I inquired about how I could, or IF I could, cancel the trash collection service as it is horribly inconsistent and I'd rather my money go to a better, private company. Ms. Kimberly decided to hang up on me after giving me a disgraceful attitude as if I was wasting her time. The city's office directed me to the tax office, so its not like I just played phone number roulette and picked the tax office.When I called back, I asked for the manager (Shannon) who insisted she had no way of knowing who took my call and that my description of a 'young lady' wasn't helpful as they were, as she put it 'all older women'.Well, when I told her I'd just come down to the office in person to get a name, she gave her farewell on the phone and we hung up. Literally three minutes later, Ms. Shannon called back with the name of her employee. Kimberly.Ms. Kim told her boss that I sounded choppy (like bad service) and assumed I'd hung up when we were talking just seconds before the hang up. Ms. Kim is unprofessional and a liar. I'm glad her boss had some decorum, though I'm sure I was only provided a name because I said I would drive up there.Overall disappointing experience.
