Derek Mason: This used to be a good restaurant when it first opened. but it fell off hard. The inside looks depleted and the staff and management look uninterested and unmotivated. You have to ask specifically for the specials ex. If you want a 2 for 6 croissant, you have to say you want the " 2 for 6" or they will charge you regular price ( not like other Burger Kings , where they ask you if you want the 2 for 6 instead of just charging you ). And you better make sure you check your order, because they are notorious for getting orders wrong at this location. Just avoid all the Fast Food joints on the East South Blvd altogether because the service in that area sucks

January Jasper: I will be reaching out to corporate. My complaint is too long for the amount of characters this box will allow me to write out. My bk experience was horrible. Thank you to the manager at cedar creek rd that listened to my complaint even though it wasn't from her store. I really appreciated her taking time to speak with me. She calmed me down just by LISTENING AND NOT INTERUPPTING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT HANGING UP ON ME. Very disappointed and was definitely disrespected by the RGM who called me back.... who I truly feel was the same man I spoke to when I called to inform that my order was wrong in the first place.To all workers who come and give 100 and 10% thank you. His bad customer skills will not be a reflection of the company as a whole.Be blessed and stay safe! 🙏

James Ogilvie: I have come multiple times and the dining room is not open when it says it is on the door. My work truck doesnt fit through the drive through so i have to go in. I can only imagine the amount of walk in businness this location doesnt get because they wont open the dining room when it says the time on the door.

Sponge Bob: It was a weekday morning at 7:30am. We stayed the night at the motel right next door. Burger King was only steps away from our room, so we walked over to get something for breakfast. Sorry, this Burger King doesn't accept customers who want to sit down and eat breakfast in a more civilized fashion, until 8am. I guess you can only get breakfast if you're going to drive and eat your food or such. Yes the drive thru was open, but since I had to get the keys and get in my vehicle to get breakfast, I went somewhere else that wanted my business.I gave them two stars because I don't know what the inside or the food was like. I don't like to give one star if I don't have to. So to Burger King, I tried to patronize your business. But I couldn't because the sign on the door told me I wasn't welcome (yet). Unfortunately for you. Your competitors collected my dollars. And I can say, their breakfast was pretty good.

Kat Vader: I was the only car there in the drive thru, girl kept trying to sell me extra meat and things on my order. She misunderstood tomato and mayo so when I asked for no mayo on the burger I got a gooey mayo one. The guy was nice and fixed it, but had an attitude when I mentioned they forgot my sauce too. The burgers were dry, still missing onions and pickles, I didn’t bother to go back again. Fries cold and soggy.

Brianna: Whoever the fatuous manager was on Thursday, the 30th of March 2023, you need to find yourself a new career, babes - immediately.I called Thursday because I had gotten ILL from eating Burger King the night before. I figured I would call just to let them know, as one would normally do, and this h**fer got an attitude and spoke over me to insist that their food is "always cooked to temperature". I had to stop her several times to remind her that I wasn't upset, as she was aggressively defensive, but wanted to let them know there could be some issues with perhaps the food handling the night before. Again, she insisted they cook their food "to temp" with a disgusting attitude.I think the Department of Health & Human Services would be elated to know a restaurant manager is unaware of the risk of poor food handling procedures that have directly resulted in a consumer becoming ill. She would have known the incredibly basic concept of food handling is equally important to "cooking food to temperature" if she held any ServSafe certifications, but clearly that’s not her forte.Considering the location and the attitude radiating from this building, I guess I shouldn't be surprised they can't handle food safely (which is their legal obligation).Anyways, I wouldn't recommend anyone order from here. I wouldn't put it past someone with a bad attitude, bad customer service skills, and poor communication skills to neglect to hold their employees to ServSafe and legal standards. Seems very fitting.

Brendan Finn: Well… I will say this is a first. First we were greeted pleasantly and the drive through customer service was great. We had a large order and we’re asked to wait up front. After our food arrived the runner informed us she forgot the sweet and sour. She then went back in came back out and informed us that it was in the bag. After checking we realized there was only one sauce packet. I came up to the door and was told they already gave us sauce. Two 8 pieces and a 6 piece and we received one sauce. I was told they put a ranch in the bag (we never asked for that) and was given 1 sweet and sour. I had to explain again we ordered 22 nuggets and now have 1 packet we want 1 we don’t. I was then asked to trade the one packet of ranch and I can get a pack of sweet and sour. This is pathetic do better Burger King.Update: I get home and they didn’t put any marinara for the mozzarella sticks. This place is extremely cheap with the sauce packs.
