Jesus Angel Acuna Tellez: This please is the worse to get loaded , appointment to 5pm ,get to the facility at 2pm and end getting in the facility at 1am next day, putting that time as reference entrance. They dont count all the 11 hours i was waiting outside. To delivery 10am at 6 hours away. Please drivers if you going to came and get loaded make shure you came whit a lot off time.

Kipper Jones: The place is newer, really clean and the staff is nice but I had a appt at 12noon for a preloaded hook and it’s now 8pm and it’s turned into it’s gonna be a live load and to check back in 2hrs. Wasted my entire clock, load is gonna be late to NY now. I will never take this again. They need more forklift employees.

Taemeister: Overweight on a pre-loaded trailer.There was another driver who had an overweight as well when i checked out of this place. The same failure that loaded her trailer must've loaded my trailer as well. Drive axles were way overweight. The failure had no clue how to load a trailer.What a terrible waste of time. So furious right now at the sorry excuse of a born FAILURE that loaded my trailer right now...

Anthony Wright: Must say I was surprised from all the bad reviews. Had a 7am live load was out by 7:30am. Check in got a door right away. Unhook from trailer wait for green light and I was out of there. Place was a ghost town. The staff I did interact was nice and professional.

David Frederick: Security guard was cool. Make sure your trailer is clean. Except for the very ignorant lady on the outbound side of the welcome center, the check in process is quick.

panama926: Very strict place.Upon arrival, I went straight to the guard shack to check in, only to be stopped by members of the security team. At that moment I felt like I was in Army basic training all over again. I was told to go back to my truck and get my yellow vest on and wait at a certain spot for a guard to approach me. From there on everything was a series of directives for me to do this, and do that and then do this and then do that. Basically, I was doing their job under their command.I had arrived 45 minutes before my appointment time thanking that that was the ideal thing to do. I was told to pull forward and parked on the side and come back exactly at my appointment time. By then they finished checking me in and I was allowed to drive up to the dock to get loaded and I felt like I was a kindergarten kid being reprimanded by teachers. What a shame! The whole load pick up took about 3 1/2 hours and I still have a sour taste in my mouth.
