Lauren Henn: Convenient to drop packages off but they are not open according to the hours posted at the door. Several times we have come to drop packages off and no one is there, despite it being during their posted “open” hours. The staff also is not overly friendly. There have been times where the lady hasn’t even greeted me, just says “put them here”, and nothing further.
Samiantha V: Had 5min till they closed to send a package and she almost let me until I said I had to print out a label. Lazy. Plain lazy and unhelpful.
Brian Hanna-Sauro: I primarily use this location to ship packages, but have also used their notary services as well. Great service and much easier to deal with than the post office. Employees are usually masked and it's usually not crowded if you get there when they open.

I have been to your location on three different occasions and the business has been closed. Again, I understand being short staffed and having to juggle the duties based on that.However, what would probably be helpful to potential customers would be to list the business hours ONLINE that your business is actually open and closed. Including the time that your business is closed, such as being closed during lunch from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Most people will NOT automatically KNOW that being that your business hours listed online are listed as 10:00am to 6:00pm.Monday through Saturday.It is easy to edit the hours on google as I have had to do so. Having accurate business hours of when your business is open and closed helps people plan accordingly.If the hours that your business is open and closed would be listed online, it would be helpful for people checking online for a location to drop-off their packages, so they can plan accordingly and not expect your business to be open.Also, based on some other reviews, which I just noticed several other people have experienced the same situation in coming to your business and expecting it to be open based on the listed business hours. Do right by your customers by listing the hours that the business is actually open. Again, so that people can plan accordingly.Otherwise, your business is helpful based on proximity being nearby, so that I don't have to drive further away to ship my packages. Thank you.***My previous review:This location has the oddest hours of business. Sometimes they're closed on Fridays.. Then they're closed for the lunch hour, which the time can vary. Today, 08/12/2022 from 2pm to 3pm. I understand being short staffed, but they need to have at least two people staffing the store, so people can still get their FedEx deliveries shipped. Call before you opt to go to this business, so you can be sure that they're actually open.

Also, it had a very neat & clean appearance.Only qualm was they don’t have a website with their information, just a Facebook page. We totally underestimated how long it was going to take to pack our package for shipping to Seattle. They stayed an extra 40 minutes past closing to help us out. They were amazingly friendly and professional. On top of it all, their pricing was amazingly fair.This is a truly service gem for Fayetteville. Only wish we had them in our town in Washington. Norfis Jissell: Came here to have a form notarized for my daughter (she was present) who is a minor that would be used to proof is her when she goes to take a test. This form is supposed to be the replacement of an ID. The lady here was so rude and unwilling to help she insisted she needed to have an ID, thought I brought what was required for the form to be notarized. Once I asked to pay for the copy I had already made she asked me to leave. WILL NEVER STEP INSIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center: what do users think?
Lesley Perez: If you’re returning a package and use this location, don’t use the drop box. Wait in the line and get your box weighed. We went through a nightmare to get a refund for a phone we returned because the box arrived empty to the manufacture and video clearly showed the box was tampered with. The weight was 1 lb when we weighed it at home but after being scanned into FedEx when it left that location the box read 0 lbs. We followed instructions by the manufacturer and filed a police report only to find out that because the phone was “lost” at FedEx, FedEx was the one who needed to file the police report for any type of investigation and when I approached FedEx about it, they were less than helpful and wouldn’t file the report and told me that without a court order or subpoena I could not see any video surveillance. The manager said no one there would steal because they’ve all worked there for years.. well first, that’s a weak justification. Long term employment doesn’t mean theft could not be happening. They were more defensive than helpful. No apologies or empathy, just defensive. Now, I'm not saying don’t go here but I personally will never use their location again. My advice to anyone is don’t use the drop box, and coming from a lesson learned; take a video and pictures of what you’re shipping in the box and while taping it up and make sure any shipment label shows the weight of the package! Our return was stolen somewhere from the point of drop off or in transit and it took us over a month of back and forth with the manufacturer, corporate FedEx, the police, reporting the phone’s IMEI as stolen, and finally the BBB to help escalate to finally get our return accepted and a refund.. and closure. Worse experience ever and want others to not have to go through what we went through.

I went in this morning to ship computer equipment to a company I used to work for, and I didn't even have boxes either - but once I came in, one of the employees helped me wheel in a heavy computer monitor and then assured me that the FedEx staff would focus on packaging all of that equipment for me. Another employee then made sure I got the cheapest payment option since my former company didn't offer to pay shipping costs. Good service, thanks everyone.

Amanda Hails: Oh multiple occasions have Fedex drivers not delivered my packages for 3-5 business days, and instead for those 3-5 business days my packages have sat in their trucks. At first they would mark that they had tried to deliver the package, which was a lie as I work from home and no one tried to deliver a package. And now they are just driving by my house and marking that the package is operationally delayed. This has happened 5-6 times and their customer support system is not helpful in the least. Fedex drivers seem to be able to do what they please with packages and it has gotten to the point that I do not wish to buy from any company that ships with Fedex.
Fail Forward: Absolutely zero professionalism at this location. This location has been closed without notice, no warning, but is still sending out notifications that packages can be picked up at this location. When you call into Fedex customer service, they don't even know what is going on. There appears to be huge lack of communication going on within the organization and I have been attempting to recover a package for the past several days. First we were told that the location would be open on Wednesday, then Thursday, but actual Fedex HQ has no idea why the location is closed or when it will be open. Their answer is to "keep calling every day to check to see if it is opened" Yet notifications are still being sent saying that your package will only be held at the location for a certain period of time. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS would operate more efficiently than a privately run delivery service, but well done Fedex you've achieved the unachievable. I will not be using Fedex as a result of this experience.

rayising: I see im not the only one who has a problem with the old lady ms dee I went to get something notarized not only was she calling me a whole different name than what was obviously on the paper she was trying to correct how my notary instructor who has been a notary over 20 years and literally taught over 10,000 students had me fill out my form and made me mess up a letter than says with an attitude "you dont know how to spell your name?" she doesn't know the difference between a full legal name and a commissioned name and no you dont have to make your signature EXACTLY like your license as she tried to tell me and was WRONG about they will know its the person when they recieve the application thats why her job is not an instructor then says she wasn't notarizing so I went to a different notary and called the secretary of state office they both said put a line across your mistake and just write it again SIMPLE. She was obviously commissioned to notarize in the year 1910 its time for her to retire this is a young person game now. I was being nice, one day she's going to have an attitude with the wrong person and it wont be pretty for her. l feel sorry her.

UPS do yourself a favor and remove de the shade tree

Sayori Acosta: I went in today to have a document notarized. As Mrs. Dee explained certain things things to me, I responded with "ok." I probably said it about 3-4 times total. She asked me not to say "ok" again. I was not being disrespectful at all, I was just acknowledging understanding. I don't know what makes someone think they should tell their customers what to say/not say, when the customers are being completely respectful. Needless to say, this location has lost my business. Unfortunately, as an Amazon seller, I often use UPS to mail my products. I will ensure I do so at other locations. While I have had a much better experience with the other employees in the past, this experience was bad enough to where I do not wish to return.
