Pee Bee: This place is so useless it did not make sense at all to shut down the only local office that we have in Fayetteville now we are unable to speak with the CSRs in person. Now the hold times be over an hour they sometimes don’t call back when you choose the call back option and when they do call back they give you a nasty attitude as though you’ve done something to them. I wish I could get paid by the state to work from and not really be doing anything. I’ve heard CSRs talking to their children . They’re being distracted by other things as well. I applied in September 2020 and I’m still waiting on my benefits. This is unreal.

Brittany: My husband works for ISG, they use NCWorks to handle timesheets and pay, but for the last 2 months, NCWorks has failed to pay my husband. This has happened before, last time for a month. Every time my husband calls, "We promise you'll get paid next Friday." Today is another "We promise", and guess what? No pay. If you can avoid NCWorks, I would highly suggest you do so.
