Made Alexis: If you are wanting to come to the salon to get your hair colored and or cut, this is 100% not the place to go. First of all, they lie about the prices and don’t break it down to you until they print off the form when the service is done. I asked for a partial balayage and got full highlights into my roots. I was then charged $52 for 1 inch cut off my hair. The so called stylists just add on whatever they please to your invoice so they can make more money, as I heard a few girls talking about it at the register. Management is a waste of time so don’t even bother with them. Definitely recommend getting your hair done elsewhere!
Kristina Robinson: Staff needs retraining! I asked a woman working in the hair curling section near the back stock room to help me identify which hair curler was on sale, she didn’t even look at me & responded with “Can you just look it up on the Ulta app”. No ma’am, I cant look it up on the app. I came into the store for HELP. Isn’t that what they hire & pay you for? To help customers who genuinely need your help? She responded as if it was an inconvenience for her that I was in the store looking for products. The females working at this store seem miserable, very unfriendly & uneducated on how to do their basic level job. Next time I will pay more & go to Sephora. I do not recommend this Ulta store if you actually have questions & need help with their products.

Ashley Gallivan: I always have a wonderful experience at this location. Recently I decided to ask about eyebrow tinting. I spoke with Kim and she was able to get me in that day. Not only did she do AMAZING, she was so friendly and great to talk to. I don’t live in town anymore and was here for a visit. I made sure to rebook as soon as I knew when I’d be back! After my second session I am even more pleased. 10/10
Vanessa Reddish: It's an Ulta everything that you expect is there, but also, the lines at this particular store are always outrageously long and move. Incredibly slow. Don't go in here expecting to do anything quick or easy.

Kate R: On April 22nd I had my makeup done at ulta. I feared the worst when the artist was using tones that were orange and no where near my color. She claimed that contour would fix it. I contemplated writing a review for weeks. As I look at pictures of me taken at my friends wedding I just want to cry. The makeup was far worse than I could imagine. It already looked super bad and I should have washed it off. I thought maybe I was too critical because I never wear makeup. It was really bad. I will never have my makeup done here again. I was considering going to their salon for my hair but I cancelled my appointment and I won’t even give that a chance with the experience I’ve already had. The artist had already seemed upset that I was booked and she thought she was overbooked. She told me color of foundation doesn’t really matter if you contour right. I’ve never heard that before especially when the base she used was so dark for my tone.
Tayler Blanchard: everytime, it never fails that one of the staff members always treats me a type of way when i’m in the store. she always talks to and greets my girlfriend but will pretend i don’t exist. she also has harassed me, my girlfriend and my girlfriends mother, ALL on separate occasions! (it’s been at least 7 encounters that have been disrespectful and not very customer friendly). knowing that we are together, she hits on my girlfriend, running up to her mother and saying she knows her daughter and being strange. all while her mother has no clue who she is and is trying to shop in peace. i go to ulta very frequently, and it s every single time i go in and she’s working that she treats me that way. she essentially pretends she’s never seen me a day in her life. but will ask me about my girlfriend, and hit on her, telling me to tell my girlfriend that she says hey if she’s not with me. i’m very frustrated because i miss going into ulta without getting harassed or worried about this girl being abrasive towards me or my girlfriend, or really anyone that is with me! aside from that employee, i never have any problems whatsoever at this ulta!

NotMyFirst Rodeo: Pricey and missing a lot of products that are offered online. Ordinary line. Also the option online to have it sent to store for ALL items, AND for free instore pick up. Very limited on items sent to the store that i have looked for.

Abigail Anna: Do not waste your time or money. I was originally going to another store but this one was closer to my house so I figured I’d stop by. The girl working did not greet me or ask if I needed any help and I was the only person in the store. Inventory is very low and they don’t have many options. They were out of edge control, one of the things I needed. The girl checking me out seemed annoyed when I was checking out. I asked about the return policy and was told there is none and no exchanges. I brought the wrong type of hair so now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. Will be going elsewhere.

Ty'keria Hurley: Decided to start shopping here because its closer than my regular hair store and its black owned. My experiences here have usually been great but today was not the case. I guess the worker was tired or I am not sure because when we came in she was sitting in a chair in the back either sleeping or about to go to sleep. We received no greeting and when she did finally get out of her chair she was huffing and puffing. She also cut me off when I was telling her what I was looking for vs what I was buying and she cut me off to tell me my total as if she did not have time. Unfortunately, this place has lost my business. I was willing to pay the higher prices but if thats the service that I will get I think I will save my money.
