Still, I had an appointment so I was hoping to get out in a timely manner and when I called to check on my truck they said it would be off the lift in minutes.When I showed up my truck still wasn’t ready, which made me pretty frustrated. This is where the difference in their team showed. They realized their mistake, worked quickly to fix it, and offered me a discount. They were courteous and helpful throughout, despite this being a low cost repair.I’m actually confident that if I told them I needed it done quickly it would have been one of the first vehicles completed, but they were balancing a lot.THIS is the type of service that’s needed. I’ll definitely go back to this shop.Thanks to the team and keep grinding through the challenges!

Tyla Coles: Slowest place in history. First time I came here for a tire plug, lady assured me over the phone it would only be a half hour. Being that I had this done before I gave an hour. Came in to my appointment and after 3 hours of my car STILL outside, I told them nvm. I decided to give them a chance again for an oil change that I needed. Came in at exactly 8 and also asked for a tire rotation…. I didn’t leave until 11! It does not take 3 hours ! I also explained to the lady via phone before I booked I did not want to sit that long as well as to the man who took my keys the day of. The lady told me they had recommendations.. ok well when we’re you going to tell me? After 5 hours of being there? I’ll never come to this location again. It’s absolutely ridiculous how slow they are even with a full staff.
Ryan Swaffar: Understaffed and I can see why.Long wait times, customers become rude (witnessed it twice), I imagine employees get tired of it and quit or not show, new people get hired, they take time to train, customers get long wait times and become rude again. Rinse and repeat. If you make an appointment, don’t trust it’ll be done as timely as you’d expect But don’t blame them either. They retained a friendly demeanor after all the Karen’s before me. Brian Gestl: I dropped off a vehicle to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. The staff never pulled the vehicle into the shop. I received a call saying they were concerned about the engine sound, I reassured them it's fine to just pull it in and change the tires. They said they could push it into the shop to change the tires, but recommended an "engine shop".Received another call 45 minutes later saying they weren't going to change the tires on it, recommended an "engine shop" again. I wasted my day driving 3 hours to Fayetteville to get tires installed so I could make the drive back SC.I do not recommend this shop, while the staff was initially friendly, I didn't get anything productive done dealing with them besides waste time and gas driving up to the business. The mechanics they have must not know what they are doing when they are unable to recognize the serpentine system makes a little noise, which is totally normal on a car that needs some TLC and has been neglected for over a year.Next time, put the tires on like I asked, could have made an easy $680 within the hour doing what I had it there for. Thank you for nothing.

Andrew Tutein: As usual whenever I go to this particular location the staff are professionals and attentive to you and your vehicle. There are always a friendly staff member trying to make you feel comfortable. The work they do can be expensive but because they do good work and most work come with warranties. And now, I don't think I will ever go there again lost my wheel lock key and only gave us 35 dollar discount, serviced my brakes and after three days they are still squeaking, wedged my jack in it's compartment and somehow while working on my brakes they loosened my oil plug causing a leak

007dog1: The shop here at ramsey, I do not trust. Rather it was coincidence or not, i dont know. But after i took my car to the shop for a oil change and a few other things, a few days later, first I had to replace my alternator. Afterwards, my car worked a little while but wouldnt crank. Turns out it was a bad starter. Changed that and something else mess up. It was a head ache. Nevertheless. The day i needed help getting my car out the shop, there was a black lady there who did ABSOLUTELY GREAT! with her customer service. She helped me the best she could.

Well they said I needed a new battery as well. They wanted too much for the tire so I declined. Took my car home to get the truck, got out could hear the hissing when I bent down. My husband felt for whatever it maybe & finds it in the middle of the tread nowhere near the sidewall!!! THEY JUST WANTED TO SALE ME A TIRE!!!!!!!! THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WOMAN. Not this one, my grandpa built his garage here locally in 2955. I come from a long line of mechanics. If I could give them no stars I would.

saugat gurung: definitely do not recommend this Firestone and will never be coming back.went for tire rotation they recommended my air filter to be changed with alignment and tire replacement but we had literally just got the air filter changed an hour before.last time I came had the same thing where they said I needed oil change when I had did an oil change 3 before and when I asked one of the female upfront Dayna I believe she told me that they went off mileage and did not even check if they were bad. How I look at it was they were just trying to scam me cause why would you recommend something that you haven’t checked. now how am I suppose to believe that I actually need alignment or my tires replaced when they don’t check and just go off mileage?Service:Tires
Kaleb Knight: The oil change costs are pretty standard and I also opted in for lifetime wheel alignment. The tire air pump is available for free use anytime the auto shop is open. Also, the turn over time between repairs is generally reasonable.

We knew approximately how much it would cost before taking it in, my husband is a former mechanic, and they quoted almost to the dollar what we were expecting. Definitely will see them for any and all of my automotive needs. Recommend to all of my family and friends. Ten stars. Highlights are the store manager, Randall, the service manager, Timothy, and the tech who worked on my vehicle, Mikey. Their front staff is awesome too. Dana and Michael both helped me out and were very polite and friendly. Can't beat the service at this location.

