Diane Cunningham: You could see and feel Judge Braswell good character he was thoughtful kind and understanding even sympathy for the people.He listened carefully to each case.he was very fair and he has a sense of humor.
Dee Johns: Went for jury duty and entering was simple even though you had to go through security. Staff in the building are bery helpful and courteous.
VaShawn Sharp: The Register of Deeds would not allow me to change my last name. My birth certificate has my father’s last name on it now and I wanted to change it back to my mother’s last name. I am married so the name on my SSN does not match my Birth certificate and my Driver’s License doesn’t match neither my SSN or my birth certificate and I tried to explain that I was cut off halfway through my sentence.I was told my three clerks that they would not give me a petition to change my last name and told me to go back to the city I was born in and change it there.I was born out of state. I find it very rude how I was treated.
Pr Tiqer: Worst court ever too much Racism going down here honestly ! They put everyone in a court room without realizing theres still COV19 on top of that there out of respect and treat everyone like a criminal based on skin tone ! Honestly hope government changes down here !!! No equal rights no manners here in North Carolina we are not in 1970 we are in 2023 where this world has changed stop seeing people in a certain way !!
Georgette Handy: You need to put habituals where they belong. Stop giving them a slap on the wrist and sending them back into society to offend again!! I was victimized by a habitual and they have more charges and probably won't get what they deserve, unless you finally give them some real prison time.......PLEASE already!!!
Primas: I served in the army and I got a ticket back in 2001, running a red light or speeding. honestly I forget what it was. Here I am in 2022 and I went to renew my license and I can't. because of a ticket I paid for and took care of 21 years ago. I know I took care of it because my license got suspended for not paying it originally and I had to pay and get my license reinstated, Roughly a year later and back at home I find out my license was suspended again. for this same violation It's a complete joke and someone has to audit this court house 21 years later Im back at it trying to clear my name and again for the same violation and like other reviews said I can't get anyone on the phone. I have 4 case numbers (all not on file)
Sherry Smith: This is a dog and pony show. No one ever answers the phone at all, nothing is easy to navigate on the website, and no one seems to know how to get anything accomplished.

Who showed me to look at the positive in the world. To get me to the end and helping close out my case with full custody of my children. I would love to give a shout out to Alexis V. Kovolenko. If u need attorney who is there for you and your children go to her and she’ll help you.
Ann Smith: Quite possibly the moust corrupt court in North Carolina. Fayetteville university employs multiple people to include judges and other staff who work in this courthouse ie Fayetteville State has the courthouse in their back pocket.Then you have this court that doesnt understand the most basic rights a person has ie the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution.So if you get charges in this county because of the tyrants who work at FSU its a done deal. The county is corrupt.
Kendalton Draper: I had a court case there and the judge did not care about my side of the civil case and also was discussing the case with the attorney of the other party prior to the time of the case and prior to me being in there as if they were scheming against me and how they could be sure to have it ruled against me. So this resulting in the other party being ruled in favor of this judge needs to removed from the bench.
Melissa Krebs: The court system here is a joke. Lawyers could care less about your concerns when it comes to child custody, I had 2 different lawyers and neither one of them fought for me. My ex-husband didn't follow the custody agreement that was in place and I wanted to see how to prevent it. My first lawyer, Baccuhus Carver, didn't tell me he could be held in contempt so we went to court. He didn't care what happened and drug it out for forever. My second lawyer, Heather Cooke, heard everything that occurred from the beginning and seemed to understand what I was wanting. Neither one fought my case, neither one really explained what to expect in the court room, neither one truly cared. If they did, one I showed them everything he did they would've done everything they could for me. On top of that we finally got our final court date with Judge Caitlin Young Evans who made it very clear with her facial expression she knew my ex was full it, gives him more time in the summer and every other Christmas. He couldn't even do the Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy...
Wendy Talley: They deserve no stars. You can never get anyone on the phone. My fiancée is trying to take care of some business and he's no longer a resident in NC. We've paid for someone here in TN to help rectify his situation so he can get his license back. Well, we can't do anything unless they can talk to an actual person and not a machine. Some things just can't be done online, my fiancée case as a prime example, but apparently NC court doesn't have real people working for them. Very terrible setup and awful experience. Advice, hire real people to answer the phones!

H Zh: Went to room 107 today. The pale skin staff at the window has no customer service skill and was very impatient. She frowned as she answered me question. I'd like you to understand that you are paid by tax payers to serve them and your job is not sitting there without doing anything or just answering questions at your pleasurement. If you don't like serve people and hate people ask you same question again, then you should quit your job and go home sitting at your own window and doing nothing.
jason cole: This courthouse is probably a great place normally. I visited here on 26jan2022 after going through security @ about 4:45 pm I unfortunately dropped my $20 which I had recently gotten from the ATM. I could still see the security and turned back around when I discovered it was missing. I saw a security guard black older gentleman pick up the money off of the floor and I confronted him about it and showed him my receipt he doubled down and asked do I have a serial number? Now who knows or records a serial number of any currency in their possession? Now there was another gentleman there also and I asked him didn't he just pick up something and he agreed he did. Now this is clear theft when I had brought it to his attention rather than argue with him because I needed to get sworn in I just let him have it and asked do be directed to an ATM.. if he steals this small amount what will he steal next?
CRYSTAL THORNTON: Me and my husband had to come through the courthouse because we were serving jury duty.... The people there were nice and helpful.
Jenise: Why don't they provide a mask if you forget one yet require them to ce inside the building...it's so disrespectful in my opinion. It was an accident and people are not perfect to remember every stupid detail, every time, every day...so I wasted a trip on a lyft here because I forgot mask by accident SMH
JC Downey: Ridiculously arrogant and absolutely worthless people are only allowed to work here I guess. I've dealt with quite a few court houses when I worked for a bail bond company in N.M. but I have never seen one where literally everyone that works there act as if everyone else is a lower than they, but as they are so rude at the same time they are amazingly oblivious. Nobody knows anything there, calls go unreturned, it can take months to handle simple matters. I hate North Carolina...
Kelly Greer: Might be the worst courthouse I’ve ever had to work with. Customer service was apathetic and openly unhelpful.If you attempted to communicate through email they will just respond with a pre written blurb and tell you to call them. If you call them they say to come into the courthouse.I’m active military out of state and it’s bad enough for me to take time out to post this in hopes they fix themselves.
