AVERY STEIMEL: I brought my wedding dress to Beth the beginning of December and it was about three sizes too big. I get married out of state on Feb 4 (not even two full months) and was so worried I wouldn’t have a fitting wedding dress in time. But she turned it around and made it PERFECT. It fits like a glove. She not only took in the sleeves, re did the entire buttons down the back, and took in the bust and waist but also cleaned it for me and had it done early. LauraLeigh Walters: This place came highly recommended from the location I purchased my dress from. Upon dropping my dress off, we performed the fitting as usual and I let "them" choose the pickup date that worked best for them as I thought this was being respectful. My pickup date was 5/2 and I planned my entire work schedule around getting the dress on the 3rd due to their business hours. On the 3rd I receive a random text.. and I quote, "please come for fitting". Confused but thinking this can't be the alterations place because we already did a fitting but maybe they want us to try it on to inspect it. I show up at 430pm on the 3rd and they state, Oh you need to come in for a fitting and the dress wasn't even finished. I was beyond furious and with no apology Beth said, I text you earlier. WTH... my dress was suppossed to be pickup up and finished yesterday! And on top of that if you needed an additional fitting why on earth would you not communicate this to your customers until the day after the dress is scheduled for pickup... and yall choose the date???? I swear I am sitting on their couch still as we speak at 5:59 waiting for her to finish sewing this dress because I have no other options to pick this up. Not to mention, nervous that now it won't even fit. I would not recommend this place at all, not because people can't make mistakes but the lack of communication, empathy, and respect for other peoples time showed was completely disrespectful. april bowden: In early November I took my wedding dress to Beth To have sleeves put on. My wedding was December 1 and Beth said she could do it. She measured my arms and I entrusted her with my dress and we set a return date for me to pick up the dress (1 week before my wedding). The day prior to our agreed pick up she said she needed another day and I was a bit worried. When I picked up my Dress Beth was not at the store however a lady that I didn’t know gave me my dress. I went home (back to Raleigh) and I went to try on my dress... the sleeves didn’t fit. I was so upset I texted Beth and she said to bring it back and she would fix it. I was so upset with the service that the next morning I took my dress to a different Taylor to repair it. the Taylor measured my arms and compared it to Beth’s measurements... they were the same. She measured the sleeves that Beth had put on the dress and they were 2” inches smaller than the measurements Beth had given me. Beth used material from under my dress to make the sleeves like we agreed on. When I got my dress back and looked at the under layer I had ripped pieces of straggling material hanging from under my dress. When I asked Beth for refund she told me that she could only reimburse me for the slave construction not for the damage to my dress or the lace appliqués installation (I purchased my own lace) . I feel that this was very unprofessional and that I have lost 70+ dollars because the new Taylor had to work around Beth‘s sloppy work and I was still charged $70 from Beth and then the expense of the new Taylor to fix the dress. I would not recommend anyone use Beth And after reading her reviews I wish that I would not have used Beth. If I could give it less than one star I would. Unprofessional and sloppy.

Give good estimates on when they will have your uniform ready.On Reily Rd by the Reily Rd Entrance of the base, next to a Japanese restaurant.I even sent my soldiers there to get their uniforms done.
Mirna Gonzalez: Their customer service is not it. They are RUDE. I dropped off my dress on Monday at 0917 or so, she said the dress would be ready at 5pm Wednesday. I didn't notice my ticket said 5:30pm. Regardless. When I got there to pick it up. She said it wasn't ready and that I can come back at 7pm or next day morning. I told her I couldn't come back next day. She said, I told you we were busy. Okay but if you're that busy, you shouldn't of taken my dress. I needed it to be sew 3inches. After they seen my frustration they told me to come back in 30mins. I went back at 1830 and it was ready. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DATES CHANGE. THE WAY SHE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE TOO IS RUDE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Straus Davis: I visited another establishment a few stores away, for the same services. The difference in price was $8. I was astonished, at how I was greeted first of all. Kim was so very friendly. The other establishment owner, looked at my clothing, to be altered, felt them, and quoted a price. I said, "Thank you", and walked out. She was rather cold. However, Kim chatted as she measured the items and was very friendly. She then quoted me a price $8 less than the previous establishment. I saved $42 dollars, in addition, she gave me an additional discount of $4. Now what do you think about this? I highly recommend Kim's over the un-named establishment. They both perform the same services, and probably performs their jobs, just as well. The difference is the degree of professionalism..

Devine1 Thought: Clothing is never ready on time. I was told several times to pick up clothing and after I get there I'm told that the items aren't ready. Unrecoverable time loss, unrecoverable loss in money spent on gas traveling to the location and Unrecoverable physical energy getting up to go to a place to only be disappointed and undervalued
Jace X: With a month of lead time, one would think 3 dress shirts could be altered and fitted. Unfortunately I returned twice to the shop to a confused Alberto. One time he gave me somebody else’s shirt. Another time he didn’t know why it wasn’t done. The third time I went there to pick up my shirts, I was confused. My three shirts were half hazardously hacked. Not to mention they weren’t ready in time for the conference I was attending. Colossal waste of time and money. I’ve never worn those shirts, and I ended up just donating them.Incidentally, this is a review from eight months ago in September 2022. This is not an impulse review.