Dawan Dorsey: I took my vehicle to this location because my window regulator was malfunctioning. They fixed the issue but did not tighten the regulator panel. I took it back twice and they did not fix the issue. I had to go to an off post mechanic to fix the problem. I also took my truck in for a repair. When I picked it up the radio was not working. They said the deck was bad. I took it to a car audio shop and the car audio tech said whoever took apart the dash did not connect the adapter cable back to the car radio deck, the radio deck was not the issue. The customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and courteous. The quality of work needs to improve.

The clerk at the gas station couldn’t break my change, so she told me to head over there & they could help me. Roberto Ramos: Not one to write reviews. But this one definitely seemed worthy. Do not go to this place by any means. Went in for a simple oil change and they said they will give me a “complimentary check up”. They say this to everyone who comes in. Look it up. They use this “check up” as an excuse to claim that multiple things are wrong with the vehicle that need to be replaced immediately and pressure you into paying to get them replaced. They told me that while they were doing my oil change , they noticed my battery was on the brink of disaster, when in realty , i got a new one not even 6 months ago. Said it would only be around $400 extra and said he was “doing me a favor”. I instantly denied. Avoid this place by any means. Maria Galan: Worst experience of my life! My husband took my car there to get an oil change, they changed the oil but in the process they DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID and sent us on our way. As soon as we receive our car we noticed something wasn’t right. The car was making loud noises that weren’t there before we took it in for the oil change. So my husband went back in and was told they didn’t know what the issue could be. Mind you they did a whole diagnostic on the car beforehand and everything came back okay. The car was driven down the road and stopped running(wouldn’t accelerate) and smelled like burnt transmission. Again we reached out and asked if they drained our transmission fluid, they said no they would never do that, the transmission fluid is in a different location nowhere near the oil in the car. We had it towed to the dealership and sure enough they confirmed that they did in fact drained the transmission fluid. We reached back out to get the issue resolved. They never once took accountability. Gave us the run around. Tried to get us to bring our car back to them so they could fix it(even though the didn’t have the proper tools to get it fixed which we told them), but we had already lost all trust in them so there was no chance of us ever bringing any of our cars back there. We were told we would have to pay out of pocket to get our car fix at the dealership and would take up to 6 months for a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. Once we hung up the phone they turned around called the dealership to verify that our car was there and offered to pay for repairs, which is frustrating considering the fact that they had just told us they couldn’t do anything about it other than file a claim and wait up to 6 months for our money back. Their communication was very poor. Our car was in the shop a total of 3 1/2 weeks needing to get a new transmission. There was no sense of urgency on Firestone’s side. It seems like we were constantly waiting for approvals, payments to be sent etc. We waited longer for all the paperwork to go through on Firestones side than the actual repairs. We also weren’t able to get a rental car until two weeks after the whole incident which was a real inconvenience. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone EVER. Their customer service is horrible and there was such a lack of responsibility and accountability. Please DONT take your cars there. If I could give them zero stars I would.Service:Oil change

Ramon McNeill: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment for a wheel alignment service to wait on vehicle. The mechanic who help me had me wait 2 hours for service. If I was in uniformed wonder if the service would have been any different and acknowledged. If you forgot about me just be honest I walk pass the desk to use the restroom 30 mins in my wait and the same gentleman who check me in walk pass me in the waiting area about a hour in my wait but tells me after a hour in a half he didn't know I was going to wait for the vehicle. No consideration of a simply apology or anything of that nature besides shrug his shoulders. A whole 2 hour wait without him asking me prior if I was going to wait when its on my appointment I wasn't dropping the car off. This business is terrible when people treat you like they don't want your business or return business. I've had better experiences with the Butner rd store with much more consideration of the customer needs. Hell, this store could have offer a discount of courtesy or own up to the mistake made. Not have me wait 2 hours for my wheel alignment appointment which made me late for work. Michelle Dunn: This location did a break system repair. I was happy that I brought my car here afer dealing with so many messy shops in the Cumberland County area. This place is fast at work and have good deals on oil changes. The also cleans my vehicle carpet, I didn't even ask!!
Brittany Bell: Made an appointment for 10 am for new tires and a rotation. Finally call at 1 pm and they say it will be ready at 2. We pull into the parking lot at 2 and they call us as we pull in to tell us we also need an alignment and that it'll be awhile until it gets done because they already pulled it put of the bay and its now back in line to get worked on behind 2 other vehicles.. I have no choice but to wait at the shop with a newborn while my husband pick up our 3 kids from school and takes them to their doctor appointments. I'm still here an hour later and our vehicle hasn't even been moved back into the bay yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never be back.
Michael Hallas: I am in the military and I have to find new mechanic shops every time I PCS. When in Illinois I had front end work done at the dealership. When on the phone Firestone told me they recommend replacing all the parts I just got replaced. I told them they were just replaced, then I was told to go back to the dealer that replaced those parts. But looking at the ticket it says that the nuts just need to be tightened. Why did they explain this in the first place. I would have asked them to properly torque the nuts and to carry on to an alinement and new tires. When I mentioned the discrepancy to the front office they said just take it back to the dealership in Illinois. They made it clear they didn’t want this Soldiers business.
