Nobody warned me prior to the test that a breastfeeding mother can’t feed or even HOLD her baby for three days… I was told right AFTER I was given the nuclear injection. Then, there was no official directions for when I could breastfeed my daughter. The tech typed something janky up and had me sign it. To top it off, he made me feel so uncomfortable by asking me personal questions (literally by asking “can I ask you a very personal question?”) about my breasts and how much milk I had currently had in them, saying “your breasts must be very full right now aren’t they?” knowing that information had nothing to do with testing. It was all so effing weird and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

Their staff is compassionate also especially Adrianna their Ultrasound Tech and Domonique their PA. Jessica listens to your concerns over the phone and in person and schedules procedures. Domonique explains things to you and you can tell she cares about people and loves her job. Dr. Pedro Ferreira and nurse Annabelle are friendly and professional taking care to explain the procedures. MaKayla Heidi and the other front staff work hard to get you in even if you’re not scheduled and complete paperwork. This is one of the very best medical offices in Cumberland County. After several ultrasounds, I was diagnosed with Varicose veins issues (Leaky veins). During my last visits only my BP was mentioned. I believe the compression stockings and socks are helping but it would be good to know for sure. Maybe on my upcoming appointment, my legs issue can be discussed.

Malia Ware: Gena who "works" in the front is probably one of the rudest people ive spoken to before. I fear for the patients there if she is the one who is suppose to be providing customer service to them. I had to call in regards to a mutual patient with some important information and she gave me nothing but attitude the whole time EVEN HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES and when i would call asking if her hanging up was a mistake she made it clear it wasn't. I am amazed someone who acts that horrible on a recorded phone call is working in healthcare. I asked to speak to someone else or a office manager and she hung up AGAIN and told me shes the office manager (which i will be disgusted if someone who acts in that manner is a MANAGER) and there is no one else to speak to. I even apologized if i was making her job "hard". The patients care should always come first no matter what type of bad day your having, when i asked if she has informed the patient with the updated information she said its not her job. Dr Roulhac i hope you see this review from how nasty and horrible she was i am sure i'm not the only one who has received this type of experience from her, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND ESPECIALLY NOT IN A PROVIDERS OFFICE. Lauren King: Such a drag coming over here honestly. Had an appointment on 28 September and the doctor said they saw some irregular heart beats and they would like for me to wear a heart monitor so they can get a better look since I am seven months pregnant. It’s concerning because my next appointment was an entire month out, which is next week, and no one has called me to pick up my heart monitor. They said I have to wait to be called and that I’m on a list and I asked how do I find out how far I am on the list and they said hold on and sent me to another phone line which took me to a voicemail. Based on other reviews this seems like common practice.

Christopher Reed: Have had a referral from my Dr since 27 July, 2022. Every time I call to get an appointment, I am told I have to speak with the person who handles referrals. I have left probably over 20 messages since July, which it's now 27 Sept, and not once has anyone reached out. Most of the time I cant even reach anyone on the phone, and when someone from the front desk does answer, it's as if you are inconvenienceing them from having to actually do their job. Every single person who has answered the phone has had an attitude and came off as lazy. I have since be referred to another cardiology office. I would not recommend this place if it were free. The people who answer the phones are a reflection of those who manage that place, and that is no person I would want dealing with my heart. Bunch a lazy, sorry, useless people (from the ones I have talked to). I'd give it zero stars if I could

tabor strickland: i have tried calling multiple times, left multiple messages and was able to speak with a person one time but she passed me on without asking what i was calling for and i kept getting voicemail. it has been a few weeks now I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment. this is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. i would not be calling this place if it wasn’t a referral.

The follow has been terrible - no response to multiple phone calls, emails through their website, or messages through the portal to get a copy of my records. The only solution they could offer was that I leave work and come pick up a copy myself. Totally ridiculous.

Kinsey Ortega: I was extremely disappointed with this office. From the start, the staff was unprofessional. The front desk staff were rude and curt. The nurse messed up my name three times, and thought I was a different patient and then had an attitude when I eventually corrected her on my name and medical details. I saw Dr. Jayawardena for a grand total of 3 minutes. They scheduled me for an ultrasound and when I arrived for my ultrasound at my next appointment, the doctor did not realize this was my follow-up appointment, brushed me off and told me to come back for an ultrasound. When I told him that I was here for my previously scheduled ultrasound, he was extremely rude and dismissive and said that they never schedule ultrasounds for that particular day of the week. Well I just made the appointment based on what his front office staff told me and that was the correct day and time they had given me. I had to convince him that this was my SECOND time in his office and that I was scheduled for an ultrasound and then I had to take off work a third time to come back for an ultrasound on another day because they weren't prepared that day. This was in August 2021- it is now January 2022, almost February, and I still have yet to hear back with the results. I have called the office multiple times and have received no response. I would NEVER go back here and I would tell everyone I know to stay away from this incredibly unprofessional practice.
