adam b: The " security guards" tried telling me that my kids and I couldn't ride our bikes and play in the baseball field because of the dangerous chemicals located at the facility. We have lived in the area for 9 years and all of a sudden the chemicals are too dangerous. I live 100m away from the field so I found it disturbing that I can't ride my bike in the area but it's completely safe for me to live close proximity. The guard realized that his logic made no sense and then changed the reason to there were a lot of trucks going in and out, yes I'll agree but in all the 9 yrs the drivers have been respectful and we have made sure to stay out of their way.

Danny Mavado: This company is not just unprofessional but has the worst customer service and reps in fayetteville. I recommend you go with a different grease trap company as this company will not show up, even when appointments are scheduled multiple times. Also they do have of the most unprofessional management systems in place, being they are rude, unorganized, and unwilling to deal with problems with their customers. They take advantage of your business and do not perform the task they are paid for. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time and headache with this company.
