Tom Hosack: Crystal was great. My contacts never arrived and best we can figure is usps left them at wrong address. She found a temporary pair for me and is having another shipment delivered this time to America's Best so I can pick them up. A great place to take care of your eye needs!!!

Jennifer Randall: Chaos. There were two receptionists when I walked in. One was doing everything, the other was just staring off into space sort of. The one doing all the work was helping three people at once because they were clearly overbooked and kept getting everything mixed up. All instructions were unclear. Actual checkup/exam was okay but it took 20 minutes just to pay and leave, as no one helped me until I went back up front the third time. Everyone just seemed really, really overwhelmed and it was just super overwhelming. Definitely not going back.
Danielle Ratliff: This place was amazing! I was able to get my husband a weekend appointment, which is hard with any type of doctors office. We went back for the exam minutes after we got there. After the exam was completed, we waited about 10-15 minutes (they were very busy) to be seen to select his glasses. We had Jessie, and she actually saved us about $40, recommending a different frame for his second pair of glasses. We also got him sunglasses too for 40% off. After it was all done, we paid the same we had the last time when we had insurance at a different office (we didn't have vision insurance this time). The whole process took just over an hour. I don't understand the negative reviews because everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

I asked to just receive them as the woman helping me "size" them correctly to make sure they fit almost poked my eye out. I am a grown man I can let you know if they don't fit and I can put them on myself... will literally never be back and wouldn't have came back until now if not for them holding onto my glasses until I waited to see someone... ridiculous
Samantha Bridges: Everyone I met exam wise were the best and very professional. The only reason I am not 100% happy is that the people who answer the phones are not as professional as they should be. And one time I was there waiting 2 hours for someone who was on lunch break and I had no clue. I was seen by two different people and did not learn about the lunch break until the end of the interaction with the second person. When I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance I put that I had not worn contacts before so I feel like they should have been more prepared when I came in for my 12:30 appointment and did not leave until 2:30 still without getting my contacts.

Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere other than here for your glasses and eye care!Their customer service is nonexistent, from people pretending to be the manager and making you wait for HOURS, to their rude optometrist who refuses to listen to the customer. Their frames and lenses are made from cheap plastic and is horrible quality. After 15 months of being given the wrong lenses they only refunded a portion of the amount I spent on a pair of frames and 2 pair of lenses.

A Evans: The doctor and pre doctor check ups was a quick and easy process. However the woman that was supposed to process me out moved extremely slow answered several phone calls while I was sitting there with her and literally just sat there and stared at her computer screen for at least 20-30 minutes. When I finally asked her “Ma’am what are we supposed to be doing now.” She finally got in motion and wrapped things up. Only after handing me the wrong prescription contacts. Luckily I have been wearing contacts a while and was able to read the prescription myself. She wasted so much of my time and the other people that were waiting to be seen as well.

Mallory Barnes: Terrible experience. I ordered my glasses over two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Was told they would be here by the end of the week and when I went in to ask about the status of my order I was told they were not even shipped until Friday. My question to them was why leave a voicemail for me on Wednesday indicating my glasses would be ready for pick up on Friday, then not contact me again to let me know the shipping status. Will never do business here again.

Pat T: The doctor is great but one of the assistants, Pam has a terrible temper. When I was uncomfortable with some questions, she got furious. Stomped out, rude upon return. Even when I tried to apologize for irritating her, the rage came roaring back. Kind of scary.

Maria: The General Manager was the most caring and compassionate person I’ve ever encountered at any Walmart. My son (who is 5) just got prescribed glasses less than a year ago, broke his glasses. Glasses that we had to wait months to be prepared and shipped to us. His previous eye doctor said they could not be repaired we would have to buy a whole new pair. We were already at Walmart and I thought we would try Walmart and see what they could do for us. The general manager heard our story and tried her best to fix my sons glasses. She did not have a way to fix his but she took parts off of other glasses and fixed his glasses for us on the spot free of charge ! I cannot express the gratitude I have considering we had to wait months for his glasses to be made so we did not want to have to wait that long again. We will be returning! My son is so happy about his glasses !
Samuel Presson: Extremely Unprofessional. My wife called to see if the vision center could help her and they were rude and demeaning. Even if you can't (or refuse to) provide a service it does not entitle you to be a jerk.My wife wanted to see if they could make a few eye measurements for her - she would have paid for the service. But no she has to be yelled at for even considering the question and when she asks if they would know anywhere that would provide the service they essentially called her stupid.

