Nathan Lacey: Our visit to the Bridal and Formal Center was exactly what my bride was hoping for. This store had a wide selection of wedding dresses in many sizes to choose from. Even better was the price of most of the dresses. My bride felt like she had plenty to choose from while still staying within her budget. Alterations on the dress were very affordable with a quick turn around time. Candice was very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish we had found this store earlier. Even though we'd driven by this store before, the sign is not very visible from the road and the store front is not well marked so we didn't know what it was. Even with a GPS, we drove right by it the first time.

Tonya Ford: Ladies, if you are planning the happiest day of your life, DON'T GO HERE. You may have the misfortune of running into Jennifer. I like to call her the Bridal Troll. Or maybe The Anti Bride. She is rude with a nasty attitude. In fact, she treated me so badly that I surrendered my deposit on the most beautiful dress, and went right up the street to Venus Bridal on Bragg Blvd where I found an AMAZING dress. And they treated me like a princess!What's sad is, the rest of the ladies at this shop were so sweet. Jennifer just put a pall over the whole shop. Your business would do a whole lot better if you fired her. She is LITERALLY bad for your business. I know for sure she lost you a few hundred dollars because I took my money to another shop.

Angela Roy (Scrub Nurse): This store has every dress you could imagine!We did not buy a dress, but my daughter tried on a few. They were all within the 200$ range and gorgeous 😍 ✨️. They had tons of clearance dresses and many sizes. The varity was so refreshing.Staff was excellent. Not at all pushy or hovering. Very respectful and kind.If she goes to another dance, we would definitely come back again.

Brittanie West: I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The gowns are incredibly cheap, the Demetrios gown I got was discounted by almost half where you'd get it elsewhere. They had a lot of gowns that were just a few hundred dollars. The staff was super helpful and sweet, I think her name was Kandy that squeezed me in on two separate occasions when I went on my lunch break to try on dresses. The alterations are very reasonably priced as well, hundreds below what you'd pay at David's bridal. They also sell formal gowns so I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future events!

Marisa LeBlanc: Went in looking for a gown for my husband's Military ball. I was a bit nervous since I'm a plus size woman but Kandice was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was patient and very helpful. She actually found my gown that I loved and bought today. She was great from start to finish. I would definitely return. The atmosphere was great and they had a very nice selection for plus size. Emma Lowe: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I went to Bridal and Formal Center today to look for my wedding dress and had the BEST experience! I went to a couple of places in Raleigh a few days ago and they don’t even compare to today’s experience. We were helped by Jennifer, who was amazing; she really took her time with me going through all the styles of gowns they had and listened to my feedback of what I liked and didn’t like. We pulled 3 gowns to try and the first one she pulled ended up being my dress!!! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about potential alterations too, which they do in house. The other lady was also super kind and helpful and called the designer to see if I’d be able to get the dress on time, as my wedding is in a few months, and worked it all out on the phone with them right then and there. They also have a range of shoes and veils to try on with the dresses and are more than happy to let you try different ones on. I was not expecting to find something today but I’m so glad I went here. We were allowed to take lots of photos too, which is perfect for wedding dress shopping. I cannot recommend this store enough if you’re looking for a wedding dress!

Yoseli Quiroga: I loved my experience dress shopping here. It was the first time I went dress shopping and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one. I told them my budget was up to $1000 and they had tons of dresses off the rack for under $1000 to look into. I was never offered any our of my budget. The lady that helped me (Trish) was super sweet, really helpful and not pushy at all. She was genuinely crying with us when I found the dress!! They also have a lady that does the tailoring, I haven't done this yet but the estimate was pretty affordable. I would highly recommend! In covid season I made an appointment and 2 people are allowed to go with the bride. The whole shop was empty just for us most of the time so it was really safe! I lost track of time but I think we were there close to 2h. I left with my dress on hand supper happy!

Melissa: I came here last Saturday with a friend of mine so she can try on some specific dresses she liked for her upcoming wedding. Within seconds of walking thru the door this Cindy lady asks (more than once), "What's your budget? What's your price range?" Why is that the first question you ask, as if it matters, when she already told you what designer she was interested in? Just show us the dresses by that designer! Then she asked when the wedding is, and when my friend said October of 2025, this sad sorry excuse for a WOMAN had the nerve to tell my friend she will NOT sell her a dress that early, and as she looked my friend's (size 8) body up and down disgustingly said, "Anything can happen, you can gain a lot of weight and it's ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to trailer a dress out that much"... 😱😱😱 At that point I was ready to leave, but it was my friend's special day and she still wanted to try on dresses, so we demanded to be allowed to look at and try on dresses. Reluctantly this woman allowed us to look at dresses for 5 minutes before slamming a coaster on her table demanding I put my CLOSED CONTAINER WITH A LID of orange juice down so I don't spill it as if I was a 5 year old, even tho she serves CHAMPAGNE IN OPEN GLASSES. We told nasty rude Cindy we'd rather take our money elsewhere because we don't feel comfortable around her. Absolutely ruined what should have been one of the most memorable days of starting to plan her wedding. DO NOT GO HERE, SHE DESERVES NO BUSINESS!! 😡😡In response to your comment, there is absolutely no sign outside saying no outside drinks, and you should've said something when I first walked in the door, not after you were sick of us. It wasn't that I considered YOUR QUESTIONS rude, it was you asking what her budget was the second we walked in the door, who does that? When she told you the designer that she wanted you should have only showed her the dresses from that designer, with no other comments. That is not how you conduct business and then to retaliate on the bride's friend saying that she's the reason you acted the way you did is be most extreme unprofessional move. I was quiet and did not say a word in respect of my friend until you continued badgering her about what her budget was. That was when I finally opened my mouth and you didn't like it. You can't just pick and choose who you want to be nice and respectful to when you're running a busines. And we've already told everyone we know not to go to you for their wedding dressess.

Frankie Fielding: I scheduled an appointment and brought a friend with me. When we got there within minutes I was uncomfortable. I was asked 3 times in a row without a chance to answer what my budget was and then without a chance to respond the question was changed to when my wedding date is, I let her know my date is October 2025. Instantly Cindy raised her voice and was yelling that she will not be selling me a dress two years early. She said all dresses can't be altered and looked me up and down with a comment of the possibility of me gaining to much weight. She then argued with my friend about alterations and was also upset that she had a drink with a lid in her hands. We ended up walking out because she was so aggressive and mean. I would rather drive out of town to a shop with Morilee then be disrespected, made to feel insecure and refused a purchase. It should be my choice when I purchase my gown and she could have "looked out for me" with respect and not yelling. An exciting day for me quickly turned into a bad memory and fear to be honest about when my special day is in the future!

Adrienne Monroe: Ms. Cindy was beyond amazing! She accommodated my 9-year old & me at the absolute last possible minute when her dress ordered via Amazon arrived in the wrong size! Without any notice or hesitation, she allowed us to come late Friday afternoon and had her friend, Ms. Linda, come perform alterations that were needed for the next day’s event! I scheduled a bridal appointment online for a Sunday afternoon not realizing ita prom season and technically I shouldn't have been able to schedule said appointment but Ms Cindy said come on in nobody's here we can go ahead. She picked out 2 gowns for me each being different styles and under my budget (always a plus) both turned out looking g really good on me but that 2nd one 😍😍😍😍 she dolled me up with the veil and made sure the dress was presented perfectly for the picture my bridesmaid was taking. She was very patient and knew her stuff when it came to those gowns and showed .r different options. I was able to say YES TO MY DRESS thanks to her. Please go check her out when looking for a formal gown for any occasion you will not be disappointed.
