Jessica Bizzell: We stopped at Buy Buy Baby today to check out the stroller selection. This is our first child so we were clueless on the different car seat/stroller options. Tony was very very nice and knowledgeable with all the brands and options. He went over how they broke down for easy storage in the car and removing the different pieces. Some places you feel like you can’t ask employees questions because it seems you’re bothering them but Tony answered every question we had and was happy to assist! I would definitely recommend this store and the assistance of Tony to anyone! Thanks Tony!
Gabby Gab: I purchased a Graco Turn2Me carseat online and received a defective item. The carseat rattles on its base which causes major concern. What’s extremely irritating is that I now have to lug this gigantic box back to the store or to a Fedex location to return it. Being 7 months pregnant and having a back injury, this is literally impossible for me. Why can you not offer a better system for returns?

Kate Hamlin: We were in town and decided to stop in to look at and test strollers. Tony was an AMAZING helper and was so knowledgeable. He was extremely patient in showing me the ins and outs of the car seats and strollers and encouraged me to walk around and be a little messy with them to see how they work. If you’re in town, go see Tony and he will make stroller shopping easy!
Tonya Mitchell: I don't write reviews but I felt like that in hopes to help someone else have a better experience this may help the employees. I have worked with the public for over 12 years so I know that there are good and bad days. I am 39 weeks pregnant, my husband and I went in excited to visit a store we had never been to. We were not greeted and one of the employees walked all around us passing out coupons and not once asked if we needed help. I didn't pay It any attention until we got to the register and there was 5 employees, not 1 asked to check us outFinally someone went to a register, we checked out. As we left out I asked my husband what he thought, he said he felt like everyone avoided us. I will be taking my purchase back I am just disappointed in the whole experience. I hope the employees have better days.

zac yarbrough: We had a good experience here before but today we went in and it was aweful. We had a coupon for 20% off and when we got to the register the lady said the company had made a mistake sending the coupon out to the emails and they wouldnt accept it. So I guess the company makes a mistake and then decides to make it a inconvenience for the consumer. Then the people there act like theres nothing they can do and they wont just honor it. They are basically just like yea the company messed up but go f yourself. Its ok, there are plenty more stores to shop at that have baby stuff besides here. Terrible customer service imo.
Ashley McGee: I NEVER write reviews and that's not exaggeration, usually people complain about dumb stuff and I know the customer isn't always right. However, I'm still waiting on a $600 piece of furniture that I ordered this past summer (so over 6 months). I was told it would arrive in August, when I called in August I was told November, when December came around I was told January, just called again and now its the end of February. I get this feeling I'm never getting the piece and the one missing is the reason I ordered the set in the first place. I will never order baby furniture or register here again for my future children. My baby is 4 months old and she's missing the biggest storage piece in her nursery and im out $600. Nobody can tell me where it is or what the delay is.
Michelle Revelo: Super friendly staff who assisted with any questions or needs! Couldn’t find the correct size nipples for my avent or nuk bottles but finally found them here! A bit more expensive then shopping at other stores for baby products but I got a super cute diy photo frame for handprints and I love it!
Roanny Gueits: I’ve been here a couple of times and the store is always nice and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very helpful. Usually Tony or Malcolm are on the sales floor. They’re more than happy to answer all of my questions. Today I feel they went above and beyond by taking down a stroller from the shelf and checking if the adapter I was going to purchase worked with the car seat we brought into the store. They gave good insight into the products my husband and I had been looking at.
Kale Frann: Don't believe the one star reviews for this place. The staff is absolutely fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable. Offered their help, but didn't hover. If you have questions they had very specific information to divulge. Having my first baby soon and everything needed is so overwhelming, but the staff here made gathering supplies the least painful it could possibly be.

However, I am not sure what was up with the only cashier upfront, Hayley. The fact that I remembered her name says something. She was NOT engaging & honestly, had a nasty attitude. Even though I didn't have any, she didn't mention coupons or asked if I had anything of the sort.

Two or three employees walked past me , two for a fact looked me in my face and didn’t ask me if I needed help finding anything . He showed me exactly what I was asking for, lightweight and easily collapsible. When I went to check out I wanted to use it right away and he set it up for me without hesitation. This is probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

D Drum: Bought my Flexsteel couch and chair from them some years back. Best furniture buying experience I have ever had. They were helpful without hovering. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My couch suddenly stopped working and they were so helpful. Even willing to see if they could find a part to replace whatever might not be working. Turns out that one of the plugs had come unplugged, so I was able to fix it myself. I will definitely buy furniture from them in the future.

Faatima Saxton: What started out as a 5 star experience with Mrs. Susie Williams dropped to a 1 star experience with Gaynelle(however her name is spelled) with her horrible attitude. I am a repeat customer who drove all the way from Raleigh to purchase again. I first bought a bedroom set, sofa sleeper, custom ottoman, and custom living room set about 7 years ago. I came to purchase more furniture after a broken toilet seal flooded the entire 1st level. After purchasing a new bedroom set and a living room table, which was delivered with no problems, I began the process to reorder new custom cushions to match the living set originally purchased 7 years ago. From that first purchase I remember Gaynelle's condescending attitude towards me but I let it go. The new cushions were about $500 and I paid in full, upfront, before the order was even placed. After speaking with my claims adjuster I decided to cancel the order for the custom cushions. I called (6/9/22 at 12:29pm and she called back at 12:41pm) and spoke with Gaynelle and this is when everything went downhill fast. The level of attitude and disrespect was as if cancelling the order was afflicting her great distress or that I was taking money from the business. I paid for the cushions upfront in full so I was confused on what she was implying. My issue is not even having to keep the custom cushions. It's the audacity of being talked to with such rudeness. My fiancé and I had referred several people because of the quality of furniture and how lovely Mrs. Susie was. But Gaynelle's ELITE level of unprofessionalism unfortunately ruined the experience. I will go pick up my cushions and will NOT purchase anything else from there again. I will also tell my referrals not to purchase there to avoid any potential contact with Gaynelle's sour and ornery character.
Sam Sam: LC was awesome and totally went above and beyond! He found us the perfect couch set for a great price. After days of shopping at all the big furniture stores locally we were in and out of the store in under an hr and our couches were delivered that afternoon from their warehouse. Same day delivery and it wasn’t a floor model. They have homestretch and flex steel too, two brands that are impossible to find locally. We will be back for our future furniture needs.

Amber Baker: I recently purchased the Cambri 2 - piece sectional as well as the Jerary upholstered bed and a mattress. I was moving from NJ to CLT, NC and was working with Ken. He was great and took care of all of my needs/ concerns. My moving date was up in the air and we had to change the delivery date a couple of times and Ken made sure everything went smoothly. I love the quality of all three purchases. My couch is the perfect size for my apartment and it is extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend heading in and letting Ken take care of you!
Erica Graham: We were approached as soon as we entered the store. The customer service was top-notch. The store is huge and has a wide variety to choose from. We already knew what furniture we were looking for because I researched websites for 2 months before deciding. Ashley won, although their price for the furniture was higher than the competition. The 5 year warranty, in my opinion, makes up for the higher price. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾 on the furniture holding up because the reviews for Ashley Furniture were not good 😐 I'll update once the furniture is delivered.
