Healy Wholesale Co Inc: what do users think?
Gary Deel: Delivery was for Sunday morning but this place is closed on Sunday!
M M: Address and actual unloading spot is different. On Google maps I unloaded at SDDS Holdings building. Easier to stop here 1st and ask where they want you. 🤷‍♀️
Mike Gaskins23: Drivers the address the gps take you too is the office you cant turn in there its the bigger warehouse on your right that you pass first
Jimmy Keefe: Healy Wholesale is a great family owned company that cares about their customers and their community!
Ellis Scott: They only use one dock door. Don't have appointments but was told my appointment was at 4am arrived at 3:45 5 trucks in front of me its now 6am and still 2 trucks in front of me but you have to sit in the front seat so you can keep pulling up every hour
Pokharel Kamal: Very bad customer service.
Nathan Harrison: I applied here when I first got a CDL (2018)they offered me 8.50 and hour and didn’t hire me. now I’m an owner operator and delivering to them and making thousands a day. Funny how things work sometimes. Quick unload.
Daniel Savage: Absolutely horrible service, I had the cash and when he showed up I was going to walk across the street and get the money order but he refused to let me. He said that he has to receive the money order before, so then I politely asked if I could grab it for him and he still refused. Also thank you for the smart remark of saying “see you in 2 weeks”. My family has multiple stores and does a lot of business with Healy wholesale and this is not what usually happens. With the whole virus outbreak seems like people would be a little understanding but I guess not.
Joe Thigpen: This is the best company to work for and with.27 years with an AB house and the only reason they performed well was the people on the street hiding their lack of concern for the customers.I am very proud to be a part of this team. They are local and support local.
Voytek Romanowski: Friendly and helpful people. Quick delivery/unloading.
Joao Ferreira: Great company to work with. Everybody has been great during the time we've been working with them. Mr Heally is always striving for the best for the workers and clients. That I'm a witness of!
steve fletcher: Poor customer service...
Danny Mavado: They have a Horrible service team, and management including Mr. Healy himself. If you have a local business or are looking to purchase any beer I consider you look at all other options before choosing them. They have no respect or care for customer relations, Nor care about your (business) that supports the company itself. You can not teach respect, though you can teach customer service.
Trena Daignault (Keller Williams Realty): I have worked with Healy Wholesale in Fayetteville and found the staff pleasant to work with and always courteous to my drivers when product was delivered or orders placed. The owner appears to be a proponent of supporting local businesses and as a business owner I know the value of supporting our local businesses. I am appreciative for the opportunity to have provided office product support to Healy Wholesale for 10 years. Cheers to their continued success and support of our community!
Johnathan Ritchie: Not a good place to deliver, sat out in parking lot for hours:They don’t set appointment times, not a good thing for professional driver. The longer I sit in parking lot the more money I lose
Nicole Kuhn: Some of your employees spend more time visiting people they cheat with than actually doing their job.
Octavio Reyes: Love my sales person David who is always willing to help us build sales
Tomas Gonzales: Mr. Healy is a proud military supporter and donates generiously to private organizations around the North Carolina area!
Tabenda Zehra: nastiest / full of hate delivery crew forspring Lake, NC

Shermaine James: I’ve been shopping here for about almost a year, they have really great prices…always have discount specials and you an find different types of gems, stones and metals and plastic and acrylics. Ready made jewelry and lots of pieces if you create your own jewelry. There’s clothing bags (I love the bags!) and school/college team attire. I love some of their household items and figurines as well. The owners are super friendly and just really gentle people. Jesika’s customer is the best! She’s awesome! It’s a great place to get a lot for your store or boutique…especially if you’re just starting out!
Victoria Avery: Great place to shop very friendly customer service
Jaymie A.: Absolutely recommend! Jesika is AMAZING & super helpful! We will continue to do business here.

BJ's Wholesale Club: what do users think?
Sharpedge a: BJs reminds me of a smaller Costco style club. They will have unique items. I appreciate the app that offers additional savings.
Marcus Rogers: At 3:20pm 7/5/2013as I was headed out the store the young lady with short hair glasses she checked my receipt which is fine then she asked to open my cooler I said ok she was not gentle with my cooler at all she slammed it around in the basket putting scratches on it and then when she opened she just popped it open scratching the cooler and the only thing she did was laughed I don't see nothing funny about throwing people products around I hardly ever leave reviews
Lynda Miranda: Love the place, variety and prices. The coupons help me save a lot! And gas prices are good!
kathy crowe: What's not to love about BJs? Orders are always correct. When shopping in store, 98% of the items I want are fully stocked. Efficient check out. Good workers, friendly and helpful. I fee like I wasted a couple years with Sams Club.
S. P.: Profiling at its best! Everyone pays a membership to shop here and yet they still racially profile their members! If the company/management is worried that people might be stealing, don't have self check out or put an employee at the lane to "help" put items in cart, so they can verify items were bought! I was stopped at the door, so that the employee could physically take out of my cart and count items and then put those items into a different cart. She said she has to do that. However, when we were done, I waited to see if the people behind me got the same treatment. She never taken out any one persons items out of their cart, she never touched their items. She glanced at their cart and said “have a nice day”. She did this to several people. Do I believe it was racially profiled. You bet your sweeta** I do. If I wanted to be racially profiled I would of kept my money at Walmart or sams club.
