T Harris: Visited this location only because it is on my way home. Stopped in to purchase lottery. The cashier asked me if I knew how much my slip was, I told her yes, it's $3. I'm standing there with my money in hand and she ask if she could hold my money. I asked for what. She says it's the store policy. I have managed convenience store for years, never in my time have we asked a customer for money before making a purchase. If it's a problem with your lottery, I assure you it's not the customers. Most lottery tickets can be cancelled within a few minutes of printing them. If you have a problem with money not matching your audit, check your employees. I've had customers not have enough money for the tickets, so I would place the tickets so other customers can see them and 100 % of the time, another customer would purchase the extra tickets, if they cannot be cancelled. This company has always been terrible. I never stop at any Circle K's because they have one cashier late at night and it's usually a female. They don't close for anything. I have seen inches of snow fall and they expect their employees to be there instead of safe at home. I told the cashier it was not her fault, that this would be my last time stopping at any Circle K. I know people need jobs. Don't let a job that cares nothing about you kill you while they sit on millions. That job can be replaced, your life can't.
rachel snider: Jenny is the best employee in Fayetteville. I had a problem with my car today and she was extremely helpful (allowed me to use her phone)while also taking care of her customers. A lot of them were regulars and also loved her. I cant say enough about today’s experience!

Maurice Williams: This is the store that I visit regularly and normally I have excellent service. But today I got the worst service ever. Amber, the Lead CSR, was so rude and disrespectful for no reason. I walk up to the register and asked for my product. She replies after I get her which was a lady who arrived at the register after me. The lady said go ahead because she knew she was there after me. So I asked for my product again. Amber replied loudly with a nasty attitude, I"not playing, after I get her especially with my attitude." I didn't have a bad attitude. I was actually having a great day until this happened. When I go into anyone's establishment and spending my hard earned money, I expect to be treated with respect and not embarrassed.

Sandra Young: The assistant manager Bobby was very helpful in finding an item I needed. Their coffee and drink stations are clean and well stocked. Clean bathrooms and they have newspapers available. Great store!!!

Clarinda Cox: Nothing out of the ordinary here, I go here because the cigarettes I smoke are cheaper here, I can get 2 packs for $7.36. & you can't beat the price of the fountain drinks. It's the only place I know where I can get 2 packs of smokes & a extra large drink, pay with a $10 bill, & get change back. The only issues are, sometimes you have to deal with a very long line, & often there are some suspicious looking guys hanging out in front of or around the side of the building, otherwise I'da gave 5 stars.
Star Sullivan: Use to always come here growing up. The workers were always great. I understand that you can become short staff but being rude and snarky to your customer when asked a question is not okay. How about letting your customers know ahead of time or be nice about it 🙄🙄

Barbara Fuentes: Store was closed at 11:30pm. Waited to see if maybe he was in the restroom, 15mins later he comes out of the back and starts mopping. Seems like a terrible time to do this cause I know at least 10 cars pulled up and left, plus since it's 24 hours like the one I used to work at I know around 3am-4am is the better time to do this.

Cheryl's Creations Photography: My biggest issue is the fact that employees here don't wear masks and definitely don't enforce their customers to follow the mandate either. If you want to catch Covid19 and put your logged ones are risk, by all means, go here. You'll definitely be waiting a while too, so plenty of time inside to catch it.
Leo Chambers: Coffee is always cold, barely any cigarettes or cigarillos in stock. And the management refuses to order any. Plus an employee named alicia made racial slurs towards the person who was with me when I visited store. Will no longer shop here until this place has better management and employees. Edit... plus once they saw the original post they banned me from the store just for expressing my review on here. Seems to me you need to shut down that store and replace the whole lot of employees.
