Josh C: Brand new building but greyhound close at 7pm. Be very careful commuting out of Fayetteville NC using Greyhound or Amtrak. No serious run out of there and you can get stuck there fast. Had to pay serious Uber fee from Fayetteville NC to Greensboro NC to get to my destination.

Lysette Clarke: Worst!! They don’t even deserve one star Expected to travel from Atlanta to lauringburg n.c.Traveled from Atlanta to Fayetteville. While seeking schedule time for my connecting bus into lauringburg. I was then informed by the customer service agent from greyhound that my bus was cancelled from 10 am. I got to Fayetteville about 5:06pm. I was not notified by the company, noEmails nothing and I was left stranded at the bus station outside because the station closed at 7pm. I had to be calling relative who live 2 hrs away to get me smhI called the greyhound customer service online using their number he was of no help telling me that it not on his system about the cancellation! That is always their response 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡 this is not my first experience and I have given them chances but right now I am so done!!!I am not saying situation will not arise but effective and efficient service would have hindered all this !! I am a disgruntled and disappointed customer

Thomas Wilhoit: The station in Fayetteville was closed. The station in Raleigh was nasty as well as the one in Norfolk, VA. I won't use them again. I was stranded in Norfolk. They are unreliable.

Jonathan Zeiss: Never purchase a flex bus/ greyhound ticket ahead of time!On 6 April 2023 i purchased a ticket online and took an Uber to the bus stop only to find out that greyhound had canceled the bus but made zero attempt to notify any of the passengers ahead of time. Not only did they fail to attempt to reroute passengers they also refused to give a refund even though they canceled the bus.Just because bus tickets are cheaper than plane tickets doesn’t excuse failures to take care of customers or take their money without providing a service. Numerous attempts to get reimbursed through the confusing customer service system have failed.
MICHAEL GOWDY: The driver didn't show up for the driver change. I was stuck in the state of NC for almost 3 days 🤬
Angela R Griffin: Traveled from DC to SC.This is the cleanest bathroom and sitting area of all the others. DC needs a complete redoing. No one feels safe, it's not closed in, so I caught a cold, waiting.But this is not about Washington DC bus station.Raleigh NC, you are doing a wonderful job.

Ade: Think "Greyhound BUS STATION" that's the main reason for 3 points. It wasn't dirty. There weren't a lot of bothersome charactets hanging around ...although at 50 people were stranded hours! After that it's a wonder the bathroom still flushed...although barely and icky. On a relative good note, there were working vending machines, a quick stop food counter and many charging stations. The staff....well tbink "Greyhound Bus" and pack lots of patience. Enjoy. peace.

Misty Johnson: The had a whole sign on the bus saying closed for memorial day. Here ot is memorial day and busses are running. I should sue. I had to miss a day of work bc of that sign on the bus and now ya'll running busses. That's bull.
Betty Osiru: The connection to the 12 or 6 from the 9 bus during the railroad construction needs to be revisited. There should be 2 shuttle busses so that we do not miss our connections. Right now my hour trip has increased to 2 hours. Many of us are getting to work late. Right now I don't see any work being done on the railroad on sawmill rd.

Ray Santini: Today was the last day that my agency held a COVID-19 vaccine popup clinic that has been held here every other Friday for the last several months. Both of its Directors that we worked with to include its awesome staff (shout out to Doris, you rock!) were very accommodating and professional. Our thanks and a nod to the hard work involved in keeping Fayetteville moving!

Andrea Williamson: The woman who was driving the number 3 this afternoon was extremely rude impatient an a bit of a wild driver several older people were trying to get on with their grocery carts at good lion she almost left them then when they did get on she wouldn't even wait for them to sit down an older man almost fell out of his seat I waited at the oak run bus stop for the 112 & 147 bus neither ever came I finally got on the 212 bus the bus was clean but this expirence with the driver made me late uncomfortable an upset
