Paul Pinkerton: Our Shepski was dropped off 7/21/22 and picked up 7/25/22. She acted scared, smelt like some chemical, drank entire water bowl at home and has bad diarrhea. Also a small cut on left leg. We took our own food and treats. I would never recommend this place to anyone. God only knows what they do to your pet but I know their not treated like family. Our first time and never again.

Jordana Darocha: Don’t board your pets here. I boarded my dog & cat for 4 days. My dog came home with diarrhea and vomiting, not to mention she chugged her whole water bowl as soon as we walked in the house. I sent them with their own food so there’s no reason for tummy issues unless the workers at this facility fed her something else. I was never asked if she could have treats or anything so I don’t think it’s appropriate to give peoples pets anything to eat besides what is brought specifically for them. My cat was shedding like crazy most likely from being stressed from being in a new place but it’s still disheartening to wonder about your pets wellbeing, when a business is claiming they “treat your pets like family”. The woman at the front desk is unpleasant as well, if you don’t like your job there’s plenty of places hiring. Definitely not coming back and most definitely warning others to not come here.

(She was also supposed to be bathed which i paid extra for) None of her food had been eaten and she was extremely dehydrated. I should have been notified of her diarrhea/her not eating and was not, because i would have ended my trip early .These people don't care about your dog, it is just another paycheck for them.

Danielle Prate: I boarded my dog here once quite a while back, but never forgot about the bad vibes this place gave. The guy working the clinic when I dropped my dog off was probably in his 40’s with long brown hair. He was really friendly and educational and made me feel at ease. I was told it was ok to message their page to check in on my dog while I was away. When I got no reply by doing this, I worried and called the clinic. The younger guy who answered was pretty short with me and didn’t say much, as if I were wasting his time. I’d simply asked how my dog was doing and if he seemed to be adjusted to staying there. When I picked my dog up, his demeanor was very strange. He was not super excited to see me like normal. He seemed pretty timid and like he wasn’t comfortable in the environment anymore. This hadn’t been the case when I dropped him off. It was also a younger male employee that it’s glasses who took our payment upon pickup. He was very unfriendly and didn’t seem like he was happy to be at this job, which really worried me regarding how he treats the animals there. None of what I’ve said thus far is what really struck me. The next time I took my dog back to his regular vet back home, who he’d been seeing for years and is a family friend of mine, my dog was terrified of him. He put himself between me and the vet and growled. He definitely felt threatened. He’d NEVER treated the veterinarian, nor any other man (even a stranger!) like this before. I thought back to the boarding place he’d been to months earlier and got a really bad feeling.I’d been in a pinch and this was the least expensive place in town, but I would do anything and everything to avoid taking your pet here!

Hannah Sturm: My English Bulldog is 11months old and we had never boarded him before so I was very hesitant when looking at my options. I was very pleased to learn that the staff here is very knowledgeable in the bulldog breed and knew what to look for in case of overheating and breathing problems. They were very open with me and eased my mind and anxiety. They sent me wonderful pictures when I wanted them and I could see that my boy was having a great time. When I picked him the staff was so sad see him and go and gave him some love and told me about his stay. He was very well taken care of and obviously loved his stay, will for sure be going back!!

They are the most invested boarding house I've had in a really long time. I get pictures anytime, I call often (I'm that dog mom), they're so transparent, organized, and genuinely love the animals. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, even on the weekends they make it work. I just couldn't say enough nice things!

Received videos of my babies and they looked very comfortable and happy. Had a hard time getting them to leave when it was time to pick them up. Katelyn White: This place is AMAZING! I was a little nervous leaving my leo in someone else’s care while I visited family for Thanksgiving. It’s hard even finding someone to board a more “exotic” animal, let alone one that knows what they’re doing. But Krystal and the staff at Lifetime helped ease my anxieties and took excellent care of him. Krystal even sent me a couple of photos during my trip so I knew he was safe and cared for while I was away. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need someone to watch him!

