowling alley was old and we had to deal with it. So we had to spend the last half of the game with heavy balls because there were barely any balls left from all the balls getting stuck every turn. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Just stay home.

Giancarlo Crespo: Visited on July 1 2023 with some friends, the lanes don’t work correctly if you don’t throw the ball hard enough but we didn’t care because we wanted to have some fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is in need of a upgrade all over.

michal dirocco: Excellent music and friendly service, however give them a two because the equipment consistently malfunctions multiple times throughout your game causing the scoring to be off. If you are going just go and have fun great but if you want correct scoring and want to play at least one game without several interruptions because of the equip not working then go elsewhere

Lily Cloud: I went here for my little sisters birthday, and the attendant was incredibly rude. We weren't allowed to have bumpers unless we had little kids with us, even if we're just playing for fun. Everything was expensive, 20$ for just two people. The lanes were not very functional; either it wouldn't recognize that the ball had been thrown, or it wouldn't reset the pins even with the attendant coming to "fix it". At one point, I bowled, and instead of my ball going through the conveyor belt like it should, it hopped out onto the other lane!! Everything is outdated as well; the screens seem to be from the 1980's. The attended said that we weren't throwing fast enough, which is why the lanes weren't recognizing the throws. If this place is for only competition bowling, it shouldn't be advertised as recreational. All in all, I definitely will not be returning. They wouldn't let my little sister throw a lighter ball because she isn't a little kid, even though it was her birthday. We didn't throw a party, or cause issues, or be loud. We didn't ask for anything special except a lighter ball. Malfunctioning lanes, rude attendants, and outdated equipment. Do not waste your money here.

Robert Foley: Can’t recommend this place. Even the workers say it’s an old. Lanes don’t work. They have some strange rules that don’t pass the common sense. Not the experience I was looking for.

Kamira: 3 other people and myself went yesterday(06-19-22). We had to move lanes MULTIPLE times because of the lanes not working. We also had a horrible experience with the owner’s daughter. She was quite rude when we tried to explain the lanes not working. She also proceeded to very loudly degrade an employee.

She said we do not do refunds . I said I will just dispute it because after reading several other reviews I know we weren’t charged the same.How is a kids price the same as adults? How are your prices so much for a Sunday afternoon..Also we couldn’t finish the game because our balls did not come out and the game froze completely .I was visiting & I do not recommend this place .Trust the reviews

Kimberly R.: Took my son and his friend bowling here. We prepaid for two games. After our lane messed up about five or six times, we decided to only play one game. We were given vouchers to bowl there again. Instead of receiving a refund. My recommendation for others would be to only pay for one game at a time until you know if your lane is working properly.

Freda Butler: This place is trash. The lanes do not work properly. The owners/managers give poor customer service. We paid for two games. Had to move twice during the first game and never finished it because the balls kept getting stuck and the score was not correct. We asked for a refund. They refused,saying the issues were our fault. We said, just move us again and restart the game. They refused. They gave us passes to come back. But, I will never go back there.

Jackie Roberson: My family has come here for years and had some great times. Today June 8th,2023 will be the very LAST time we stop foot in the doors. From the customer service, I asked if the air the huge gaping vents could be adjusted as my entire family was freezing, lady at desk said she'd take care of it then proceeded to stand at the counter and talk to one of the owners whole doing nothing. The building has gone so far downhill to include placing chairs over where the broken chairs were. Good luck keeping this place open!!