I thought that is pretty odd services ..Aand is their something wrong with me cause I cannot see through the glasses well and they are blurry wrong strength and tried to wear the glasses as ALLI had informed me to do and so I trusted her to my regret, but returned a 3rd time and then she refused to make good on the lenses .she then began to ridicule , verbally abuse me and use gas lighting on me to make me feel like I was DEHUMANIZED. I noticed she began trembling as she continued to verbally and mentally gas light and blamed me by me stating it was my fault that I did not return . I said I returned immediately within the week about the lenses and I am a disabled former hospital chaplain and when I said that her shocking reply was " it figures you would be that". So I am giving the review on the female employee named Alli; if she send you away telling you , it takes time for you to adjust to your glasses please report her to the doctor and on this review again to help others . She appears to be kind but is far from being kind. I was not refunded nor were my glass lenses repaired and I lost over $590 off of 2 sets of eye lenses on 2 separate visits. I told her she abused me as a disabled person who depends on my disability and I have cataractsShe is a phony who appears to be very kind but is far from it& she is quite the opposite and very mentally abusive to disabled. Don't let her do it to you. The doctor on both appointments had given me incorrect prescription strenghth ; I went for a 2nd opinion at a very professional eye clinic and I was correct ; optometrist stated I was prescribed the incorrect strength for my eye glasses. I will NEVER GO TO WALMART FOR EYE GLASSESS AND DO NOT EVER RECCOMEND YOU TRUST THR EMPLOYEE ALLI ; SHE WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO GET USE TO YOYR EYE GLASSES CAUSE IT TAKES TIMR FORVYOUR EUESCTOVADJUDT; FONT EVER LISTEN TO HER SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND TO TALK YOU INTO 2ND GUESSING YOUR JUDGEMENT. IN MU CASE SHEVTOOK ADVANTAGE BOF ME AS A DISABLRD PERSON. I FEEL REALLY HUMILIATED AND ABUSED.
Ted Lora: Don't buy the upsell warranty/insurance it is a total scam. Additionally, the doctor's staff as well as the Vision Center staff are all terribly unprofessional.

Once I arrived around 2pm, the receptionist informed me they had took their last walk in , but the time was well before 4 pm. After the hassle of arriving on time and not being able to have my eye exam really set me back and is very unprofessional. They didn't seem busy at all, and didn't make any attempts to resolve the issue therefore, I don't recommend them at all.

Holly McElroy: There is not an eye doctor at this eye center currently, so the hours posted on Google AND inside the store where the vision center is are incorrect. They are open whenever they want to be and closed whenever they want to be so do not drive there thinking you have the correct hours, even if you go inside and look or call the store. They need to AT LEAST post a sign saying that they do not have an eye doctor and their hours may vary from their normally scheduled ones or they may be closed without notice. It’s unacceptable.

Highly recommend the team at MyEyeDr. especially for military families who can absorb a bit more cost than on post.

Lynn Pickett: Very disappointed. Once I received my glasses, I could not see out of the right lens. After working on them, I finally ask for a refund which I have yet to receive. I am still waiting on a return call. I am interested to see if UHC is refunded before I reach out to the NC Insurance Commissioner on these issues.I suppose calling the NC Insurance Commisioner is the only way to get this resolved. I have been waiting 6 months for this practice to refund UHC. I am now going to demand my claim returned for the exam. This is the worst experience ever. UHC agreed.
Michael Kelsey: Great place for an exam horrible place to order glasses. Staff and doctor are great. Appointments go well but I opted for somewhere else this year as a personal preference. Glasses take up to two weeks to arrive and i forgot that as i havent had glasses in two years. If I can order online with two day shipping for the same price or go somewhere to get same day glasses, why would a company opt for an up to two week wait? It's not optimal. It is not more efficient. I doubt it even saves them money. My issue is not with the staff or doctor but with the company. Having in house staff to produce glasses lowers shipping costs and labor costs. So why they opt for outsourcing is a mystery to me.Edit/update: 9 business days, day number 14. They are attempting to get an update to figure out what is going on with my glasses. Not the response says 5-7 business days and in person when ordering I was told possibly up to 2 weeks but likely to be sooner.Edit/update: Recieved someone different on the phone that has been keeping me updated on the status of my glasses. Jessica has turned this whole experience around for me. Thank you so much. The glasses may be late but having actual updated information rather than vague answers helped a lot.

Pamela Ellingson: After calling I was rod glasses took 7-10 business days but most times came in sooner. So I left and went in to order my glasses. The tech who helped me was awesome (Mike) helped me pick the best pair and went over all my options. Knowing I lost my glasses he said I will try and rush them. I left feeling satisfied with my decision to go there. One fast forward one week. Still no glasses I call for an update and the lady said it would possibly be another 2 weeks. So a far cry from the 7-10 days seeing that now I’m looking at 3 weeks from ordering time. Guess they will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door! BEWARE!!

Charlene A Bugg: I was treated great here when I bought my glasses here last year but the girl working here is absolutely horrible and said she couldn’t find me in her system with either of my phone numbers so I called a lot of Wamart vision centers until someone was nice enough to call this lady to tell her I am in their system. Then I call her back and she hung up on me. That tells you right there she is rude and should never hang up on a customer. I will never deal with her again.
Deb L: I was so pleased with the service that I intend on going back for my annual exams. They are so attentive and Will explain everything to you. If you want a throughly exam with all your questions answered and complete excellent service this is the place.

Ashley Penney: I have had a had time finding an eye Dr in Fayetteville who takes my insurance and has openings in a reasonable time. I was super skeptical about having an eye exam in Walmart. I seen Dr Chavis and she was nothing short of amazing. My last prescription was way off and hurt my eyes for a year because my last Dr wouldn’t fix it. She got my prescription perfect the first try. I will highly recommend her to others and definitely return for more services.
Morbjørn: Went in asking about frames. My glasses were pretty much trashed. Only one arm barely connected by masking tape. Couldn't find any frames up front that fit my lenses so the woman looked in the back. 15 minutes later she came out with my glasses mostly fixed up. As fixed up as possible. She put the other arm on and made sure it was taped secure. You can hardly notice! No more bulky masking tape! No more crooked glasses! I wish I got her name! I'll definitely be back for an eye exam and all new glasses! Thank you so much!

Edward Price (E. Price): Apparently the online appointment scheduler does not communicate with the in office appointment scheduler. So the appointment online is not real. Ensure you call to get a real appointment. The "software is new"....