N White: Membership is decently priced. Selection and pricing is great for many options. Like to go in and just walk though and see what they have. Checkout is usually very prompt, if it’s slow it’s generally from the customers actions. Location is good, not too far on one end or far from Skibo. Gas prices are always very comparable and cheaper but often the wait time for pumps can be a bit.
Anand Ganesan: Awesome
Ricky Raccoon: BJ's has started relying on trickery by offering digital coupons if you spend "x" amount of dollars, (usually $100-$150) on one qualifying purchase. The trick is they delay doling out the digital coupon until a future date, so when you make the qualifying purchase, you have to notate it on your calendar to see if they'll be good for their word.In my case, they were not. When the date of the digital coupon deposit finally rolled around, I noticed it wasn't there. An inquiry to BJ's Customer Service triggered an email stating I didn't meet their criteria, although I have all the relevant documents proving that I did.Further email communication with BJ's revealed that I had allegedly only purchased one "qualifying" item, in my case, Downey Fabric Softener. The rest of the purchase was just for normal household goods.I won't be fooled again by their trickery. It's plain to see how they're now using dubious tactics like this in an effort to get customers to spend extra money by dangling a financial carrot, only to break the bonds of trust they've made with us over the years, who do this in good faith and expect BJ's to live up to their end of their agreement, which at least in my case, they did not. I will not be renewing my membership with a corporation I can no longer trust.Buyer beware.
Brittany Foti: I was turned away from shopping at BJs because I had my registered service animal. I've been going in there with her in the cart forever with no issues. All of a sudden, I was told it's a health violation to have her in the cart, on her own blanket. She watches me. She can't see my face from on the floor if I start to have issues. As long as there are sick kids permitted in the store and in the carts to pass their germs along and leave drool/snot everywhere and it's fine, I fail to see an issue with a medically prescribed animal (who is clean and doesn't shed) simply doing her job while I shop. I will not be back and if you have a service animal of your own, you may as well avoid the headache. An absolute disgrace. I will be in contact with the correct departments to handle this.
Brad C: Love the store. Keep the one way gas pump nonsense in California, though.
Stu Williams: BJ's tire shop is the best in town! Great service, best prices! Friendly and helpful staff!
James Rippeon: Gas pumps never work. Credit card readers malfunction more often than they work.
Sandra Young: Liked the products but don’t really see a savings in prices. Compared to other places their prices are high. As a handicapped person all of their rows of ride on carts are broken. I had to use one that made my whole shopping experience unbearable!!! The employees were friendly and helpful and they were offering free samples. I like the fact they sale in bulk but their bulk prices are not that much of savings. They should fix the riding carts. It’s a shame that they have 20 broken ones sitting there. Shame on management for thinking that handicap people do not matter!!!
Nichole Samuel: I love it. It's an awesome store . It's like Sam's club but nicer and bigger. A better selection on what you can get.
Amilcar Andrade: Great value
Ed Welch: Great place Great service
Kimberly Handel: They don’t pull expired meat, bread, and dairy products off the shelf, and even though their milk is allegedly well within date it goes bad a week before that. Called corporate to tell them they may want to check their cooler and they blew me off entirely. We are switching to Sams club.
martin Havok: Tried to talking to one of the deli workers completely ignored me looked at me and kept putting chickens in the counter for sale very rude customer service switching after today membership expires soon 🙄 im done we come here every week and the deli people look miserable and take it put on the customers .....I'm done thank you
Anna Wilson: Such a hustle & a hassle for a military spouse on a budget.Looks just like Costco inside for the layout, and we really love Costco.BJs prices are really not great compared to Walmart or the Comissary at Ft Bragg NC. We joined with a promotional membership fee of $25, with a free gift of $40 in shopping credit.Packed up the kids, spent gas money to get there and back: the prices were so so high for even paper towels & TP; we got one pack each, $40 spentGot to the cash register and only $30 of the $40 was able to be applied. So we received barely any discount with fuel to get there and back, and I'm 99% sure I'll never go back in there for a $10 remainder.Nowhere in the fine print did it mention the limit on the promotional credit. So deeply frustrating.Never again BJs.
NICOLE Sampson: On 7/26/22 I was sent a text my order was ready at 11:41am. I go to BJ'S Fayetteville NC to pickup my order curbside. I go to app to checkin and can't checkin from app. I try several try and still can't. An older short white woman walks pass my truck several times and ignores I am waiting. I finally get my order after waiting 45 minutes. Another short white female employee around 60 years old finally delivers my order to my truck. She literally throws my order on my truck and complains about how high my truck is and how heavy the items I ordered are. I paid for a membership to shop at this store. I won't renewal my membership again after the way I was treated from these 2 white female employees. I am very very dissatisfied with the service from this BJ'S. I am treated like this every time I come to this store.
Caroline Jayasuriya: DONT BUY THE CUP NOODLES SHRIMP ZERO SHRIMP COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS AT DOLLAR STORE HALF PRICE THERE CHEATING PEOPLE BUY GIVING LOW QUALITY
