I simply called to check on my uncles application bc he is hearing impaired and she had to give me a lecture that lasted three minutes about why I should not have called. Smh Very rude and unprofessional.

Janet K.: My husband and I had a good experience living here. They offer short term leasing which was perfect for our needs. Clean, open floor plan apartments. Neighbors were cordial. Negative reviews are mostly from people who don't pay their rent on time which was never an issue for us. If there was any downside for me it would be the laundry rooms which seem to have broken machines a lot of the time. I was able to quickly get a refund for lost money in the machines so no hard feelings there. Pretty quiet area and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer.

Kelvonya Wrighton: Worst living experience I’ve had since being on my own. For starters, I had multiple verbal altercations with my neighbor because she didn’t want anyone parking in HER unpaid, unassigned parking space. Management does nothing. Secondly, maintenance is seemingly available all day, but they never get anything done! My A/C has been broken for the past month now. Management does nothing! Most importantly, THEY DONT KEEP UP WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!! Management sent me to court for having a balance; mind you they don’t take partial payments & “I” had to pay the court fee!! I had to search for the original copies that was given to me at the time initial rent was paid, and take it back to the office before they would even consider investigating. Mind you again, THIS WAS THEIR MESS UP!!!!! Currently being evicted with 4 months left to my lease, because I refuse to give them anymore of my hard earned money for them to misplace it!!!!

Richard Bruton: I've enjoyed living here for the last 4 years although due to Medical situation and retirement I may have to move out I might say that it's really quiet around here most of the time there's always a fire truck or ambulance going through I've never heard anybody get shot but I have heard shots in the past but as of late no shots have I heard I would also like to add that the staff has been very helpful in the past and I've had no problem or question when you have over 300 apartments and there's only a handful of people to work they do their very best to show up to help and get the situation resolved in a timely matter.

They can afford putting up actual cameras and arming a gate with a pin pad with the income they get form the residents! My real only issues with the staff is there HIDEEN feesThey will charge u if they find out if your dog goes number to n u don't clean up for it trying to keep there lawn more green smhThey charge u 200 bucks for a lost pool key.They will charge you a extra 40 ish for not having an additional bill called renters insurance!They r r fast to run to there lawyers!They don't work with you on payment arrangements for what I was told they refuse cash. They also add on to rent for if you need to get a washer n dryer....They won't fix something unless is cost affective I was told.. other then that is ehhh it's better then down town Fayetteville but not by a lotThey will invade your privacy and request every single time they need to be told to not allow them selfs in left saw dust boot prints every where moved my furniture in the middle of the floor and didn't put it back... But this back in 2018 hopefully they will vaule ur stay more and clean up the ghetto behavior!

Omar Smith: They're unorganized. they all about money they're never in the office even when it's supposed to be open at certain times you go up there they're always on break or tell you to come back. They never pick up their phone. It's to the point you can be living here for years and they find reasons when you stand up for yourself to tell them what they're doing wrong to threaten you every other month or every other day that you have to get evicted even when it's not you! They have no compassion about their residence at all and their attitude can be two thousand times better then it is now it looks nice on the outside but it's not nice my request to everyone is to not move here!!!

Dallas Jedi: Roaches from Day 1. Office staff never picks up the phone and maintenance gets to your request within a month. Everyone that works here couldn’t care less. I will not be renewing my lease and the ask for way too much for these apartments that haven’t been renovated since being constructed .DO NOT LIVE HERE

DJ: So rent is normally due on the 5th of every month. But for the 3 years that I've lived here, given that I'm in food service industry it's been acceptable to turn it in on the 6th as long as it's prior to normal business hours. This is understandable given the fact that servers can often work really late into the night and can't always make it to get a money order. I turned mine in at 8:00 on Saturday the 6th. The manager on duty said that she was there at 7:30 and I just so happened to miss her. Isn't that convenient? Especially when normal business hours on a Saturday for the complex when they're open are, and have always been starting at 10:00 in the morning. Honestly if she had just said that they couldn't do that anymore and charged the late fee, I would have been upset. But you do what you have to do. But to straight up lie like that? Yeah that's a little bit more unforgivable

They are constantly changing their standards without notice, the pool was very rarely opened, mold is an issue in several apartments in the lower section.
