Angie Bolden: I love my condo😀. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Lawns are always immaculate. Always quiet. The only thing that I don't like, is the gardening and clean up crews that are always out here working to keep our neighborhood clean and immaculate, need to get rid of the rust stains from the concrete ( in front of building 621) when they pressure wash. The railings in the breezeways are also rusty and chipped off in some spots. Also the numbers on the outside of building 621 should be marked on the outside. 621 is 2 buildings. It's hard to distinguish units in the 100's thru the 300's. Maybe add the unit numbers on the outside along with the building number.

Shantravia Nelson: I just moved here and less than a month my apartment got broken into and all my electronics and personal items was stolen. They only have one single camera that only views the club house. They don’t care about the safety of their tenants. If you move here make sure you get your own security system. Also they will give you a list of Every building number, the unit number and the parking spots so it’s easy to be targeted if someone is watching you to steal your things. If I could give them less than one star I would. Ridiculous.

Zach Hamm: Alot of apartment buildings out there look like they are on there last legs but this apartment vuilding is nice and clean and has friendly staff. They also have handicapped parking and restrooms which could be helpful for some. Their customer service is awesome and can help you in a hurry

Sue XoXo: Quiet apartment building located in a safe and historic part (Haymount) in Fayetteville. Walking distance to downtown and a walkable neighborhood to live in w/sidewalks everywhere.The building has an HOA and has very strict rules. Best for elderly people or single professionals looking for a quiet place to live. The building has an excellent and well taken care of pool for owners/residents. The building is older and has some issues such as single-pane windows and old pipes, but if you are aware of this prior to buying/moving in: it’s not a problem. Nice laundromat on the first floor to use for residents. Washers/dryers are not allowed in the apartments.A nice & safe place to live right across the street from Cape Fear Regional Theater, and next door to the post office and many small local stores incl. Leclaire’s coffee shop.