Nykia Matthews: I called and scheduled borad in June for July. Asked what was needed and was told just his shot record nothing specific. So about 8 days before boarding I went to the location since this would be my first time with this business. I spoke with worker and was told that we needing 2 shots but if we didn't get with 10 days of boarding he would not be fully vaccinated but we would have to pay an extra $20 which I was ok with. So today was drop off day and we are told he can't board bc he isn't covered which we had already had this talk but now we can't even pay the extra $20bc they are full. Which none of this would have been an issue if someone would have contacted us. So now at5pm we are looking for boarding

Both of them were so happy; I could tell they had a really great vacation just like me. That says everything you need to know. Dennis McLean: Blessed Oasis took very good care of my 4 Golden Retrievers. They kept them fed and watered though it appears their treat times were off schedule. I called once because two dogs were stuck in their room and the staff gave me a satisfactory explanation as to why. I never did see the television on in their rooms, though, and I forgot to ask about it.

Christine Cox: I like the fact we have a place to bring our dog that is safer than the public dog parks, but things could be a lot better. There are a lot of roots sticking up that trip people and people have fallen, the fence is not up to code and a neighboring dog keeps jumping the fence and has even attacked a dog inside the park through the fence, my dog was attacked by a dog inside and when I reached out to management I was told three different times they would call me and I have yet to hear from anyone. I was even told the manager was in a meeting and couldn’t come talk to me at the front desk only to leave and walk right by me in the parking lot less than 5 minutes later.

M R: I hate reviewing this place because I feel like it will make it busier, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I LOVE this pet kennel. We have a cat and she is our fur baby. Blessed Pet takes care of her like she was their own. We have used them several times to kennel our cat. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We’ve done long and short stays and I have nothing but positive things to say. Worth every single penny. Thank you, Blessed Pet!

Selina Barry: We boarded our cat for the first time due to the length of our trip. I was very nervous to leave him and wasn’t sure how he would do. We did a tour and the girl that gave us that made us feel very comfortable. Having access to the camera in his room was great. We could keep an eye on him and make sure he was doing well. I wish they didn’t charge for you to receive a report on how the pet is doing. I’m sure I could have called to ask how he was doing though. When we went to pick up our cat the front desk (I think the girl who gave us the tour) made us feel great and told us how much she liked him. Definitely will board him again here if needed!

JenniferMarie 9794: Jennifer was Super Sweet with my chow chow & my boy looks great. He came out as happy as could be & was so proud to show himself. It's 4 days later & he still smells like the doggie cologne she used on him. I was able to watch him thru the glass & how he was doing the whole time. Her interactions with him was priceless, whether he was giving her a hard time or she was talking with him letting him smell everything she used on him. She was AMAZING! He will be going back. Appt is already made. Also it was cool, you can see all the other dogs & their groomers, they all were very nice & patient with each dog. What a great place to go?

Kasey Steidle: I’ll try to keep this as short as i can without putting every single detail.New front desk lady who i unfortunately forgot her name… quiet voice & super sweet gets a 10/10. Wish the rest of front desk staff were like her.Other front desk ladies acted like i was an inconvenience and were offended i interrupted their personal convo to drop my dogs off. I was 15 minutes before 1:30 and was told that they’ll make a “1 time courtesy exception” and made it very clear it wouldn’t happen again. 1/10 to the snobby / cliquey desk ladies.Smell of the boarding area 0/10 does not smell clean at all. I get it smelling like dog but if they clean the rooms once a day like stated it would not smell like straight up urine. I’ve been to other boarding places who host just as many dogs if not more and it did not smell anything like that.Only thing i liked (but also hated) were the cameras so i could witness first hand how my dogs were mostly trapped in their room without people or dog interaction.My dogs barely got any human interaction besides the 10 seconds when they were given their food. Dog door to outside seemed to be closed more than it was open. Both dogs have serious food allergies and i specifically said on paperwork and verbally no outside food. I don’t know for sure but i think there was a mixup with foods or they were given outside treats. Got a call that both their eyes were swollen shut and goopy. They said they’d give them Benadryl. Both dogs have been on the same food / allergy chews with no issues until they were boarded. Watched them itch itch itch on the camera. Maybe it was the cleaner they use. Again, I’m not sure.I left them with a bunch of toys and their two blankets. 3+ Kong Brand toys weren’t returned. Picked them up a day early because i couldn’t wait to get them out of there. Decided it was best not to express my dissatisfaction while picking up our dogs because it wasn’t worth an argument to me. We just simply won’t board with Blessed Oasis again. Definitely wasn’t impressed especially with how much we paid. . Was expecting more interaction and care from staff not just throw the dogs in a room and collect our $800+ for the 6 days they were there. But to each their own.
