Dustin Stover: I called In Home Tech on a whim to see about having ethernet ran to each room in the house.This crew is amazing! They knocked out the job in a reasonable amount of time, even too the extra time to avoid needing to cut into walls where needed in a weird spot in my house.Prices were also very reasonable and worked with me in the equipment I already had as well.Even when I was running into line issues post install they made sure to come back out and make sure that the line ran was good enough and passed all tests. I am happy to report all ports they had installed for me are all perfect, and the Wi-Fi system they recommended and installed, is miles better than what I had before.These guys are all just as excited about technology as I am and it shows in the work they do as well.I will 100% be using their services again in the future!!!

Jackie Kearns: Mike was so nice to help resolve a beeping problem with the security sysrem DVR. My Aunt is 90 years old and had been released from the hospital on Sunday. Time she entered her home the security DVR went to beeping. The man we purchased this security system from would not even come out to assess and repair our problem. He even compromised my Aunt's security. But that's ok, will never have to see that man again. Mr. Mike and his associates will be our go to guys from heretofore. Nice company, competent service and someone who will stop what he is doing to go help someone in dire need. That beeping from the DVR was annoying and almost unbearable. Mr Mike sure did make our day! By the help of the good Lord. We know God sent him to help us. We so happy tonight. And thank God for Mr. Mike and his company. Everyone with a security system should give these folks an opportunity to service your security needs. Give them a chance to help you. Wonderful people! Reasonable service rates and product prices!

Kristie Meave: Netcom is awesome! I had a coke with a slightly loose cap spray into the back of my Lenovo x1 when it was in my work bag. The computer was out of warranty and we thought it would be 1500 to fix. Netcom literally cleaned the reaction the coke made when it hit the system board ran a full diagnostic and it was fine. Total cost was $50.
Brandon Wallace: Great service, great employees. Their Sr. Technician is among the best I've ever seen.
Matt Mcdonald: Great environment to work in!! Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend working for Netcom bsi to anyone. Todd Jordan is a great boss, there's great assistants to make sure orders are correct, and one of the Tech is one of the smartest people I've met. We are still great friends til this day. It's a big team atmosphere, and that's hard to find these days in the work place.

Also, I really trust them, which is so important to me. Plus, they're super-patient (I ask a lot of questions!). They always take the time to answer all my questions. They know their product inside-out and how best to service it. There's simply no other company I'd even consider for my computer needs. I highly, highly recommend them--Netcom is truly excellent.
